My experience has been good other than a few maintenace issues which I think were the tech Problems! There are parking issues if you dont get home early but The complex is well kept and quiet. Nice place to stay overall.

I was happy to move into an apartment that was close to my school and shopping area. I did not a good vehicle so it helped that i could walk to where i needed to go. I hated (i know strong words) the fact that there was not lighting in the ceiling. Then i had a problem with my bathroom which took approximately 6 month to fix, because the guy kept coming and apparently he did not know what to do. Then my room mates bathroom flooded, then the microwave landed on the stove turning on the burner and we did not know, so if we were not there our apartment would have burned down. Then we were panicking and there was no urgency in the staff. Our key fobs - because we had to pay to get to use the washing area. Stopped working working a number of times. My roommate got bed bugs. Considering that she works no where that has bed bugs. we know it came from the apartment building. Then she had to pay for that. Honestly in retrospect i would not recommend this.

The staff are very helpful and professional. The apartment complex is maintained and service calls are done within a timely manner. My only problem is parking, there is no designated parking or even areas for tenants to park so sometimes its difficult to obtain a parking close to your apartment. Also the entry and exit gates are sometimes out of service.

Employees are helpful, resourceful and courteous. When I had a problem with my door, they were prompt and efficient to respond. So far no other incident has a curd. The grounds are clean and taking care. Thank you!!

This seemed what would be the perfect place for me and my daughter, but after only loving here for two weeks, my vehicle was broken into and money was stolen from my car. I have had to call the police on a man who was running through the parking lot, obviously on drugs and appeared to be breaking into other vehicles. There is only one trash receptacle that is not at all convenient to get to from my building. The parking is also ridiculous. Most nights when I get home from work I have to park so far away from my apartment and walk with my young daughter through the parking lot which is apparently filled with criminals. It's supposed to be a "gated community" but at any given time one of the entrance/ exit gates are broken.

This apartment is a fantastic combination of location ans quality. The rent prices are very competitive and the community is quiet and family friendly. I would certainly recomend this place to any of my family if they were looking for an apartment.

Great place to start a family. Since we moved in it's been wonderful except for parking. A lot of people still don't use they garages for their cars, instead they still use them for storage. Hence making it harder to find parking.

Friendly staff and timely maintenance. Facilities are in general working order, except the trash compactor which regularly breaks down and leaves trash to pile up for days at a time. Otherwise, a decent t community for the price point.

Cleanliness is not good. Security is another concern . There is no home security system in the house, no private locking, no cctv camera in the floor. Dog waste is not cleaned by the dog owner. It is very disturbing.

The location is a great area to live in. Well built complex. Parking is horrible but after 5 years you get your own space. There are garages but they are expensive and there's no guarantee you will be near your unit.

Beautiful grounds. Very peaceful. I love the no smoking policy since both my daughter & I have asthma. The office staff are so nice and so willing to help. It is also nice that you can have a little patch of land for growing for growing vegetables and such.

I have enjoyed the time I have spent here. If the apartments were available for sale, I would seriously consider buying. I would definitely recommend this residence to others. My apartment has a luxurious residential feel and I feel very much at home here.

The greatest problem at this complex is theft and management. In 6 months, we have had 3 cases of theft. A package was stolen from our front door, a gym bag was taken from the parking lot, and our bike was taken after the lock was cut. A year before that, our car was broken into. When communicated to management, each time they responded with, "We'll let you know if it turns up." The last time, we asked to be released from our lease, as we no longer felt safe. Management claimed that we were doing something to cause these thefts and did not give us any option to leave without it being financially unfeasible. The parent company Leinbach was also informed of this situation and provided no help. Management lacks empathy and blames theft victims. The gates that are supposed to serve as a deterrent are left open about half the time. The entire complex has one trash compactor which breaks frequently. When it breaks, trash piles up outside and makes the entire place look and smell like a landfill. Management never enforces their own rules regarding smoking, parking, and pet droppings. If you return home after 10 pm, there will often be no parking near your building. About this complex and Leinbach properties at all costs.

When we move this apartment , it was great and quiet place to live.But some years ago, many new coming residents have pets, and many areas are dirty with pets footage. We do not care about pets but we also care about pets owner`s manner for others in residency.

Awesome lots of space for the most part it's quite. Nice trees and landscape. Lots of restaurants nearby, elementary and middle school are very close. Nice swimming area kept very clean throughout duration of the summer.

Crowne Chase has many beautiful housing opportunities for renters and they do a good job at making all the community have time to come together for pool parties, holiday parties, and adult nights that allow you to make more friends within the community.

The complex is nice. I would prefer wood floors due to allergies. The location is off of the main streets, which makes the quiet surroundings an excellent perk to living here. Having almost anything you could think of within walking distance is great.

Great Location, close to highway. Quiet part of town buy still close to shopping. Building is in good shape. The parking can be a little tricky depending on which part of the complex you live in, otherwise a decent community.
