I moved here since April 2017 and the treatment of you has been excellent the times I have had inconveniences in the apartment I have solved them in time. we have enjoyed the time in the pool, although I see it very short the time it remains open, it is only part of summer

This place is great! The staff are very friendly and responsive. The price is great for the amount of space you get. They are always having some sort of event with music, raffles, and food. I will say that parking is pretty terrible and there only being one dumpster means you may have to take a long walk but other than that, it's a great place to live!

Its a safe area in a great school district.The landscaping and pool are exceptional! The apartments are well maintained and clean! The office staff is always helpful and caring. The neighbors are friendly.

I have enjoyed this community very much. The apartments are really nice and we have had no problems with our neighbors. The office staff is really nice and our maintenance requests have always been handled quickly. We lived on the third floor which was nice because of the vaulted ceilings but the only thing I wish we had was an elevator. Certain family members could never visit us because they couldn't carry their oxygen tanks/wheelchairs/ things like that up the stairs.

Great community in a fantastic part of town. Close to everything could need and highway access to anything else. Great price for one and two bedroom apartments! My wife and I have lived in both and we are very happy with our stay. We highly recommend this place to anyone.

My husband and I are absolutely delighted with Crown Chase. It was an answer to prayers and we couldn't be happier. It is conveniently located, interior and exterior are in excellent condition, floor plans are spacious, and the staff is just wonderful to work with.

My first year of living in Crown Chase was excellent, have not any complaints. Once I sign up for the second year contract and then when all of my frustration started. Poor management; the office staff grew elephant ears when comes to verbal complaint, especially Allyse Gundy. I guess I don't have choice to put up until my lease comes to end. Constant entering gate issues, pile of trashes in front of dumpster, very thin walls,you can hear your neighbors ( dog barking, baby crying, squishy floors, toilet flash and so on) impossible to take a nice bath without noises. Parking availability is nightmare; in my unit some families have 3-4 vehicles and verbal complaint to the office staff didn't do anything. Bottom line I rate Crown Chase apartment as Section 8 housing, strangers are in and out. Paying high dollar for this place is not worth it. I hope that Leinbach Company will reconsider their vision and mission statements, also management otherwise the customers always have an option to take their businesses to elsewhere to spend their money. If Leinbach company wants earn my business they better fix ongoing issues.

We really enjoy how spacious our apartment feels. Living on the third floor, we have high vaulted ceilings that really maximize the feel of the space. The view is also nice, and there are windows everywhere, making the apartment feel very bright.

Great city location with access to River Parks trail one block away. Beautiful and mature landscaping. Great swimming pool and quiet apartment living. Multiple floor plans. Management responsive to tenants.

With the exception of a few problems along the way. This apartment complex has been a great place to live. They are nice a friendly with great staff. Just wish the parking lot was bigger. There are so many people living here it's hard to find a spot after 8pm. Would recommend even with that.

It has been good experience no complaints. I have lived here going on four years. Clean, safe environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Always willing to help. I have recommended friends that have desired apartment living to rent at Crown Chase. Jenks schools, close to trails, marketing, restaurants, and fast foods, local churches all around. Family friendly atmosphere.

Have lived at Crown Chaise since 2014 and feel very comfortable and safe here. The property is well taken care of and the staff is very friendly and helpful with all issues. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to call home.

Crown Chase offers great value to its residents. The grounds are well groomed and kept neat and clean. The staff are friendly and helpful and periodically spondsor events and parties so that residents can mingle and meet each other. All in all a good place to call home.

Nice, gated community in a great part of town. Pool is nice. Apartments have a lot of windows for natural light. Grounds are maintained nicely. Apartments are laid out well so they feel comfortable. Good amenities close by.

Safe and comfortable living. The only real issue is the noise level out side of the unit (i.e. residents walking up/down the stairs). Enjoy the community feel my complex has. Great landscaping and appearance throughout.

It is fairly nice, however, the parking, the insects, the problems that come with the apartment are a lot to handle. I am not sure that the noise complaints are fair. Anyone could complain and that person be guilty whether the claim is true or false.

Great location, quick access to everything. Large bedrooms. Washer and Dryer are very conveniently located in large master bathroom. Office staff are very friendly. Have plenty of community activities. Gym is very well equipped.

I've had really great experience at Crown Chase apartment homes. Crown Chase is my 3rd Leinback managed community and by far my best experience yet. I'm glad I found this community and did not let one less than perfect review deter me from making it my new home.I love everything about the community; the high ceiling on the 3rd floor, the fireplace, the balcony, the huge master bedroom and bathroom and much more...

Great staff and service! It is a hidde.n jewel in Tulsa tucked in a residential area but close to shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. Even though in Tulsa has small own feel being located so close to Jenks.

Very nice place to live. The staff is always going the extra mile to make sure everyone is happy. Just need to make the parking a little wider. This way you'd cars don't dinged when the person next to your door don't watch their own door.

So far everything has been great, staff has been very friendly. A few things that I've been trying to get fixed has not been attended to. I have a vent issue in my guest bedroom where neither a/c or heat blow through the vents.

I haven't had many maintenance requests but the few that I've had have been handled quickly and courteously. The grounds are very well maintained and most residents are very respectful when it comes to pet maintenance (i.e they clean up after them).

We've had maintenance issues but it's overall a nice place to live. Not a lot of parking spots nearby the apartment after 6pm when everyone returns back home. Nice area of town to live in. Quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful! I enjoyed the apartment, especially the fireplace and high ceilings! The new lights were a nice touch as well. Staff always very friendly and helpful. The gate could be closed more. There were several times it had been left open, which didn't really make it a "gated" community.
