Crown Chase has been a pleasant, quiet community. I like the fact that it's a gated community. The rent is very reasonable and the maintenance crew is always very quick to respond to issues. Everything inside and outside the apartments has been maintained including the grounds. The gardens are gorgeous during spring and summer and the pool is very large and beautiful.

These apartments are great for a family. We live close to Jenks East Elementary. This school is fabulous. The apartments are very quiet. With any apartment you will hear some noises from your neighbors, but it is very minimal. From here, you can walk to Wal-Mart for your grocery shopping. There is a nice big pool and a gym. Both are always clean. Our neighbors are kind and the office staff and maintenance are polite and easy to work with. We are very happy here.

My family has lived here for a year and a half. In that year, our vehicle has gotten stolen because the gates and camera do not work. The gates are always open so there's no point of it being a gated community. They also don't give out gate codes, just swipe cards (2) but if there are more than two people living in your home, this is difficult to work with as you have to call every time to get in the gate. The fitness center is far from brand new and it is rusty. The machines are hard to adjust. It needs serious upgrading compared to other Leinbach properties. Parts of the unit fall apart and also need to be upgraded for the price it is to live here.

My husband and I moved here from out of state and needed a short term lease while we build our home. Brittany Taylor is absolutely phenomenal! She has gone above and beyond to create our temporary home feel just like "home"! My husband and I are very satisfied with our choice here at Crown Chase! The apartment is a fantastic value for the money. Lots of space in a neighborhood. I feel safe walking my dog around at night . The maintenance staff is always in time and efficient. Anytime I have needed anything the office staff responds immediately.

Beautiful, well kept grounds and amazing apartments that just make you feel like "home". I am proud to be a member of this apartment community. They are also pet friendly and that makes me super happy.

Nice quiet neighborhood, staff and maintenance is very accommodating! Electric bill was high (it's the first one i have since i moved in March) May grandparents lived here for 8 years and also had a good experience!

The place is really nice, everything is near, like Walmart for the groceries and the best is the school for those who are looking , the rent is great compared to other places. until now the place is good.

Over all we are happy with were we live, we love our home other than a few things we dislike. Parking.. should be first come first serve there are more signs going up for reserved parking that there are spots to park... people not picking up after their animals, and animals barking all hours of the night.

I have had some issues at my apartment. I think I just got unlucky as some people do. It's not always about the issues themselves, but about how management responds to those issues. Management has been very cooperative in my experience to resolving any issues I have. The maintenance staff is also very responsive.

This is a great place to live. Everyone is friendly and maintenance is done quickly and thoroughly. The grounds are clean and well taken care of. The only problem is I have is with parking. Even though the parking spots are wide there are just not quite enough in front of each block.

We love living at Crown Chase. The property is beautifuly landscaped. Parking in the complex is never a problem. The Office and Maintaince staff are very friendly. We have a pool view and always enjoy the summers here.

A great priced apartment complex in this area with an amazing price and amenities. Great schools. Especially love the fact that is right by running trails and shopping at tulsa hills. Easy access to highway.

I love living at crown chase, the value for what you get is unlike any other complex in Tulsa. The grounds are always kept nice, the maintenance is quick, and the everyone is friendly. I have only been here for a couple months but I'm loving being here.

Love the community, apartment has a lot of windows so that means a lot of natural light which I love! It's close by stores and the highway! It's well kept nicely! The office staff is absolutely amazing. Has been very helpful and responsive to all needs

It's been great for all of us. We moved here about a year ago almost and we love it here great company. And it's close to work and my Kids school less than a minute drive which is nice. And having a fire place is a plus

Gated community, with great staff in the office. Maintenance is speedy and tries their best to fix your issues. All dog sizes are welcome, so you do not have to worry about your fur babies. Community oriented and in a great neighborhood right by an elementary school.

This is a nice place to live. It is a quiet and comfortable apartment. The services that it offers have a high quality and the maintenance is quick and professional. The office staff always has smiling faces also is very helpful. It is definitely one of the best places to live in Tulsa.

I am a Spanish teacher that has come to teach in Tulsa. I came with my son and daughter. I decided to live in Crow Chase apartments because the school bus passes in front of the office, you can go walking to several places like Walmart, Kohl's, Starbucks, Five guys...etc without taking the car and the price it is affordable. I also was looking to an apartment that has a swimming pool and a gym. It is also near to riverside where you can take a walk any time you want. My son and daughter like to ride the bycicles the apartments have and ride to the casino that is near us.

Community itself has been great we haven't had any issues. People are genuinely friendly and the staff have been quick to respond with any issues or concerns that we have. Overall would recommend Crown Chase as a nice place to stay.

Community is great. The only thing is you can hear about everything. I can hear people talking outside , when people are going up/down stairs, when the person above/beside flushes their toilet or gets in the shower.

Overall, I enjoy living here in the apartments. They are really close to a neighborhood Walmart and is really close to a bike and walking trail. The girls in the office are really friendly and do a great job of getting things completed in a timely manner. The interior of the apartments are decent. I wish that carpet would only be present in the bedrooms. Often the carpet gets really dirty in the living room because of the foot traffic. The first floor apartments don't have a gate blocking off the back porch, which is something I wish was present. If it was blocked off, I would use that feature of the apartment more often.

This community is very Clean and safe place. They have Helpful, friendly, and responsive office staff. The maintenance staff are quick to respond. The apartments are large and spacious and I love the layout
