The community and the staff are great and try their hardest. They maintenance men are also very fast and knowledgeable at all hours/days of the week. The only problem I have had is persistent roaches in the kitchen, since week one. We have had several exterminator visits and still have them, so I understand it isn't the office staffs fault. I have even caught a few mice now that it is colder out.

I have enjoyed staying in these apartments because of the tranquility and peace. It is mostly safe and quiet during day and night time.The staff is quick to respond when you have a problem. The outdoors are always kept clean.

Office is very prompt at responding to inquiries. Apartment itself is nice and the kitchen has new appliances. Bathroom is dated and the gate breaks down frequently, but I'm still overall happy with my decision to live in this community!

Rented a studio apt. on a temp basis, I’m 77 years old waiting for senior available apt. I was not told this was a long term lease I did not sign lease, my apt. opened up told girl she said I had a lease, I did not sign a lease they are now saying I owe. a years lease I have a problem being told one thing then another I’m not to healthy and moving to senior living why would I sign a lease. Very nice community! The staff made the move in process very easy and are very nice! The only problem I have is the laundry facility. The fact I'm already paying a pricey rent and then they want $2.50 (or more depending on how many times you have to dry because the dryers aren't great..) is kind of annoying. Other than that, I like it here.

Pretty good already. As mentioned before, there were issues with the blinds not being in optimal working order, and my keys were the wrong ones initially, on top of the smoke smell being in the building despite it being a non-smoking facility. Overall, it's good, but I'd be happier if I was comped a little bit for it. It wasn't a "bad" experience, but it could've been much smoother in my personal opinion. It gave me the impression the complex was not as kept as well as what I experienced when signing my lease and working with the agents I did.

The community aspect is good. Gated community nice and secure. Right by a creek with a pool as well. Only issue is being 2nd floor. If you get a unit on the 2nd floor best of luck to you. My unit has the worst possible staircase available. It has zero room to pivot furniture to carry it up the stairs. It seemed like whoever designed the units didn't think on the concept that people would have to bring furniture upstairs. Upon move in the kitchen floor was covered in debris as was the bathroom area. I told the leasing office of it and they said a person would come clean it on Monday (yesterday) and they never did. So far as a first apartment renter this property is making me regret moving in so far. But unfortunately currently stuck in a year lease. Not sure if I'll even renew it

The property is well maintained. Most keep to themselves and I have had no issues with neighbors. There have been minor issues with cars being vandalized and homeless coming around the apartments from the casino.

Experience was fine until some previously optional items, such as spraying for bugs, became mandatory. Also, the ongoing pet cost per month should eventually be capped. Lastly, the penalty for late rent is far too high and makes it too easy to fall behind. The previous penalty was easier to accept.

Very unsafe place to live. There are constantly people on the premises (homeless, guests of other residents, etc.) that are seen stealing or breaking into cars. Most likely because the gates are constantly broken and never work so they just leave them open. But forget about them doing anything to increase security on the premises, instead they spend money on building a trash compactor. Office management constantly making up an excuse to enter your apartment home and invade your privacy. They only recently stopped doing that cause I set up obvious cameras in my apartment to watch them. Laundry facilities don't work appropriately half the time. Just very very bad. I wouldn't recommend this community to a homeless person.

After living in so many apartments and can finally say I found home. Rivierbend apartment makes me feel safe, monitor my apartment while I am out of town, the neighbors are so nice, maintenance responds urgently to request, and NO ROACHES!!! My apartment looks luxury for a very fair price. MY apartment is well built and maintained, my apartment stays cool without me turning on the air. Once my lease is up and for some reason I am not qualify for a home, I plan to stay here until the apartment has a 2 bed room available. HOME SWEET HOME.

Riverbend is a nice community with friendly staff. The only bad thing to say is my bike was stolen the first night I was here. Just do not leave stuff out on your porch. Besides that, it is a nice place to live.

This apartment is in a great location for an amazing price. We are able to get to downtown in 10-15 minutes, while not paying the downtown price. In Day 1, I'll be honest and say our bike was stolen (even chained) so the crime might be slightly higher. Overall the pool and gym is great and our unit is decent!

This community/complex is hidden back off the main roads which creates a quiet living space. The complex is starting to age though. I wish there was a way to better improve noise reduction between units. Overall I have been pleased. It's a great value.

I like the atmosphere and the conveniences. Groceries, laundry, places to eat and scenic view. While Riverside is a noisy street there is a pretty good barrier so that, inside the apartment you rarely hear any traffic noises. For those who use the bus service it is nearby.

Maintenance service is very good, quiet and safe apartment. The customer service is also good like the swimming pool, the garden, exercise place and barbecue. The trash can place is pretty smart. You can also have pets in the apartment.

Good service, maintenance. Office staff friendly and helpful. I choose Riverbend because I had lived in another Riverbend property and was happy there. I really like the very "natural park and pond". Unusual in the city and I go there often.

I've enjoyed my time at Riverbend. Our apartment is nice for the price. Staff has been great and quick whenever I have a need and there is lots of room for my dog. Couldn't ask for much more other than a more sturdy fence.
