Lived there for almost 4 years now and has been a pleasant experience. I live alone and its very quiet and all my neighbors are very nice. Management has been very nice as well. If there was a question I had, there was always an answer. If there was a maintenance issue it was typically resolved in less than 24 of the work order being placed.

Since I moved in it's been very quiet, calm, I just wish we could have our own parking space, it's kinda hard to find a spot close to my apartment when moving things in, other than that I like it's soo far, I'm excited to see how much I grown staying here

The office staff has been phenomenal since the 1st time we called to inquire about an apartment. Florene, Nancy and Yolanda have been so helpful. There have been some maintenance issues since moving in, but they have done a great job of communicating with us and answering any questions we have had.

For the most part it's a quiet community. The best part is being gated. That's why we chose this place. Our last apartment my car was broken in to and another car we owned had it's tag stolen. Also there were people diving in the dumpsters. I like that this place keeps the worst element out. My daughter and I can take walks late at night. That's the best.

It is my home. I would hate to move. The apartment is very nice. Any thing go wrong they get right to it to see that it's fixed and you are satisfied the staff works hard to please they change air filters and spray for bugs to keep you loving your homes

So far it has been really good and I plan to stay here for a while until I get a house. Everything was clean and ready after we went to the leasing office to sign the lease. The day before we were able to view the exact unit we were gonna be in, and I loved that.

Great community. Staff is quick to respond and respectful! For older apartments, the management does a great job to keep the units up to date and clean. Amenities are great and the grounds are always well kept and clean.

Riverbend is a very nice place to live. Everyone I've spoke to at the office has been friendly & helpful. My apartment was better than expected. Very nice grounds to walk around and enjoy. Beautiful pool area with good quality lounge chairs. Nice gas grills for cookouts are on property as well. I highly recommend Riverbend apartments.

Quiet and comfortable apartments. All staff are courteous and professional. Maintenance comes asap if any problem arises. It is a nice community, no problems with neighbors or security. Great amenities as well.

Lorene was an absolute jewel helping me and my son move in as soon as possible due to not having any heat in the last place of residence. Lorene was prompt, caring and very communitive with any questions I may had. The maintenance was very prompt in fixing our minor issues in the apartment, very instructive as to why we had the issue and it showed how much they cared helping people. The office staff are fabulous and caring, it shows!

A nice, clean and safe community that allows pets! I also love that the community is gated and smoke free. The laundry facilities are clean and easy to use, it's a truly beautiful and nice place to live!

So far, it has been okay. I was super excited to move here but from the get go it has been let down after let down. I've been lied to about them trying to contact me over the move in date change and was given attitude when I said I have nothing on my phone from them. I have never had bed bugs in my life and the second day of living here I've been finding them. When I called the office Yolanda gave me attitude yet again for my complaints. Also, my porch door is hard to open, there is a cracked cabinet in the kitchen, the oven wobbles, the microwave leans downward, the hot water hookup is broken, the list goes on. I think the apartment is beautiful, but the maintenance did not do their job and neither did the office staff for being rude and very discouraging.

Neighbors seem cordial enough. I recently had a seizure at the mailboxes. Neighbor called for ambulance. Management has not mentioned rent increase despite lease expiring shortly. An increase my require us to consider moving.

Living at Riverbend Apartments for nearly two years, I have experienced getting to know the staff, both Office and Maintenance. I am very pleased with their help and getting things done when needed. I also enjoy "chatting" with the Office Staff. They are very friendly and kind. They include Florene, Yolanda and Nancy, the Office Manager. The Maintenance crew are always ready to fix any issues. They include Jonathan and Lori (and one more, can't think of his name.) I feel VERY safe in my apartment and I think I have the best one!

For starters, was never told upon move in that there was a regularly scheduled pest control for roaches that involves clearly out the entire kitchen and bathroom counters. The roach problem is horrible, and have seen multiple mice. For paying $1100 a month, you would think they’d give a little bit more effort to control the issue. Will definitely not be renewing the lease. Downstairs neighbors are so loud at all hours of the night that I can hear their children running around screaming and their TV being blasted, even at 2am. Frequently can smell weed through the bathroom vents from a shared apartment even though it’s a non smoking campus. One of the residents has the guts to claim their “10 year resident spot” is actually that spot and the ones right next to it, and will leave a nasty note if you dare park to the right of their sign.

My experience at Riverbend overall, has been outstanding. The office staff has always been friendly, and quick to resolve any issues we may have. It is a very quiet neighborhood with very little ever going on. Great location & the grounds are so pretty in the summer and fall! Would definitely recommend to anybody looking for something nice without breaking the bank.

This is my Second time do you live in these apartments, in 2006 and 2007, I had lives here I enjoyed living here very much,I had moved in with my mother to help take care of her, I like how the apartments are arranged in mature trees, they had an adult pool,It's a very nice and quiet place to live

Great experience honestly. I had one major issue with a resident harrassing and spreading rumors about my nine year old nephew,(A resident here awell) gathering a few mothers to gang up on him with threats. The property manager handled it as best as she could. Because these threats were off property their wasn't any legal action that we could take. The property manager here at Riverbend handled our issue and we haven't had a problem with those mothers since. Other than that, it's great.

It is a really good community. We have quiet community. Your apartment has a really good service in the apartments. You have a good worker. You guys come early to fix stuff in the apartment. You guys have a good gym.
