Move in was perfect! Everything was clean. New kitchen cabinets!!

One thing I notice every day….. it’s so quiet and peaceful here. I am not at all afraid to walk from my car to my apartment at night. I even feel safe walking to the pop machine at night. My neighbors that I have met are all friendly! Some have lived here more than 5 years! The grounds are mowed weekly and well kept! It’s an older apartment complex but well built and has a very homey feel!!! They allow tenants to make their little front yard or balconies their own. Best kept secret in my opinion!!!

We have a peaceful and calm atmosphere to live with kids though we don't have other friends in this community.As it is fully gated I guarantee a safe place to stay. Closer to Walmart and other shops. I like the door number locking system too.

We've loved living here at Riverbend. The amenities are nice, especially the pool. It's a really quiet area and being so close to stores/restaurants is super convenient. The layout of the apartments is very nice and makes them feel so much larger.

The staff were very kind and helpful during my move from out of state. The unit was spacious/comfortable and the maintenance requests I have put in have all been finished promptly. The grounds are nice and great for walking my dog. It's generally quiet which is nice when working from home.

My experience with the staff has always been great. Work orders get done quickly and efficiently. I have so much I can do here and my building is nice and quiet. New kitchens were installed and I love mine!

Place sure was beautiful. I loved the gardens. The interior was awesome. The exterior even better. I really liked the bike rental concept deal too. As an avid bicyclist who loves trailing it is also super close to a nice route.
