It has been a good experience so far! The staff is respectful to my needs and accommodating! I like the layout of my apartment and the location! It is close by many places to eat, grocery stores and my work! It is overall a good place to live!

The apartment is nice on the inside, spacious. I love the vegetable garden, the huge chess board, and tennis court. The neighbors are really friendly and the maintenance is very helpful. The staff will make sure your apartment suits you.

I love the community living here at Riverbend. I feel safe and welcomed. This place has become my home and we truly enjoy living here, and is a great stepping stone from living in Apartments to working towards owning a home.

Great place to live! Friendly and supportive staff, lots of trees and nice landscaping, adequate parking, and comfortable apartments! Nice mix of young families, college students, and elderly folks.A great place to live!

I really love it here. It's beautiful, there's a nice little park and pond area, the pool is great, the staff is really nice and helpful, maintenance is usually really prompt and does a good job, the landscaping is nice, I think there could be better access for handicapped areas and parking at some of the buildings and the building numbers are a little confusing and deliveries can get very confusing but of course I've never asked anyone to explain the layout to me and I just go downstairs and help the people find the apartment so no big deal really. I like it here!

I have stayed with Riverbend for a year now and it is a very clean and welcoming community. This apartment complex with its gated community feels very safe. It is usually quiet and I enjoy taking walks along the walking trails with its beautiful park and lake. I would definitely recommend giving this place a go if you are in search of a good apartment home!

I feel comfortable living in Riverben, my apartment is everything I was looking for, hardwood floors, spacious, very nice community, Everything is super clean, and with access to everything in the community it is close.

It's been an okay experience so far. The WiFi access has been the worst part. Tech guys can't seem to properly fix the lines and coax outlets. I've had to call a tech guy out here several times to solve this issue.

Very good. Very nice apartment and good neighborhood and nice summingpool and it had vegetables garden and lived safely because Riverbend apartments had Gate and a lot of fish and trusted and a lot of duck.

I loved the apartment we were in 2104 then our group decided to split and down size into 2 different apartments and I love both apartments that I have lived in. So in total I have lived in Riverbend for almost 4 years. The member staff has changed a couple of times but all of the staff members that has work has always been great and easy to work with. The two main staff members that have been there the whole time are Nancy and Corey. Nancy the property manager is always very helpful and answers all of the questions that come up, and helped us transition into our new apartment with absolutely no problem or inconvenience. Corey is the absolute best when it comes to helping with work orders he is super respectful and helpful and explains everything that was going on, happening currently or could happen in the future. He is very Thorough and fixes everything at a timely manner.

It is a great community, safe and friendly. Great location with good businesses around it. my unit seemed to be recently remodeled. Pet friendly and the staff is always helpful. Gated community with good common areas.

Great quiet apartments. Fast Maintenance. Convenient location. Great price for what your paying for and moving in was hassel free. Pest control comes around often and is a gated community. I would recommend these apartments to anyone moving to Tulsa. 10/10

I moved here because it's closer to my job, the staff and matience are very fast and friendly I have good neighbors that watch out for me lot of space for my dog and the gym is amazing. The pool is always kept nice and clean

Staff have been polite and professional, the property has always been maintained and clean. The giant chess board and pond are my favorite amenities in the complex. I've yet to have a negative experience with staff or neighbors. And I plan to renew my lease for awhile to come

I chose Riverbend because of the price and location. The apartments are located right across from where I attend college, which is Oral Roberts University. And the price was affordable. Although the area is a bit sketchy, especially at night, it is quiet for the most part.

Excellent apartments ? older but refurbished. Friendly and efficient office and maintenance staff. The property is beautiful with a park and pond all inside the fence. The location is slightly off main roads so it feels nicely secluded and secure while still in a prime location in South Tulsa.

Experience has been good so far. I feel safe and the exterior is very clean. It would be nice to have light fixtures in the rooms and for the parking spaces to be better marked. Also, for residents to have a clicker To open the gates.

Great community with fair rent prices. Non-smoke environment and the community is gated, therefore, it is safe and clean. They quickly respond to requests, and are very considerate of every resident.

Riverbend is a great place to live! The apartment is beautiful and modern on the inside. Neighbors are fairly quiet and easygoing. Maintinence responds extremely fast and gets the job done. The neighborhood is a little rough by the Walmart supermarket, but there is a neighborhood Walmart extremely close by that feels completely safe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!

Great price for the apartment. Has a nice pool, a wide open area for pets/cookouts, and it is convenient that there are laundry machines in the building. The land itself is very nice, but the gates sometimes have problems.
