The space feels very safe and the apartments are very spacious. That's mainly what I was looking for when searching for a new place. The satisfaction of knowing my managers care about my living is what makes it extra special to live here.

I have lived at Riverbend before and always had great experience. The management and issues solved pretty fast. I was little bit disappointed because of the roach issues that I have right now. Still waiting for the pest control to come

Quiet apartment complex with all of the amenities you need. The apartments are older but they have been recently renovated and it looks great. The staff was very helpful during the move in process. When I found some issues that existed in the unit I notified the office and they sent maintenance right over within 30 minutes. The location is great too! If things stay the same, I'll definitely be here for awhile.

Nacey the office manager is awesome and honest. Great property!! Clean and cozy! Maitance is on point. Close for shopping, resturants, gas, church and family outings. You have to check it out. ??????

Riverbend apartments are located at 83rd and lewis which is a great location close to Walmart. I would recommend getting an apartment on a street as it'll be easier for delivery people to find. The facilities are very nice

No real big issues with this apartment. It is an older complex built in the 70s (I think). So if you're into more modern places then this isn't for you. Price seems alright, I think it could be cheaper. Gates are constantly broken but at this point in my life that seems normal for apartments. Cars have been broken into here but I don't blame the apartment for that.

It's a very peaceful place to live inside the gates. There are a lot of homeless people that hangout outside of said gate but they don't generally try to come in. Trash situation is a pain but the apartment are nice and the staff is friendly

I'm so happy to live in here all the staff very nice and the job is well done on time my familiy like the people around very nice the place is quiet and peaceful this complex is very good I tell my friends this apartment is good and satisfied to live .

The apartments are pretty nice for the price! I love the landscaping and all the plants and trees. It's very beautiful! Maintenance is usually very prompt. In the last year or so, we haven't had any bad experiences with this company! I would definitely recommend it to anyone!

I moved to Tulsa after I had a heart attack. I wanted to be close to my heart specialist. My daughter saw an ad for River Bend and visited. She was very impressed. I moved in immediately and have never been disappointed. The grounds are beautiful, neat and clean. My family thinks it is very pretty here. It was a long recovery for me and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. When I have had hospital stays they have checked on my apartment regularly. They brought my mail and packages to me. After all my surgeries this year, they have been very kind, helpful and caring. A few years ago they completely redid my floors and gave me all new appliances. I was so proud, it had been years since I had new appliances. I do not take that for granted. I had to get used to living alone after my divorce. It was hard because I would get scared sometimes. Here I have never felt unsafe. We never have unsavory people hanging around and sometimes we have a policeman canvass the area. I am still a loner and have few friends here but I appreciate that the fact that the staff offers so many activities for us. They always give the lobby looking beautiful, especially during holidays. The pool is exceptional and so clean. They have supplied anyone that has a green thumb, a place to grow vegetables and flowers. I feel as though they love us.

I have lived here for several years and love the beautiful landscaping, park, and pond! We have consistent community events and I rarely have work orders. Convenient location near Riverside, shopping, and Turnpike.

Ever since my now husband moved in I have been in this apartment quite often. And you really get a bang for your buck here. I think my all-time favorite thing about this community is the maintenance staff. They are incredibly friendly, and are very dependable.

Best office staff of any apartments I have ever rented from. Community appearance is always stellar. There is a pond, pool, multiple gas and charcoal grills, multiple dog waste stations, and urban wildlife.

I think that the location, that it is an enclosed area are important elements when considering this place. Along with it so were the different models of units that they offer. Overall so far I am so very sorry that I have found this place and that God has finally lined up matters to rent this new home. I have lived here for 3 years. Most of my living experience here is good. The maintenance team is perfect here; they always come to resolve the problems in a short time. And this community is very close to Walmart and some restaurants. It is convenient to live here!

Safe, quiet and affordable space for the tulsa area located close to shopping, dining and the river. Close access to major highways with everything needed (gym, pool with hot tub) Would definitely recommend!

Great apartments! Nancy is a beast ! She's always on top of things and takes great care of the apartments and us as well. Maintenance is great. If we hadn't had awful neighbors, which was not fault of the apartment, this would have been a perfect 5 out of 5 review.

My experience at the complex has been up and down. The apartments look good overall; however, I was not excited about the cleanliness of my particular apartment upon move in. They also are late with renewal letters which is stressful. Quiet and good price though.

I think this is a great apartment complex to live at! It always feels safe, even at night because it is gated. There is a lot of natural beauty just there at the complex and the facilities are always nice, quiet, and clean.

Great community. Leinbach does a good job keeping good renters and removing bad ones. Very quiet but friendly neighborhood. The staff is great, and very responsive. I've been here close to 7 years and love it.

Nice size apartments, accepts large breed dogs, gated community, very nice pool with splash pad areas, good location, good school district, basketball court, pond, fishing deck, community gardens, and the staff are quick to respond.
