We enjoy living in this quiet gated community. The vegetable garden, swimming pools, & park are great amenities. The maintenance staff is top notch! They respond quickly and resolve any issue we may have.

I have not lived at the complex for very long, but so far it seems nice. Everyone is always willing to answer questions. Security seems pretty good even if it is kind of funny how often the front gate parition thing breaks. Some of the mailbox locks are old and take a little bit to open. Overall its great for my first apartment.

These people are great! Very punctual on fixing things if they need it. Place feels very clean without any littler! People who work there and live there are nice and friendly! I couldn't think of a complaint if I tried!

I have a wonderful experience with Riverbend Apartments! They were quick to contact me and make sure I was helped. Within no time I was touring a unit and then moving in! I was very pleased with the service I received and would have no problem referring a friend. This place is great!

i just moved in. so far I am really enjoying the apartment and the location. It seems to be a nice community with clean spacious apartments. The grounds are very nice and well kept, there is a big nature area which is perfect to take your pets.

I love this place. I have lived in a couple of other apartments throughout the years and this one is by far the best. It is quiet, especially at night, the staff is always nice and the maintenance department has always fixed things quickly.

The move in process was so smooth. Out of all the places we looked they were either at our budget and super small or too much for us and still to small. Riverbend is super spacious and a great price including all the amenities it includes such as, the pond, the pool, kitty pools, basketball court, tennis court, and more. We love it here and the staff is amazing along with the gated community.

This apartment complex is filthy. From the gates ALWAYS being broken, people leaving their trash outside the compactor, and not to mention the roach infestation. Finally started taking pictures and videos of all the roaches in December and from then to now I have over 100 videos and pictures. I have sent these to the leasing office as well as their HQ and they are doing nothing about it. They argue and deny that anything is wrong and then threaten to sue because I am using RAID bug spray to kill the roaches on contact since their methods are not making a difference. They call me a liar even when I have proof and they don't even respond to emails that they tell me to contact about this issue.

Community is very nice and quiet place. Neighbors are nice and friendly. Staff took care of a maintenance issue I had quickly. The gym area is super nice and clean. Overall very satisfied with my decision in moving here.

It is located in a nice area, quiet neighbors, great school district, easy access to highways, nice pool area and fitness center. Nice place to live with a small family with a small pet. The gates don't always work properly

I have already met neighbors that I plan to hang out with. The community thus far is tranquil and pleasant. I love the amenities, especially the open park area. I am also a huge fan of the gardening and composting center!

You don't want me to answer this question. I have not had a good experience at all with this complex. I will move as soon as my lease is up. I have had more problem and issues since I have lived here than any other place that I have ever live.

My apt is nice. Nice amenities. Nice pond, walk, pool, garden, gym, people, etc. Quick to respond to work orders. Close to many stores, retails, churches, movies, school, and restaurants. Not to far from 2 highways.

It has been a nice experience. Very quiet place and good staff, high quality maintenance, nice appliances and amenities, I just could complain about some neighbors no taking care about their dog waste.

Riverbend made sure we were happy and completely satisfied with our apartment before talking about leasing and move in. they understood my boyfriends work schedule and mine didn't match with office hours but they made it work for us so we could move in ASAP and she listened to us when we explained why we needed to move in so quick. i really appreciate everything Madison and the team and Riverbend did for us to find our home.

I have lived here at River Bend apts for more then 25 years. There have been so many managers that have passed through here, but non compair to Nancy and here present staff. The compassion shown to the residents is above reproach.

It has been quiet and peaceful and very well maintained. The management has been very friendly and helpful. The maintenance has been responsive if I need a repair and replacement. I enjoy being able to control my visitors.

It is a nice complex to live in. The office staff is pretty friendly and very understanding. I have had a small issue with roaches but they got it taken care of immediately and I haven't had any more issues with it. They keep the outside looking very nice also

I really appreciate that you guys blow the leaves off of my porch! It is such a huge help. My broom is still at the house that I'm selling and just when I think that the leaves are becoming something that I need to take care of, I come home the next day and someone has taken care of them!

These apartments are in a great area. The residents are very nice and the staff are very helpful. The area is loaded with great places to eat, and great attractions to keep you busy. The renovations they have done have helped keep the apartment very safe and modern.

Not enough parking. Loud neighbors and the washer and dryers hardly ever works. When I move in they told us everyone was getting a bath room remodel. Never got it. And when we re signed they told us they were going to clean our carpets never happen. As much as we pay in rent I should have to park on the street and have to spend almost 20$ to wash my clothes cause the dryers don't work

I have really loved this space! Other apartments I visited were way more expensive for rent at about half the size. I knew I wanted a bigger living room and I appreciate the fire place! It really comes in handy during the winter. I love the patio area and the amount of sunlight my rooms get! They're perfect for my little plant babies! I also love how parking isn't an issue and 9/10 i'm able to find a parking spot within a few steps from my front door.

I've lived in the community for about 8 years. I've changed apartments a few times and I haven't thought about leaving yet. The price and area all make this a great place to live and I've been very happy with my overall experience.

The best living in Tulsa by a long shot !!! Quite community's , luxurious interiors, updated everything ! I first rented with leinbach and will never switch company's they will have my buddie as for years to come .
