To be honest the most important is to feel comfortable in your own home and I don't feel at home because of constant roaches seeping through cracks and stovetops! I even have neighbors whom complain of the same problem as well. Otherwise i would totally recommend this area to anyone.

I have lived in this complex for a bit less than a year and have been pleased with my apartment. The community is warm and welcoming, the grounds are well kept. I would definitely recommend the complex and will be renewing my lease when the time comes.

I love it here! It's gated and quiet. The property grounds are kept immaculate. The units are fresh and updated. I like my neighbors and I feel safe secure and very happy here! The staff is very professional and caring. There are lots of activities to participate in and the gym and pool are a great amenities

This is a very safe feeling community but within 2 months from the time I moved in someone had cut the cable lock and stolen both my husbands and my bicycle because the gates were broken for 2 weeks. I don't appreciate the animal lovers leaving dog poop on the lawn.

This is a good place to live that provides a good bang for your buck. From the pool to the fitness center to the quality and speed of the staff / maintenance to the quality of the appliances that are included. I've recommended this place to my friends and they've moved here and like it too.

Awesome community, and residents, just slightly higher price range than average, but worth it. Large amount of ORU student residents, which add to the quality of the community. Walking distance to Supercenter, and eating establishments.

The apartment is in a great location for me and my wife, since we are both from Brazil studying at Oral Roberts University and Victory College. The condition is fair for what we pay, but the apartments are pretty old.

very great community, no crime, no managment issues, staff works great with you, apartments are nice especially for the price. The landscaping is really nice. It is very handicap accessable. And the pond is really nice.

Lived here for 5 years now, office staff is friendly, nice pool and gym area, same with the basketball courts. Neighborhood has gone down lately with a lot of homeless people, and crime has followed them, it's "gated" but the gates never work.

I love my apartment, it's the perfect size for me right now. Oh, & I love the huge balcony! The features were recently updated so that was a big plus & the price for the space is great. It is decent & very quiet in all honesty.

I have lived at Riverbend Apts since 1993 but moved into a larger apt for purpose of having s washer & dryer I really like the atmosphere here I feel safe everything is well kept the close access to my work

I have enjoyed my time here at Riverbend! It is a great location for work and shopping. I love the new fitness center and pool! They are very nice! The staff is very welcoming and friendly! They are helfpful!

Affordable place to live and close to a lot of shopping areas and Riverside. The pool is really nice in the summertime. Its kept really clean and there are plenty of seating, the misters are great too. The staff is helpful if you ever need a maintenance call and usually fulfill it immediately if they can. Pet friendly!!

Great I enjoy it a lot! I think it is a great apartment building . I enjoy the pool, the fire pit and the park/garden area to walk through. All amanities are up to date and well mantained. Staff is friendly and responds fast to any inquiries.

Since the question is about community, then it will be pretty brief because i've lived here for only about a month and the only community i've ran into was in the laundry, they seemed like nice people who were helpful.

The location is perfect. I have a short drive back and from work, my wife has an even shorter drive to and from work. We've never had problems with neighbors. Any maintenance issues have been resolved quickly.

I was searching for an apartment in the Tulsa area that was close to my work, or at least to the turnpike. Riverbend was the only place I visited that made me feel at home; the office staff are all very friendly and helpful, and I haven't had any issues with my unit. Countless amenities and safety for some of the best rates in the city!

I've enjoyed living here so far. I've been here one year and a half. Staffing has always been patient and kind. It's very peaceful. I feel safe. My neighbors are very quite. It's in a great location. The only issue is people tend to break the gate with their car often. But staffing always fix it immediately when they can.

The staff were very nice and knowledgeable, of any information I needed, friendly and respectable. Treated me like a person and not a thing. They are always willing to help you if they can, keep you up on what is happening in the community and that is always a plus.

Everything has flowed easily for me since I've moved in. The staff has swiftly and kindly helped with everything that I've needed from leasing paper work to maintenance requests. The rent is reasonable and my neighbors nice and mostly keep to themselves.

See survey for my suggestions/complaints. I did forget to mention a detail however. The walls need better insulation, as well as the floors of the second apartments. One can literally hear people walking around and pets running around from the apartments below.
