I've had a pretty good experience, I just feel like staff is super nosey & will find anyway to enter apartment. I've had maintenance enter my apartment like 5 or 6 times & I have only put in 1 maintenance request. I just think it's a little expensive. Like the filter changes, I can do that on my own. Staff does not need to enter my apartment for that.

I'm not able to turn off the porch lights and it's annoying since some of my plants need absolute complete darkness. Also my upstairs neighbor is very loud and the door gets stuck sometimes. There is a vegetable garden which is nice

It has been great. Staff is responsive and maintenance is caring and considerate when working in the apartment. The office staff is also caring about individual and community safety and do what they can to meet needs of all.

I have lived here in 2013 - 2014 and came back in 2020. I like this complex for a couple reasons. Even though, I am dealing with a prior roach infestation in my building, the good out weighs the bad..

I have lived in this community for the last three years and I plan on renewing my lease for a fourth year. The location has easy access to food, shopping, and recreational activities. There have been a few times I had requested maintenance and it has always been taken care of in a timely manner.

I love the space in the apartment. The layout is quite open, and the kitchens are well upgraded. It is a good size for me, my husband, and our 6-month old, and we like that there is a large park with plenty of trees.

We love it here. We love our marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and so many amenities. We love that we are about to have our pup here too. The office staff are awesome and hard working. Ty

Everyone seems friendly and welcoming. However I did move in at the start of corona virus so there hasn't been much of a community feel to it. I don't blame anyone as we are in the middle of a pandemic

Nice quiet community. Office and maintenance responds promptly. I haven't had any problems. The basketball courts are decent enough to go some shots up. The tennis courts could use a renovation. Overall, it is a nice place to stay.

I would highly recommend Riverbend Apartments to anyone looking for a nice, safe place in SW Tulsa. They are conveniently located close to shopping and good schools. Everyone here, from staff to residents, are friendly and helpful.

Management is very friendly and the property is very quiet and beautiful! Once you're inside, it doesn't even feel like you're in Tulsa anymore. Definitely one of the better properties in Tulsa to live in!

So Welcoming....., Pleasant Cozy & Clean . The Quiet Park and Pond gives You a Warm wonderful country in the city View and Feel, Very Elegant styled Pool , Best I have Ever Seen in Tulsa and Or Broken Arrow .. Area Excellent And Therapeutic

Close to park, restaurant, shopping. Property well taking care of, lots of activities to do outdoors. Property recreation consist of swimming pool, tennis, gym, basketball, and community garden. Easy access to river trails and turkey mountain.

It is a nice quiet place to live. People keep to themselves. Parking space is adequate. The gates used to enter the community are nice to have but inconsiderate people do not use them properly and they are broken almost weekly. Maintenance is great.

Excellent home. We are very happy here. We love the pool the pond and the geese. Beautiful grounds. We are very happy with the location. It is close to shopping and restaurants. I really love the gym..

Beautiful environment hidden from busy tulsa. The pool is AMAZING. Always very clean and rarely crowded. Fitness Center convenient and kept very cool. Fantastic landscaping that make nightly walks with the dog very pleasant.

These apartments are a great value for the price point. The vinyl floors are so great to keep clean, especially with a pet who sheds. I am grateful for the mature trees and grounds that highlight nature. The pool is also nice, new and clean.

I have only been here a month but I am absolutely loving it. Amazing area, super quiet and secluded. I will definitely recommend everyone here. A REAL gated community, there is only way for visitors to come in and you cannot get in without someone FROM the community letting you in. I feel so safe and that was my biggest priority when choosing an apartment.

I have been at Riverbend 18 years. has always been an easy place to live.Very close to my office, just five minutes away so home for lunch is nice. I have also grown a wisteria vine to my upper deck , it creates a nice environment. happy the mgmt allows that.

Terrible office staff, terrible service... look elsewhere, office staff is the most incompetent staff I've ever seen, if you enjoy living in a web of spiderwebs then move here, absolutely horrible customer service.

I have been very impressed with all who work for Leunbach. Everyone has been very courteous and kind. When I have a issue it is dealt with promptly and efficiently. I have enjoyed living here and the surroundings.

It's very quite, maintenance is very prompt. And take care of what you need the first time correctly. I don't like office staff changes int the almost two years it's changed a lot so you can't build a rapport with anyone it seems like.

Oddly enough it was the 1st place I moved to after I was married back in 1983. Now it is close to work. Security Officer at River Spirit Casino and Resort. It makes life a little more easy to have everything so close and accessible. The grounds and the pond are very nice. The pool and the large Chess game board is awesome too.

Office staff was very helpful and thorough in inspecting the apartment beforehand. Move in day they noticed two potential issues and put in a request for them, which shows the concern that they have, it was much appreciated.
