Community is awesome!! Neighbors are really nice, apartment is very updated. Office staff is great they answer any and all questions asked and help with anything that you might need to know. If looking for an apartment this is a great community

I've been a resident of Riverbend for 1 year. My experience so far has been pleasant. Appearance is nice, grounds are landscaped and kept clean...no trash lying around. Office personnel very pleasant.

I've had a great experience living here I like the community area I enjoy my apartment and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I like that the groundsmen are great at keeping the area well attend and how they blow off your patio after mowing. Very happy here.

This apartment has been a blessing to our family. The office staff is normally helpful and the swimming pool is great. We also enjoy the fitness room when everything is working properly. Thank you for all of this.

Great place to live. Very quiet neighborhood. All staff members are courteous and understanding. Maintenance will get the job done quick if anything goes wrong. The apartments are very spacious and up to date.

Amazing complex to stay at, I've rented many other places and this one feels more like a community not an apartment not a house. Every one is friendly towards each other between residents and staff. Never had any major issues any issues we have had they have worked with us to resolve the issue in very quick terms. They don't hesitate to go above and beyond for the "community". MANY amenities so if you don't like one I'm sure you'll find a different one here that you would like. Only complaint I have is the fishing pond which isn't there fault it's just the matter of nature. The doc is very worn down not much water in the pond and only turtles no fish tip catch :(

Very friendly staff and Nancy is great!! I like being so close to everything but still feel like I don't live right in the city (even though I'm right on Riverside). The pool is very nice and appreciate the gated community.

I am happy with riverbend overall for the great communication the staff has with the residents and the location I love waking up in the morning and seeing the clear sky and my outside view of the trees being so well kept and the grass green I find everything so peaceful

My family and I are very happy to have chosen these apartments to live in. Everything is very nice. The attention of the office staff is also very good. As we have two children, we like it because they have a park where they can go out to play without any danger. I highly recommend

This is my first apartment, I wasn't vary sure how to deal with everything. The staff help me with everything and made me vary happy. I lived here for at lest two going for three and I never been happier. I really don't have anything to complain about.

I like it here.I don't know what else to say so I'm going to just get the 200 characters I need so I can move on. A bit annoying, so I'd recommend removing the limiter on this. Well I'm about out of things to complain about.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied living within this community. It is a safe, kind, and clean place to live. I have never had an issue with staff of any kind, and maintenance is always quick to take care of any requests. The amenities here seem vast, and are mostly kept up with in terms of maintenance, especially the pool. These apartments are an amazing place to live, and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

The staff really takes care of business. My apartment was exactly what I was hoping for. You'll love it here. Great location and everyone's very nice. Gated and very safe. Very diverse with race/ages.

I have enjoyed my time at Riverbend these last few months! I like the cleanliness of the apartments and what they have to offer. Riverbend has also always been very diligent in answering any questions I might have or helping me with work orders whenever necessary which is greatly appreciated as a first time renter.

Had been a good experience at Riverbend they do all they can do to take care of issues. It's open and my kids and I use the park and courts all the time. Riverbend is a great community for families and animal lovers.

I've lived at Riverbend since 2015 and have enjoyed being here, but if they continue to raise the rents in such large increments, I'll have no choice but to leave. No one seems to value the long term, quiet, never late paying residents!

The staff has been helpful and friendly since the first time I walked into the leasing office. The apartments are spacious and updated with a very fair rental price. RiverBend is conveniently located next to shopping centers, walking trails and entertainment.

It's been an okay experience living here. They have moved a lot of people in their younger 20's in the couples fight skirt off at all times of the night have friends over that take up all the parking spots it was better when I moved in 2 years ago but still not a bad place to live.

I love living here! It's a safe and friendly community. The office staff is friendly and reliable. Anytime I have questions or need something resloved they are available. I will continue to recommend the Riverbend complex to my coworkers and friends.

The common spaces are in perfect condition, GYM, tennis court, etc. Being private residences, a sense of security is maintained within all its spaces, it is a quiet place to live and share, it is highly recommended.

It's so quiet peaceful and all around beautiful just wonderful it's close to everything that's you would need a grocery store, college, lots of room to walk around with your pets. Lots of trees basketball court tennis court and pond just wonderful

It's been roughly two weeks since moving in and I have nothing to complain except how great it is to be here. I've enjoyed the quiet and beautiful park here. I haven't fished the pond here but I imagine it being nice.

The complex does a good job getting back to residents about apartment issues. They allow leniency in decorating the apartment so you can really make it seem like home. However, the front security gate does commonly break, which is worrisome. Also, the washers and dryers in the laundromat could do with some inside repairs.
