We went and toured last week and I really like the leasing agent. It is a gated community and has a lot of amenities. The places are nice inside and large. Everything is clean and the community itself seems like they aren't strangers to each other.

Very quiet community. Neighbors are very friendly. One of my favorite amenities is the gym. The pool area is very nice and always clean. The curb appeal is the only thing I wish that looked better and the dumpster area.

The place is great I am absolutely loving it. I'd recommend it to all my family and friends. The place is so nice and comfortable. I'm in love with the gym. The basketball goal is really nice as well.

Upon moving to Riverbend I felt welcomed and valued as a resident. It took quite a while for us to decide on the right unit, but Florene was patient and confident we would and we certainly have! Our many thanks to all the staff at Riverbend!

I've had a good experience at Riverbend. The office personnel has been very helpful and friendly. The maintenance men were very on time and took care of everything. It is safe here. I had to call after hours for help and I got that when there is a water leak. I got help with a bird that came down my chimney flue all over my apartment! The grounds are beautiful here I love that it is a bird sanctuary. I love the water and the little dock. I love the flowers and even the mushrooms I was so glad they didn't mow them down right away.

Moved in a couple months ago Florene was great and helped us out as much as possible to get us in. Since move in we have had hardly any issues at all with the apartment. Great community of people that live here too

I love it. Moved in pretty fast The complex is very quiet and I feel safe. The management team is very patient and caring. The maintenance is right on top of anything that needs to be fixed. I live now right across the street from work. My husband can go fishing in the fishing pond. I just love it here

It has been a great community, very queit and the neighbors are pleasant. THe grounds are very well maintained. I would like to see more opportunities to interact with reseidents that the complex. I have not had any issues as any request for maint has been promptly handled

I absolutely love riverbend apartments I love the gated community and the communication I have with the office. Maintenance is also amazing they came out and fixed my air for me when it broke. My neighbors are amazing also

When I first moved here, I was happy and proud. Then they started cutting down a bunch of trees, it looks very bare and the rent is too high everybody, I know that's looking for a place to live cannot afford this place people on disability cannot live here the rent is too much

Gated in and nice community with all new updated appliances with freshly painted walls and carpet. The residents clean up agter themselves and their dogs as well. They have friendly staff who works quick and efficiently to complete work orders in a timely manner to meet every resident needs.

The best place to live ever, it's safe. It's great, it's just safe filling. When you go out, you have security fences all around the whole complex. It's absolutely the best place I've ever lived and have made such great wonderful friends. And the office staff is so helpful. And so joyful that it's always a pleasure to stop it and say hello to them. I meet people out by the pool which I love and I love that. We have a big, big, lovely garden that we can garden in. And our mail is always on time and it's just wonderful living here I recommend it to anyone.

Very welcoming community. Lovely management staff. Maintenance request always done promptly. Beautiful garden areas. I will say the trash can be a little annoying to deal with. Cleaning up after the storms could have been done better, but otherwise a really beautiful place to live.

It's very quiet and serene you cannot tell there are kids on property, I love the non smoking community, for the most part neighbors are quite friendly and don't bother you, no "Karen's" at this property I love just living the life.

I have lived at Riverbend for 2 years and have loved it. The office and maintenance staff are always courteous and helpful. The apartments have space from each other snd it feels like home with tall trees surrounding the property and a lake. The pool is fun to hang out and the people on the property are friendly. It is amazing how quiet it is and you can sit on your patio and watch cool two-passenger airplanes roll by?so relaxing!

Great staff and maintenance. Any issues I've had over the years have been addressed and handled in a timely manner. We have been here for years and definitely enjoyed it over the years. It's quite place beside the traffic that rolls by.

I was looking for a safe and affordable place close to work. I found Riverbend. The staff is welcoming and knowledgeable. Florene made me feel like part of the family right away. Office staff & maintenence is great and responds quickly. Community garden is a big plus. Close to grocery shopping and restaurants. Some dog owners do not pick up after their dogs it smells/easy to step in.

So far the Apartment Community has been great. It's very quite and everyone seems to be friendly. The staff have been the most helpful and definitely do not lack in communication! Overall this has been the best community I have found for the price. I would definitely recommend others to live here.
