Great space, great place, and exciting environment. I've been here for only 2 weeks and I'm loving every moment of my stay here. It's quiet and close to every needed store. You will not regret it if you move in!

I love my apartment I love the dream and the pool I do not like some of the neighbors but I do know there's nothing I can do and there's nothing y'all can do I do love to be living downstairs and have washer and dryer connections

The move in process was extremely smooth and the property staff were so kind and communicative in answering all of our questions. The property is beautiful and clean and offers many places to walk pets! The layout of the one bedroom is very open with lots of sunlight for plants and the kitchen has so much cabinet space! I would recommend anyone live here! A very quiet and friendly community.

Moved into these apartments in December 2016. Had good experience until July of last year. Apartment flooded from above and I experienced an infestation of roaches. Problem was finally remedied in April 2023. During that time I had to keep all of the kitchen items in boxes to keep my cabinets clear for pest control. My only issue was that I felt I should be compensated for these months, but the Company did not agree. Other than this it was a good seven years.

Clean, nice apartments, ran by nice, caring people, for fair prices in a nice location. They will work tirelessly to fix any problems and always greet you wit h a smile. I would recommend anyone to live here.

A great community, great for taking walks and the gardens are beautiful, I love how close the shopping centers are and I enjoy the park they have and I would definitely recommend moving here! Absolutely beautiful!

Riverbend is a gated community with access to a gym, a pool, vegetable gardens, tennis courts, basketball courts and a creek to fish in. All while being in walking distance to Oral Roberts University. My unit is clean, carpeted with a fireplace and patio.

Love it! Great community, lots of ammenities, pet friendly, the grounds with the park and pond are beautiful. Office and maintenance staff are so nice and helpful and really care about the tenants. I highly recommend this property.

I haven't been here long but so far I have had a pleasant experience. My favorite part about this complex is no smoking. The neighbors are polite, no noise issues to complain of. The quick response to maintenance requests is great.

Overall the move in process was easy. Waterbend had less move in fees than other apartments. The only thing is I was looking to move in on the 10th but the date got pushed back to the 12th. Not to much of a big deal.

This is my first time ever living in an apartment building and I have had zero issues thus far. The ladies in the office are always SO kind when you go in to see them, the online portal makes service requests and payments easy, and the maintenance men are so respectful and make me feel safe when they are in my home to help!

We started out in a two bedroom but upgraded to a three bedroom the following year. It's a very quiet and peaceful community. If you're a nature lover like me you'll love the woodsy park area in the back. You get to see geese, ducks, squirrels, different birds, and if you're really lucky you'll spot a racoon, possum, or bunny. The pool is absolutely beautiful and they have an outside fire pit. They do not discriminate dog breeds, your fur baby is welcomed no matter how big ??. Any issues I've had have been resolved very quickly and the staff treat you like a human being. I truly love this place ??.

Wonderful community! The staff were so helpful and kind. I looked a lot of places and just getting someone to respond back to calls or emails was a chore. They were very responsive (even have a texting number so it makes it easier) and always answered my questions. Move in was a breeze, everything is paid electronically so no having to wait in line at the bank for a cashiers check. Also the complex is ON POINT! Huge park area, a pond, swimming pool, amazing workout center, and it's gated and safe.

Riverbend Apartments has been my home since relocating from Alaska 2 years ago. I have thoroughly enjoyed living here. My apartment is spacious and well maintained . I have felt safe here and love the beautifully Maintained grounds.

The apartment is beautiful and the community is very nice but the move in process was a nightmare. The staff were nice but the need to call me everyday to ask for things to move forward with my application was a bit overwhelming.

I moved in recently but so far the community is very quiet and friendly and the office is very easy to get ahold of, the pool is very nice and the property overall is well kept and very clean. Its been a great experience so far.

I love the property. The unit is spacious, clean, affordable and smoke free. These are all the qualities that we were looking for in a rental property. I love how quiet it is and being secured by a gate.

I needed to find a place to live without going through too much hassle. The front office staff were super helpful. The one issue I faced when moving in was that the A/C wasn't working, but they got that fixed super quick. It has been smooth sailing since.

The community in Riverbend has been phenomenal! The staff is great and always willing to talk to you about any questions you have. This has been one of the best complexes I have lived on and I recommend them to anyone I work with when I get the chance.

The community is very warm, welcoming and super pet friendly. Within the community lies varies locations that may most likely appeal to your interest. From the garden to the tennis court. All staff is very kind, from office staff to maintenance.

After moving into what was told to be a $600 apartment, this cockroach infested place god kicked up to a $780 nightmare with zero redeeming qualities. The gate key and codes never worked, after one night i got a threat to evict due to unpaid rent, but i made it clear to the office that they wanted me to use my rent money to pay off old unrelated debts. Its been a nightmare, and costs as much as my apartment in st louis did, for half the space. Ugly souls make ugly people ugly people make ugly towns
