The move in process was very easy. The apartments are well kept and the maintenance staff is friendly. Laundry and mail are within easy walking distance. The location is well placed in Tulsa for all my needs.

My apartment and the grounds at Riverbend are so beautiful and The office staff is always so friendly and helpful! I also love how convenient the location is! There is a Walmart across the street and a plenty of food and entertainment right around the corner.

Never had a problem with anything not getting fixed always get things fixed when you tell them you need love living here it is a quiet place to live. There is no traffic running in and out of the Complex.

The staff is very responsive and Florene made my first time moving, a breeze! I had toured 20 complexes and this point and was very disappointed with the representatives and how unprofessional they were. When I arrived at Riverbend, they were beyond welcoming and get things done in a timely manner.

It used to be clean and nice. Now there are mice trying to come in it is ridiculous. The people behind me smoke and I cannot get management to do anything about it. I will be moving soon. //ffffffffffffffffffff

Florene was extremely helpful and polite during our leasing process at Riverbend. I received the utmost care and assistance with her help there. The move in process was quick and easy. I found upon move in that the apartment was infested with roaches and quickly needed to end the lease due to this problem. Florene was very polite and helpful with this 30 day money back guarantee process and helped us end the lease promptly and offered us another apartment on the property in case we were interested. We politely declined and solely wanted our money back. However, in doing the 30 day money back guarantee, we discovered we'd be prevented from ever leasing with Leinbach properties moving forward, which was quite disappointing and frustrating to say the least.

This is a great apartment complex!! Completely gated and secure which is sooo nice! Just be sure to ask them to spray for bugs before moving in! Also the staff is so great and very willing to accommodate or talk to you about any issues

the staff are great! Florene was exceptional and made our move in easy, however, it's becoming apparent that apartments are getting outdated. It might be time to consider updating them to ensure they continue to meet the evolving needs of the community.

WORST APARTMENTS AND CREW!!

I was pretty much forced out of there once my Ceiling in my room collapsed and the plumber couldn't find the source of where the water came from that ruined my apartment, so they just patched it up and expected me to stay there, the told me NO to be in a better Unit, The maintenance crew left their trash and dust in the sink and everything, we had to leave stuff there that the water ruined, Worst Apartments I ever stayed, glad I found a better place, and I will be calling my Lawyer

Very quiet community and friendly staff. We love it being very pet friendly. Close to major conveniences, with great amenities. Even the one bedroom smaller unit is bigger than our old two bedroom bungalow.

Riverbend is Home

I enjoy living ay Riverbend! It’s a hidden gem with easy access to nearby businesses and schools! They offer great amenities and the maintenance is very attentive. My boyfriend persuaded me to move here, but I thank the staff for being so welcoming!

Living at Riverbend for 10 years now

I've been living here for 10 yrs I have no complaints. I love my apt my bedroom is the space I love the most The office staff and maintenance are awesome they all go outta their way to please. I love that my deliveries are safe in the office closet if I'm not at home. yes being a gated community makes it safer I love the trees and park shopping is right across the street. I use the laundry alot.. love having one onsite the pool is nice to. Love having a reserved parking spot after 5 yrs since I work late..I would refer anyone to live here it's quiet and pleasant.

Beautiful safe clean place to live, great for kids and pets! I enjoy my poolside apartment and take my son fishing along the lake. The gate makes me feel safe where I live and it's conveniently located near grocery and gas.

This is a safe apartment community. Very friendly staff and prompt maintenance service! Both front and rear entrance require a key card or code. Excellent location for schools, shopping, etc. Nice pond and park area. Pool is well kept.
