Overall decent experience. For the most part peaceful & quiet. Exceptional to most apartment experiences for sure, especially because I've lived in apartments throughout all my life. This community is also exceptional in comparison to other communities outside of it, even with neighboring communities, as well as those spread throughout the entire city & county. I speak from experience & not any other point of view. Considering all things human, it s a Great community for real. A Blessing in the midst of these days & times. I'm Grateful!

I moved into the apartments in April, and they were very supportive with me having to find an apartment on short notice. The office staff kept in touch with me throughout the moving process, and up to a few weeks after I had moved in to make sure that everything was going well.

Love it here! Great office staff and maintenance. Older structures but still in good shape. We are staying as long as the rent stays affordable. The staff is super helpful and I would reccomend this complex to friends or family.

Pros: My experience has been mostly positive. Customer service has always been impeccable, which includes maintenance service. It's usually very quiet. The management team has always been accommodating and kind. The grounds always look well taken care of. The bridge over the moat is nice to feed geese/ducks. In the summer, the pool is enjoyable with nearby grilling stations. The gym equipment seems to be in good condition. Cons: There's been only one. When people smoke inside, it drifts through the vents. Management is usually proactive in stopping it.

The best apartments in Tulsa. Really great community, great staff, great amenities. Really no downsides at all. Maintenance is fast and thorough, and the leasing staff are wonderful to work with. The property is beautiful and a great place to call home.

Everything is fine- location, staff, community, neighbors, amenities, and facilities except the internal conditions of the apartments and buildings. The buildings are too old from the inside and it needs huge maintenance/ renovation- old fittings/switches/power outlets/faucets/doors/windows/ floors/ceilings/ old and poor air conditioning and heating system/ complicated electric power line/ inconvenient water line system.

Its awsome. Staff is proffessional and always respond promptly to requests. Most neighbors are pleasent and respectful. It is also pet friendly. I like the pool ( well maintained) which accomodates all age groups.

Friendly staff quick maintenance response and delivery of package notification and will hold it safe till you pick it up. Good about notification of special events and new rules and guidelines. They know you by name.

Riverbend is a good place to live. It is clean and I feel safe here. Close to all the places I need to go like grocery, pharmacy, retail stores and restaurants. The staff is incredibly nice and helpful. Maintenance is usually quick and efficient. The grounds are pleasant with open areas and trees. You'll like it here!

I love how neat and clean the grounds are kept and the effort applied. One can definitely feel safe and comfortable at Riverbend! I would hope with the current inflation the rate prices for renting these apartments homes do not continue to increase.

Very nice spacious apartment. Staff is very hospitable. Maintenance is a problem. Their work is subpar, very sloppy and half done. There are also problems with large pets and the things they leave behind

It is a nice community. The apartments have nice updated appliances. There is a need for more storage. I think they could redo the closets to make use of all available space. We have nice high vaulted ceilings and I'd be willing to sacrifice some of that ceiling space if they could give us an "attic" area. The fireplace is lovely. We do need better winterization by the big sliding glass window/door and front door.

It has been a pretty good living experience, the price is decent for the amenities given, especially when compared to other apartment complexes. Florene helped me with the move in process and she was phenomenal! All other staff are very friendly and professional as well. Note: I have noticed homeless people tend to walk around the area, however very few if any at all tend to come into the complex. If they do, the staff are quick to address the person and remove them from property. All in all I'd say it's one of the better places to rent from if you're looking for a safer neighborhood, but also not trying to spend a fortune.

For the money this is a good community to live in. It has nice security gates, nice wooded park to chill out in and take a stroll. The office staff is very prompt to respond to maintainence issues or any other concerns. If you've lived here for five years or more you have the privilege of your own personal parking space.

I like the quietness and that I'm the only one using the stairs to my apartment and the fact that it is gated. However, I would like the convenience of a washer and dryer hookup but there is a laundry facility on-site.

Riverbend is a good place to call home, this is a very quiet community, we feel very safe here, I go out early in the morning to take my dog out to use the restroom with no problems or fear , A lot of beautiful mature trees, big fishing pond, A tennis court, A nice swimming pool area two area gardens you can plant your vegetables in, two laundromats,If you need to do some thinking, we have a wooden area, and a long street that many people go walking on, workout area, much more I haven't mentioned, the office staff and maintenance are some of the best ,I would recommend Riverbend for your new home.

Quiet community. Feel safe. Overall good experience. Community is close to many things. Laundry rooms could use some work such as maintenance and cleaning. Mailbox is a little broken but works for the time being.

For the most part, it's been a great experience. So impressed with the maintenance staff. I use the pool all summer, and it's been very clean, kept cool in 100 degree heat, lots of space. Love the office staff. Very friendly and professional.

The overall community is perfect. The gym is really nice it includes something for everybody. The pool does too! It's family friendly. The pond adds a nice feature that no one else has! The office and staff are super helpful and understanding when it comes to anything. I also like that they are pet friendly! They even have parties for your pets to join :)

It has been an overall positive experience the time I have been here. Nice grounds love the parties and the basketball goals. The Apts are spacious and the fireplaces are nice too..the grounds make beautiful pictures!

I throughly enjoy living in these apartments! The office staff is great. The pool is awesome. They have grills and such on the property for gathering and cookouts! The apartments are very spacious and great size for the price.
