Nice atmosphere and community. Good location as well for schools, shopping, grocery store, parks, and accessibility to other areas of the city. The gym is also one attractive fact for others. It is a quite and nice place.

Staff is friendly and responsive. Maintenance requests are done rather quickly. No complaints and I like the unit I'm in. Area is quiet and parking lots are decently lit if you're concerned about safety.

I don't live here. I'm only a co-signer. My son lives here. I live in Kansas and have not been down to Tulsa to see the apartment yet. I'm hoping to visit my son in his new apartment soon. He is very happy with it and the pictures he sent look nice.

Great quiet community. The office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful and effective. I love that we have good landscaping and even the opportunity to have a personal gardening space. They keep the area clean and maintained.

I have lived here with my daughter more than 8 months and we loved here very much especially for my daughter whom likes all the activities held by the office stuff.We felt very warm and comfortable here especially from your greeting and necessary and important notices.All in all we loved here badly. I would like to recommend my friends to live here because of all the services and activities.Thanks a lot.

Rented this apartment for my 19 year old college student, Felt very safe leaving him here. Apartments are well maintained and staff is very responsive and pleasant to deal with. We looked at SEVERAL apartments, and he lived in one previously for 5 months. For the value, this was by far the best apartment complex. I would highly recommend. We are only leaving because he is transferring schools. I can tell you this same apartment where we live is 30% more in cost.

I enjoy living here it's quiet most of the time but it's not bad just normal everyday noise with kids and adults. Apartment complex post pictures of what the inside appears to look like but then you come to view and that's when they seem to have a excuse as to why yours won't look like that. My main thing I suggest checking is water pressure in all faucets. The pool here is beautiful and amazing I enjoy spending time after work relaxing at the pool. I like that they have a gated community that's a huge plus. Overall I give them a 4 star rating. No apartment complex is perfect !!!

My overall experience within the Riverbend community has been lovely. It was my first apartment to myself and the office staff was kind and informative- they were not pushy. I was able to communicate with them as a person to person. The large windows are so scenic and I love listening to the rain on my spacious balcony. I'm now married and happy to start a new life and home here at Riverbend.

Riverbend is a great place to live with great sized apartments for an affordable price. When I moved in I didn't even have to clean anything, it was already done for me. It made the moving process super easy! They were willing to work with everything I needed and it was a great experience!

I dreaded moving into an apartment after being in a house for over a decade. Living at Riverbend has been fantastic. The grounds are well kept, the extras like the pool and garden are incredible. The fitness cented room is an actual fitness center with top quality machines, free weights, and cardio equipment never seen before at an apartment fitness center. The apartments are modern and luxurious both in how they're equipped and specially. The staff both maintenance and office are incredibly responsive and thorough. It's amazing that I've lived in Tulsa for the majority of my life and just this year learned of Riverbend's existence. I'm so glad I found it and moved here. They've really changed how I felt about apartments and renting altogether.

The apartment is a great value for what you pay. Maintenance is always very quick, often fixing issues the same day as reporting them. The common areas are kept very clean and look great, there is constant upkeep to all the buildings and greens

Four cars have been stolen out of our complex in the last month or so, nobody from the Managment told us and our car was stolen, I was almost stabbed in the parking lot by someone breaking into a vehicle. Our bathroom has been leaking for a month and smells like rotten onion

The location works for me, and the community is well taken care of. The staff is always pleasant to deal with and I walk away with the feeling that they really care about us residents. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. I find great value here.

Good community with a quiet place. Everything is close by in a walking distance. Have Walmart in less than .5 miles. All the facilities in the community are nice. It is not a busy place for sure with all available resources

Very quiet and well kept. Has vegetable gardens, vending machines, laundromats, tennis/basketball courts, pool, all kinds of stuff. Staff is very nice and helpful, and the apartments are clean and have new appliances that work great!

Originally, I found this apartment complex due to its proximity to my work. I love that it is a gated community , my unit is very spacious and has been recently renovated. The complex is great for walks and has many spacious greens. I have loved my time living here.

We've been very pleased with the staff and maintenance workers who help keep things in working order. Enjoy the lawn staff who see that all areas are kept neat and cleaned up. Not only does it look very nice, but the wet leaves don't present a slipping risk!

This is a very enjoyable apartment community. The office staff is terrific and very responsive. I really enjoy the workout facilities and the pool is excellent. The people who live here are friendly. I enjoy the folks that work out when I do and I really like my neighbors.

Really liked community until new apartments were built which increased the noise level tremendously especially because of placement of new complex's trash compactor. Also paying for a gated community that isnt kept gated all the time. Trash disposal is a pain now as all trash containers removed and a trash compactor is now used which necessitates driving to the far side of the complex with any trash. Late fees are too high now as well.

We moved to this facility "sight unseen" from Wisconsin after communicating with staff online and by phone! We love the staff and are very pleased with both our apartment and the property. Thank you all for your hard work and the fine job that everyone does.

Its ok to live here. Stores are pretty close by and highways are close by. The staff is helpful but could be friendlier in my opinion. The security gates are always broke and they cant seem to keep them working properly. The piece of wood comes down when it shouldn't and scrapes the car. Grounds keepers are rude and has blown rocks and chipped my cars. They speak very little english so it makes it hard to communicate with them.

I haven't been here long.I moved in the end of march.I like living here.I tell all my friends how nice it is office staff is number one in my book.I like going out side with my loves all the room to run are happy for your good work
