I have lived this apartment over 5 years. The most friendly atmosphere apartment staffs I ever han in last 5 years. It has a beautiful and great view of large walking and exercisable space on the back, and gorgeous looking fond, which I love!

My roommate and I have been here for almost a year and a half. We love the grounds and we have never had any big problems with our room or the staff. They have a decent gym, pool, and a well-kept apartment grounds, which is beautiful. Everyone is really nice and most people don't get into arguments with anyone. There has been a roach issue from time to time, but the pest control is prompt to come when we message them. Just keep growing and making sure you this place looks and feels safe.

I have had an overall good experience except for bug infestation at my current apartment. I enjoy the staff and the community is quiet and friendly. I would recommend it to any of my friends, The only thing I have mentioned is my problem with the bug infestation.

The staff is very informative and helpful! They explain everything to you without leaving things out. They show you everything possible and take the time to go over everything offered. The maintenance staff is very responsible and get things done correctly and quickly!

chill community. lots of trees, kids like to play at the basketball courts. gardens seem under utilized or no interest. if you lived there long enough you get a reserved parking spot, would needs better air filtration system

I love my apartment. It's the perfect size for a 1 bedroom, and has washer/dryer hookups which is hard to find in a one bedroom. The office staff are nice, but it seems like they tend to change frequently. Maintenance staff are quick to fix problems.

So far it's a great place to live, very quiet close to a shopping mall and can walk to a walmart. Nice resturants close by to have a great dinner, if old enough the casio is right across from the apartment complex very convience.

These apartments are very nice. They are spacious and clean. I love that they are close to Riverside, a casino, family entertainment, dining and shopping. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend RIverbend to anyone looking for their next home.

Great quality and awesome low cost. Just watch out for hobos. The staff is not very knowladgable especially Sage. Also they have an inability to enter your name properly in the gate and then they act like your stupid even though it was ygier fault the whole tine.

Its a below average community, still have many issues that i moved in with. Increase in rent doesnt match added value. the plant garden is a waste of space. landscaping crew leaves ---- everywhere. have a pothead living upstairs and skunks my apt out.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. They have great hospitality and are very welcoming and approachable. Maintenance always answers requests in a timely manner and is very thorough and professional. All facilities and the grounds are well-maintained. The location is perfect for shopping, liesure, and highway access. Community members are friendly as well. Rent is appropriate for the value and all that is offered. I would definitely recommend living here!

The apartment is great lots of space and it's clean. Monthly pest control is great since I have a little one that's all over the house. The office staff is great very nice and react quick to any issues. The maintenance staff is very respectful and professional. I really like the community events the complex puts on. There's a pool a gym lots of open ground what more you need.

This community is a great community to reside in. The apartments are, in my opinion, great on the inside though the exterior does not seem to reflect that. Office and maintenance staff is great and requests are usually responded to in a timely manner. Overall great place to live and the smoke free community is a plus!

2nd biggest piece of ---- in Tulsa, Ok. next to the Garden Courtyards. --- ------- - Wilhoit Property ------ Manager is a gossiper and Federal HIPPA Ethics violator. ------------- - HR Manager is the same and has done the same. Wilhoit properties and all that work there are crooked. Be WARE!
