I've stayed in a couple of different apartments here in Tulsa, and I can honestly say that this by far is 1 of the better communities. The Office staff and Maintenance Staff are always professional and responds in a timely manner. Customer Service is superb!

the community is nice and the staff are kind. The grounds are not the best. The greatest feature, in my opinion, is the community gardens that are around each unit. The pool is nice and well maintained. The gym as well.

I have lived in two facilities owned by this leasing company. I love the staff and the complex. One of the hidden , inexpensive living options around the Jenks Oklakoma area. Arkansas River sits very close too!!!!

So far I've had a great experience. No loud noise late in the night, wonderful neighbors and a nice apartment. Very clean and well managed/maintained couldn't have asked for much more in terms of places to live.

Staff is friendly and take the time to listen and answer any questions you have. Move in was easy and paperwork didnt take long and felt welcomed and not rushed into any decisions. Great quiet place to live and unwind after work and they have a pet policy too for animal lovers.

This is a gated community, it has a beautiful landscape. Never had an issue with neighbors. It is pet friendly. Love the fact that the floor is faux wood, and floor plans are spacious, affordable and have new appliances.

Riverbend is a great place to live. I enjoy the creek, sports courts, gym, and park-like grounds. Some of my neighbors complain about things, but there will always be nay-sayers. I think it's homey, and I hope to settle here for awhile.

I absolutely love living in Riverbend, I couldn't be more pleased with my new hone. It's spacious and comfortable, the management team is like no other they are friendly and helpful and always greet you with a smile. Their attitudes are consistent and no matter what you need they are helping you in a timely manner. They strive on making sure you are satisfied and let's not forget they always have some sort of complimentary drink or snack. You never have to worry about maintenance orders being on hold they send out emails in response to all orders put in and completion, I could go on and on it's refreshing to live in a family oriented, clean, family friendly community. You have to live here to understand all it offers!

The staff is so helpful . Your work orders are completed in a day or two . They also send emails to update you on your work orders to make sure you know they received it and are working towards helping you as soon as possible . It's so quiet and peaceful no noise at all . Everybody is also so friendly would 100% recommend moving here .

The community is awesome with its amenities and the professionalism of staff. Great location, too, being close to Walmart and some restaurants. The neighborhood projects safety and security with the proximity of a Tulsa Police station nearby.

The apartments are very nice and quiet. Everyone is very friendly, especially the office people. The appliances and counters are updated. It feels very safe cause it's a gated community and tucked away from the street.

Overall very nice, quie, and clean for age and location. Easy access to parking and shopping outlets as well as turnpike and city streets. Friendly and helpful staff is very responsive to needs. Would reccomend this property.

The apartment itself is fine, we got a good deal on the apartment for its size and quality. However, we had issues with maintenance and office staff not being helpful and entering without permission. 0

I've lived here 2003-2005, then 2010-2012, back here in 2014. Keep coming back. Like the property and it's easy to get to places I need to travel to. It's worked well for me. Any maintenance issues taken care of quickly.

I love the gated community! The pool is awesome and newish. Updated not too long ago. I like the fact it is a non smoking environment. They are very good at keeping the lawn mowed. The grills they have work very well. The community vegetable garden is so cute.

This is an amazing neighborhood if you like riverside all of the things around it from the gathering place to Jinx right across the river and its a great part also the live in Their shopping and every top corner People are always friendly neighbors are nice they allow pets they have a gym I 10 acre dog park to pulls a giant chessboard a lot of squirrels but not a lot of parking

Just moved in, the move in process was so easy, the staff explained everything very well and made the process so effortless. The property is beautiful and my apartment was ready, clean and all ready for me to move into right on time just as promised. I looking forward to living here!

Good community, good prices or rates, and a great staff. Overall very satisfied in my time living here. Gates don't always close which I don't see having a gated community if they don't function properly. But as far as management and the maintenance staff very happy.

I have been here almost 7 years. The staff has always been nice and any work orders are completed in a timely manner. The only bugs I have had issues with are spiders but Raid to the rescue. They do have pest control and you can ask to have them come in once a week. This complex is quiet for an apartment complex. At night, it's really quiet and I can't really tell I'm in an apartment most is the time.

Not bad apartments. The biggest issue is the constant barrage of mosquitos to the point i almost need bug spray just to go to my car. There is also an issue with storm drainage in some areas. However, i will say the pool and gym are nice, office staff are typically kind and they have an awesome feature of community garden plots

Everyone has been very polite and professional since I moved in and they have kept there word on anything advertised or mentioned on lease it's very quiet and private neighbors are great as well. Glad I moved here

No assigned parking, Gate needs fixed daily, Safety is an issue due to gate broke daily by disrespectful residence or visitors. Trash is changing to 1 bin for the entire community - not good, Great to have as a recycling bin though if they do that.

Riverbend Apartments have been very welcoming. Office personnel are always polite. My fianc? and I really enjoy the little community here. The holiday events that are put on here at Riverbend are just phenomenal and really create a sense of care in the little community here at Riverbend. We are glad to have chosen this apartment to live in.

Jenks is a good area of town. And Riverbend apartments is a clean, gated complex. The pool is great. The gym is great. The staff is also great. The square footage of my apartment is well worth the monthly rent. Would definitely recommend.
