Overall it has been a very nice experience renting at Riverbend on the park apartments, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. work orders are always done right and in a timely manner. Very nice place to live. 2 bedrooms apartments are very spacey. Great place to live.

This is a great community to live in. Maintainable is prompt and the staff is prompt in responding to any requests. The apartment is always clean and well kept. The lawns and swimming pool is neat and well maintained too

The staff is professional and courteous. The community is peaceful and friendly but the apartment was not what I expected for being advertised as a luxury apartment when I moved in. I've had pest issues since moving in.

Gated community, friendly staff. I have lived here for 6 years and never had any problems with safety. So I would recommend this place to all my friends and anyone looking for a great place to live. Feel free to visit and have a walk through with the staff you won't be disappointed.

Couldn't be happier with the super spacious floor plans - makes it feel more like a home and less like an apartment for my family. Helpful staff and have had no issues. Lots of green space for my daughter and I to walk around and play, and she especially loves visiting the ducks and geese on the deck at the pond. Can't wait for summer so we can use the pool!

The community we are in is perfect! We love the view from our porch. The apartment is just what we were looking for. The staff is very quick to respond and helps us with any needs. It's a short distance from a lot of restaurants and grocery stores. We couldn't be happier!

The apartment is clean and nice. Sabrina and Nancy are good. Response is quick and efficient. Maintenance workers are nice. The welcome activities are warm, such as free breakfast, valentine's day party.

Riverbend Apartments is a decent apartment complex. It is a good spot to transition into something more permanent. The location is decent as well. It is close to the Creek Turnpike and a Walmart. Pretty quiet as well around here.

I like this place more than riverchase, riverpark, bandon trails and pheasant run apartments, I personally know each of these apartments but Riverbend is the better looking and it's very close to the walmart supercenter.

The community is fantastic! The best amenities in Tulsa. The staff are always courteous and professional. My favorite things are the salt water pool, wood burning fireplaces, and continuous updates! If you ever have questions, comments, or concerns the will address them and respond appropriately. Don't hesitate to come to the best gated community in Tulsa!

Very nice and quiet community. Well kept up and maintained. I enjoyed the on-site fitness center and the onsite laundry.... great part of time and close to the Arkansas River and the casino and the Walmart!!

Great gate community with a lovely pool. Apartment size is very good love the large living rooms. Office staff is very friendly, welcoming, will help if there is a problem. Will let you plant vegetable in the garden.

I have live in this apartment community since 2012. I have not have too many issues with the complex. The office personal is veru friendly and they work with you on everything. I have lived in two different apartment at this community and I liked both of them greatly.

Great neighborhood and community. My belongings are safe and i don't have to worry about burglars or domestic shootings. The apartments are spacious and clean and maintenance is prompt to repair any damages. Good pricing on rent.

It has been very good so far. The whole staff has been very helpful with any problem that arises. the maintance is also very quick once you have submitted a report to them. Also the grounds are very well taken care of all the time.

Probably the best value in the area. But the buildings need work, porches are in bad shape, dogs aren't picked up after, and the holiday lights they put up are hideous (think a Tim Burton creation without the class). When it comes to having a roof over our head, this place offers the best bang for the buck though. The cheaper places in town have paper thin walls. And the more expensive places are mostly selling that they are newer, not better.

The complex at Riverbend is really a great value! It was definitely the best value I found for a one bedroom, so I have plenty of space. It is a pleasantly quiet complex, so I never have to worry about noisy neighbors.

The office staff is amazing and extremely helpful. Whenever I have to put a work order in (which is rare) maintenance is on top of It and quickly resolves the issues. Great value too! The other positive is that the staff recognizes you and calls you by name. I'm real happy with my choice of apartments.
