Our apartment is over priced for the quality of our living space. Maintenance personal are not skilled in completing most problems. Laundry room washer and dryers have not worked in over the year we have lived here. Regardless of the many calls to the office.

Apartments are conveniently located. There are plenty of Restaurants, fast food, and Bars in the area. Depending on what building you live in parking may be hard sometimes. Maintenance is usually on top of things but sometimes they dropped the Ball. If they do contact the property manager and is normally taken care of quickly. Would not suggest living on the bottom floor. My apartment had flooding But not major Carpet got wet in 3 rooms. I have also seen the truck at multiple buildings for same problem. One other downfall is the heat runs on boiler system it is turned off during certain months So if it's cold out during those months you cannot warm up your apartment. Over all I would rate 3.5 to 4 stars out of 5.

Nice community with plenty to do nearby, shopping, food, easy access to I 95, staff is nice and attentive to your needs, new office and gymnasium and a very good pool, plenty of parking and very nice neighbors

Building "E" was great when I first moved in. Building "M" is renovated but the carpet in the hallways are disgusting and tenants leave alot of trash on the hallway floors. 'having more issues in this building then I have ever had. Although maintenance comes when you need them, I feel like they need to take care of the little things as high as my rent is.

Good apartments, clean, functional, convenient location, good neighborhood. Limited parking. Staff was very helpful and always kept in touch via email but sometimes unavailable via telephone. All appliances are in excellent working conditions.

So far I have been disappointed with the number of issues with the apartment since moving in and the response time to correct the issues. There also been less than satisfactory communication with the office staff.

Great staff and great maintenance, quiet community. Enjoy living here. Friendly neighbors. Plenty of parking. Close to post office, bank, pharmacies, I 95. Great new club house. Nice pool. Close to diners.

The maintenance guys are very nice and try to make the fixes as quick as possible. The only thing with that is, they can't seem to figure out this loud vibrating noise outside the apartment windows that happens everytime the wind blows. It's been happening for like 8 months now. Parking is not so bad when you're in the right building. I had to switch buildings just to get a good place to park. The size of the one bedroom is ok for a couple and maybe a baby. There is a good place in the bedroom for a crib. However, once people come over, it feels cramped. Kitchen is small. If they opened it up more to the living room, it would feel bigger. People definitely have different versions of "renovated". My current unit is better than the last, but rent is too high for their so called "renovated" apartments. Overall not bad, but personally, is not for long term living

So far so good. I enjoy how quit the apartment complex is. I am looking forward to the new clubhouse and using the gym. I am really excited about that, I am also excited about going swimming and using the faculties during the summer.

Being proactive with problems has been lack, when problems are addressed it is due to a complaint rather than the complex looking for ways to improve life for its tenants. It is nice we have a pool; I wish the fee was part of the rent and not another out of pocket expense.

Well, the info on the website was somewhat misleading. Asked about accent wall asked about new carpets the leasing in general And could not get a preview of the apartment before I made a solid decision (Only chose this for convenience and small non refundable security deposit oh and that was not correct in the website either) So, not impressed at all but it's a rental so I can deal with it for now.

It's a very nice quiet community and a great place to live in they have excellent schools and surrounding stores and you're close to i-95 which takes you either north or south I am sad that I will be leaving this great community that I have called home for well over 29 years

It seems to be a safe community. There were small issues in the apartment when we moved in, that we are waiting to be addressed. So far, we have experienced a very quiet apartment with nice location and many stores nearby.

There are updates that are needed, specifically, when it comes to drainage and sewage pipes. The current pipes were not made for the washer and dryers and dishwashers that are now in the units so there are ongoing issues. A lot of people do not pick up after their dogs therefore none of the grassy areas can be used. There doesn't seem to be any follow up other than a letter that goes out to the entire community. Maintenance staff has been changed recently and is a huge improvement. They are friendly and professional. Overall property can get messy but they are prompt with cleaning up trash and dumpster areas. The buildings are vacuumed and cleaned in the shared areas at least once a week so the buildings look nice inside. You're getting what you pay for but great for the price for a safe community. Wish there were more updates inside, more cabinets updated flooring. (getting rid of the carpet would be good start!)

Experience is good, Office staff and maintenance always on top of job orders, or issues. All experience is good. A lot of water shut off's occasionally due to old pipes I'am sure age of building. Like the apartments

Fast and friendly service with the leasing agency. Felt welcomed. Everything was in order when I arrived to move in. It was nice to move in to a newly renovated room in which all of the appliances were brand new.

New movers but not happy waiting for finish work and paying for storage for two week , staff is very good and polite, listen complain. Just not happy for not finished carpet , hopeing not this to others , hard to maintain

It is quiet and the neighbors are nice. It is close to convenience stores and pharmacies. The back of the apartment have a large grassy area that's fun for the kids and little picnics. It is also close to major highways.

Besides limited parking , the community and management are great. All maintaince requests have been resolved quickly and professionaly. Exterior of property could use a little updating and a park for the children would be great.

More worried about updating units when people move out and updating property w new pool house and plants rather than following up on work orders for tenants who are paying rent. Corporate should directly see units that people are complaining about instead of brushing it off to someone else.

My experience has been a good one so far. The only thing that bothered me was the Willowbrook listed the amenities, which I thought were great. I asked about the amenities and the office said, those amenities are a general list for all Berger rentals but not offered. Sad.
