nice area pretty convenient. sometimes at night people start yelling in the parking lot and i do wish the apartment was not carpet but wood. it also sucks when you move in and you're in the third floor so you have to carry everything up because no elevator. i bet it must be annoying for our neighbors to have heard us on move in day because you can hear them when they leave their apartments.

Everything has been wonderful. The noise level in your apartment is very low, even when you can hear people from the hallway. My only complaint is that parking can be an issue, especially when you first move in.

Originally moved in about 5 years ago. Management has gone through many changeover over the years. It started pretty rough but has gotten better. Recently had to switch to a new unit because they wanted to remodel and wouldn't renew the lease. The switch was nice and after talking to a few other residents we feel like we lucked out in this scenario. The "remodeled" units are just OK. While gaining a washer/ dryer in unit and better kitchen appliances and cabinets, much storage space was lost. The apartments, while having some of the cheapest rent in the area, are still overpriced for what you are given.

The community is good, however, it has a lot of room for improvement, for example, I don't know how many reports I have made for problems due to my neighbors about the nightly laundry and nothing happens.

So far so good,love the environment with trees and grass. It located close to a train station and drive to the Ridley park only 20minutes which is convenient for camping and grilling. The maintenance is quick.

When I first moved in my electric shut itself off almost everyday for more than a month. My apartment has been under water about 6 times. Wet rugs ,big fans the works. Bathroom ceiling has been down twice and falling now. My car was towed from the property without notifying me. They knew it was my car because it was damaged on the property. And it cost me $520.00 to get it back. A text would have been nice, they text everything else. I had no AC all summer and it's still not fixed. Now it's summer again.

The community here at Willowbrook Apartments is very nice, Everything is well kept and clean. The office staff and maintenance staff are nice and respond quickly. They also have a lot things to offer on the premises, such as a pool, gym, & dog park.

It wasn't easy like the slogan said and still waiting on a refund from the accounting department. We were promised a move in date and it was delayed by five days. There were minor communication problems and issues that needed attention.

I am new to the area but it seems to be very safe and friendly. People in the apartment building I'm in are nice. Lots of places to shop nearby and not far from things to go and do. So far my experience here has been nice.

My experience has been horrible since moving into the community. I moved to a another apartment unit and thing are still not Installed correctly. The rent increases every year and it's not worth the money.

Willowbrook is nice and quiet. Close to lots of schools and shopping. Office staff is friendly and helpful. Maintenance request have been answered promptly. My only complaint is that they need more parking spaces.

Awful. Never ever rent here. They paint over black mold, they leave black water covered carpet in your house for your animals to ingest and you the get everything you own dirty. This week alone our apartment has flooded 3 times and at least 2 other times in the 2 years we have lived here.

Neat, clean, peaceful. It was easy applying and to get approved for an apartment. I chose this property because it is conveniently located near main roads. The lease preparer Shannon Begely was very nice and helpful.

Nothing wrong with the community for the most part. Only thing is in my building there is a family that just throws their trash bag down the stairs instead of throwing them out. And there used to be a guy who creeped on my girlfriend

So far so good , I honestly cannot complain. I moved into a new unit with new carpet & all new appliances . I love it so far! The only thing I dislike is the lack of security, I wish the front door locked.

I love, love my apartment. Office staff is always nice. When I put work orders in; it gets done in a timely fashion. No complaints here. Communication is appreciated via text and email. Happy Resident!

Great place very comfortable & quiet love the area only down fall is the maintenance team never do anything correctly but other then that I like the places. It's walking distance to stores & schools. Just fix the maintenance problem

I've lived here 2 months, it's still early to leave a proper review. All I can say, is if I knew now what I knew when I was applying I would have kept looking. They need to hire a new GC for their renovations that's for sure!

Clean and up to date.Easy move in process and helpful staff. Gym and pool access and shopping very close. Quiet community easy access to 95,parks,playgrounds and school is across the street.24/7 maintenance and up keep if grounds is nice
