The staff is very friendly, everytime I call it new something they are always in time and understanding. When I called about my drain being clogged, they came and fixed the issue right away. If one couldn't do it the called for help and fixed it that same day.

My apartment is nice because I have made it that way, but the experience has been horrible. Leaks, overflowing water from toilet, having things ruined and having to clean up after everything is some what fixed. Very tiring and time consuming. Now on top of that we have more people moving in that seem a little "different" and possibly up to no good. Guys sitting out on the steps, hanging around the doorway, and loud talking right in front of our windows. Cars that never move and there must be a lot of cars to one house now because there is never any parking anymore. If I am not home from work by 8pm I almost always have to park around the corner. Imagine working 12 hours and then coming home and not being able to park near your door when there is a car not to far that hasn't moved in months. Crazy man.. I would not recommend anyone to come to this community. Well at least no one I care for.

I enjoy living at Willowbrook. The office staff is always helpful. It is a friendly environment and I feel safe. I moved here after college and glad of my decision. The area is conveniently located to stores. If you need public transportation it is easily accessible.

I live in a nice one bedroom apartment. Most of my neighbors are cordial and friendly. On the other hand there are people who leave trash and garbage wherever. The fines for not picking up after your pet have got to be enforced. My final thought is the front doors to the apartment building should have locks on them so unruly characters cannot enter the building.

Dirty hallway carpets. Front door hard to open and shut. Other than that can't really complain for a rental property. Transitioned from a house to apartment so kimd of a culture shock but getting used to it

I just moved in on the 15th, and maintence has had to come out a lot and we have not even been there a week. So it has been very frustrating. Maintence has came out and sometimes the issue is still there. For example our washer and dryer did not work they came out to fix it and then it leaked everywhere then had to come back and the person had to request the manager. And then we had a light be changed and it doesn't even work.

Just horrenendous management. The entire building smells like marijuana and we are getting non stop emails about cleaning up after dogs. We pay astronomical amounts in rent but don't have access to heat and air conditioning. Maintenance is so brutal

Hello! 1. We currently have a first floor 1 bedroom reno available at this time for immediate move in, as well as a third floor, and second floor 1 bedroom that would be available for beginning of April. 2. For a April 2018 move in our prices for our 1 bedroom renos would be $1074. If you would be interested in moving before March 11th we have a special going on where the 1 bedrooms are only $899. 3. Stackable washer & dryers are located in all our renovated units. We also have laundry rooms on the first floor of every building for larger items such as comforters/blankets.
