The apartment community is very nice, and it is a good location to everything. The school system is very good and there are many stores in walking distance to the apartment complex. I would recommend this apartment complex to a friend.

The staff was incredibly friendly. The neighborhood is gorgeous and very safe. Its very close to many different stores for anything you would need. The in unit washer and dryer is super convenient. The layout is perfect and for the price its very spacious

Horrible experience from 2 different apartments now lack quality everything is bubblegum together patch work repairs walls are junk appliances are junk ac works when wants to not knowledgeable staff not worth the money and when lease is up will not be renewed better options out there. This place is one step up from slumlord. When these apartments were owned individually they were better taken care of by the individual unit owners

Easy to use, a helpful tool to ID places to view. Map feature was very easy to use and helped narrow our choices. Sales associate was knowledgeable and returned calls plus they were open on weekends unlike several other props in this area.

Great location. Happy staff. Close to highway 95. Good Area restaurants in walking distance. Pharmacy CVS in walking distance. Post office is close .schools are right across the street . Lawn care is excellent.

I've live here and overall it's been a positive experience. The staff is responsive, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the location is very convenient. Noise can be an issue sometimes, but the community feels safe and well-kept. Parking is decent, and the amenities like the gym and pool are a nice bonus. I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to live.

Office staff is always courteous and polite and maintainence team is exceptional. The staff handles all any issues that may arise a timely manner. Ultimately I am happy to reside here. I just wish the hallways did not smell so bad of marajuana.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Willowbrook Apartments,from the moment we walked through the doors, we felt like we were truly at home. From the start, Emma was absolutely phenomenal. She was not only professional and knowledgeable, but she also treated us with genuine kindness and care. She took the time to walk us through every detail of the leasing process, answered all of our questions patiently, and made us feel valued, not just as potential tenants, but as people. Emma was amazing at helping us find our apartment. She was patient and understanding and kept us notified of all changes. My experience has been okay, but tired of contacting the office about issues and seeming as if the tenants are the issue and a bother. If a tenant has an issue the office should limit there frustration how do you think the tenants who are paying a hefty rent feel when things in these apartments aren't maintained properly. Never see a HVAC Company come out to any building to maintain systems when season changes like they should be done twice a year. We suffer not the apartment complex employees they get to go home to their nice cool homes!

The community itself is great and the staff is friendly. The amenities are great as well. However, we have had a multitude of maintenance issues since moving in April of 2024 that have made things difficult.

So so no cameras and no security don't feel safe when coming home at night and there is only one lock on the front door thats not secure at all no playground for the children. The gym needs more equipment and the come door should have a buzzer anybody should not be able to walk in or maybe a code the property is not safe nor secure

The office staff is friendly and quick to respond to inquiries or concerns. Most of the people we have encountered in the community have been friendly. There is a bit of concern with the cleanliness of the common areas in the buildings and the parking isn't ideal but overall, we have been happy here.

Berger has allowed the property to go down hill. Constant Water leaks, old boilers that should be replaced, Our bldg NO HEAT 4 days,. Dope Smokers,Dirty Carpets, n Walls Rent too high.. No quality control of services done.. Apple Carpet Is Terrible?

Residing at Willowbrook for over 10 years. The building I am in has remained a quiet and peaceful place. Maintenance when needed has been quick and accurate. Office personnel are very responsive and polite.
