During our tour, we did not experience excess noise. However, there are definitely some renovations that should be done both internally and externally. Safety features were lacking. No security cameras anywhere and no locked entry to buildings like a key fob. Also, as we were leaving our tour, a man in a ski mask was walking on the property (it was over 70 degrees out) and as we were pulling out of the parking lot, 3 police cars pulled in.

So far no complaints. I had dead bees in my unit but maintenance and an exterminator came within 48 hours. I also had an issue with my dryer and maintenance came the next business day to fix it. The community is quiet and they keep the grounds clean. You can't beat it for the price.

Poor. They don't clean the apartment hallways, seems like they're letting any kind of individuals into the units and rent goes up but no positive changes are made. I've sent constant complaints over but it's seems they have better things to do. Ashame!

I've lived in this area my entire life. Every person I've come across here has been very nice. Kids are usually friendly and try to help me cause I try to carry too much at one time like an idiot. They hold doors for me. And everyone loves my dog pepe

Dealing with the office is ok. There were a lot of concerns not being addressed but seems to be better now. Had a lot of ongoing issues with my apartment. And still have the same ongoing issues. And maintenance has been nothing but a disappointment. Keep getting the run around on issues. Not completing issues on time and also not fixing the issues. All they do is put bandaids on repairs. And always comes back. And maintenance keeps passing the repairs down to the next person instead of fixing it right the first time

I grew up in this area and this area has always been by far one of the best. It's very quiet and clean and has lots of stores and reliable transportation available if needed. I am very fond of how well they communicate things and are always available.

It's been okay. Substantial rent increases each renewal. Lack of ability to solve conflicts. My neighbors smoke cigarettes which make my unit smell. They also have pit bull that barks aggressively all the time. Berger did not address either. Issue with washer machine has taken three inquiries by me and still not addressed.

Overall I have enjoyed the apartment complex. Apartment is nice with in unit washer and dry with 2 bed and 2 bath. Most of the time it is quiet. But there limited parking sometimes leading to walking distance to car in bad weather.

I love it here. Everyone is nice the staff and neighbors are all friendly. The maintenance comes very quickly to get the work done. They do a great job and they all help each other. I love it here and I don't plan on leaving soon

The apartment has been ok. Most issues have been quickly repaired except for this issue. Wish the staff would have communicated that the apartment was not completed prior to driving there. Staff have been responsive but the follow throw is taking longer then necessary.

Very good no problems very pleasant people always gets the job done when I ask the maintenance men are always very polite and they get the job done whenever I ask them to and are very polite they do a very good job, they don't make me wait long they are usually pretty quick
