I've been a long time resident of Willowbrook and I'm happy with the new upgrades and new staff. We are looking forward to the completion of the fitness center in the spring. I would have no problems referring Willowbrook to a friend.

So far the experience has been great. Prompt service for repairs and the staff has been nothing courteous. The community is well maintained and quiet. I love that there is plenty of parking space. Easy access to food and entertainment.

I just moved less than a week ago. The staff is great and I like my apartment. I like the fact that it was the only place I could find in this area with central air and heat at a reasonable price and it has plenty of closet space and in unit washer and dryer. Plus the apartment is newly renovated so I am the first to use the appliances cabinets and bathroom etc.

So far everything has been smooth with the move in process. Maintenance requests have been completed in a timely fashion. Walking dogs have been a breeze with poop bag stations for disposal. Parking hasn't been an issue which is great.

The leasing staff are amazing and the apartment is beautiful. Although we had to move me 3 different times before my move in date, I couldn't be happier with the apartment I moved into. Very very grateful that it all worked out!

Excellent customer. Christina is amazing. She answered all my question. Went to see the apartment on a Tuesday and got approved the same day! Willowbrook is very flexible and will work with you. If looking for apartment, look at Willowbrook!

Coins got stuck in common laundry machine again. This happens quite frequently. We Informed staff several times but the machines were never fixed. I had to shift to a different machine and pay again. Maintenance and staff are not friendly.

Everything looked ok when we moved in, but everything felling off in less then 3 months. The shower and tub reglazing was very bad. Mostly all peeled off now and looks very dirty. The kitchen flooring is coming off as well.

Although I didn't move-in on the expected date of my lease, the apartment management was superb in keeping me updated on the status of my apartment. That alone speaks volume that the apartment management cares about the tenants of this apartment complex. They didn't give up on me, and now I love my current place!

I have nothing but bad experience from living in this apartments. The staff is really difficult to approach. Try calling several times, they would not answer at-least once. Water is turned off several times a week, most times with no prior notice.

Lot of Noice always, very old buildings and lot of maintenance issues. leeks from upper floor is quite common and maintenance may and may not attend to you request mainly after new staff/management. We had nightmares with plumbing leaks from upper floor. glad we are moving out.

So far so good. Struggling with dishwasher. Overall move in was about a 7 out of 10. I believe the community is nice but there are some concerns with appliances. The cleanliness was about a 9 out of 10.

My overall experience at Willowbrook has been wonderful. I have lived in two different buildings (E and currently M). My neighbors are generally very nice, there are always the exceptions however. The management team is very responsive especially now that they have replaced their old office manager Melissa. I will not trash her because my experience with her, as horrible as it was, has not tainted my feelings toward the Willowbrook community.

My shower has been not working properly (unable to use) since move in. The work has not bent completed keep getting told it has or that the wrong thing as been fixed, huge lack of communication from office staff. This issue has been this ongoing issue since I moved in going on 6 month now. Will be told I will be getting a call back does not happen or the information I'm told will happen as a correction to fix the ongoing problems does not happen

I love my apartment its comfortable and spacious. The staff in the main office has always been kind and friendly. I love the creek behind the apartment where I tend to sit at and read or reflect at. They keep the grass cut and the doggy bags filled up with is amazing if u have a pet! And my neighbors are all great people I've never had a problem with anyone.

Maintenance responds quickly and does a great job fixing any issues and get it fixed quickly and did a very professional clean job. AC works like new now and they were able to get it fixed the next business day from the time I called.

The apartment was not what we expected when we moved in. Due to maintenance/construction amenities that we chose this apartment complex for are not available to us. Water regulations of hot and cold does not work. Issue when reported was not addressed.

The community is very nice and quiet . It is in a great part of town, and the staff here are amazing . Any questions I had, even prior to move in were always answered and answered I. A timely manner . The apartments are gorgeous! Highly recommended!

Hello! 1. We currently have a first floor 1 bedroom reno available at this time for immediate move in, as well as a third floor, and second floor 1 bedroom that would be available for beginning of April. 2. For a April 2018 move in our prices for our 1 bedroom renos would be $1074. If you would be interested in moving before March 11th we have a special going on where the 1 bedrooms are only $899. 3. Stackable washer & dryers are located in all our renovated units. We also have laundry rooms on the first floor of every building for larger items such as comforters/blankets.
