So far so good. I've only been here for 3 days but I haven't experienced any red flags. I've submitted a few maintenance request and they have been responsive. Leasing staff have also been pleasant. I'm hoping I feel the same in 6 months to a year.

It's a great experience. My neighbors are very kind. It's a very clean, safety and quiet place. The administration is very responsible and kind. The maintenance staff are quick and very professional. I recommend this place a 100%.

We have had a lot of experience we have gone through living here the yrs we gave we gave had had many ppl make promises to us n then never came through we have seen other owners keep u hanging on. But to be disappointed.

I hate it here! I live in an unrenovated unit Ive had a mouse problem it took them 3 years to replace my AC. They are always going up on the rent. Never any parking. The staff is ignorant.The school district sucks n the maintenance team does nothing. In addition to living with college kids who throw up in the hallway n it took them weeks to clean. We also had problems w electrical wiring went to plug my phone in the the circut exploded. In addition to fumes from laminating tubs from remodeling other aptment through my vents. They say luxury apts n charge as if they were but definitely not

Appliances , bathrooms , laundry room access parking is a major 1. , new appliances it used to be a living net community so many people with loud music not respecting the rights of others sleep time etc .

Not worth it PLEASE shop around. Office staff is all over the place with communication. Lots of false promises were made when I first moved in , request never got handled . What makes it all even worse is that I've experienced some racism slurs in this community . It makes you watch your back & that's not comfortable living .

Since it has been made a rental only community by Berger Rental, the maintenance is very poor! They do not have enough maintenance personnel! Groundskeeping is done by an outside service and is passable!

We first moved into unit R20 in 2013 with 1 bedroom and were very happy. In 2015 we moved into R22 with 2 bedrooms repairs were supposed to made, a new refrigerator was supposed to be installed because the bottom plate of our freezer was broken and missing a piece of it and hasn't been done yet, a vanity was supposed to be installed since there wasn't one and mirror was supposed to be replaced in the master bathroom and hasn't been done yet. We've asked about it several times and have been told the paperwork can not be found since the property has changed ownership 2-3 times since 2015. In 2018 we were having trouble with the AC not working properly a maintenance man checked the temperature coming from the vents said it was ok ( which it wasn't) then said in his report that he charger the AC which he didn't. In July 2018 a new AC unit was installed and we're still having trouble with the AC.

This past four years have been an absolute nightmare. I moved here looking to upgrade from my previous apartment and I have had nothing but negative experiences. The apartment was covered in mold, a mouse infestation, beyond subpar plumbing that floods constantly, the most disruptive neighbors imaginable, and extremely unprofessional staff and management. I have threatened legal action multiple times, and for good reason.

Community is great! Totally recommend living here. Great location and the apartments are reasonably priced. The buildings are a little older so they're working on remodeling things as well. I see that as a plus.

I love living here, it's a great place because everyone nice and respectful. Very clean community and quiet. The only downfall is that there's no play area for the kids and no baseball courts nearby with all the open ground they have , but they do have a pool.

The area around the apartments isn't the best, but for the price and quality of the apartments, I believe it is worth it. We've had minor issues here and there but the staff has always been on top of it for us.

Rent is kind of high. But ok so far. I was told a fitness center was in the process of bein built. I'm on a second year here and no gym. It's quiet and clean. Maintenance guys are nice. When they come.

I recently moved into a one bedroom renovated apartment. The appliances are nice, especially the in unit washer and dryer. Individuals at the leasing office are helpful and its nice knowing there is someone there during regular business hours to respond to any questions or concerns. My only complaint is the smell of smoke in the apartment building, but in general many apartment buildings seem to have that problem.

We picked a renovated apartment which, on the surface, looks really nice though I do hear the unrenovated ones look like crap. Almost since the very beginning ours and others buildings have had consistent plumbing issues. In the one and a halfish years that we have been living here we have had over 5 plumbing leaks in our apartment or building, always in different places. The maintenance people seem to care very little and usually do not communicate with you about what is happening. The office people are normal so nothing bad to report about them here, but nothing extraordinary about them either. Our apartment is now peppered with watermarks, crud stained carpets, grease marks on the walls and we are looking forward to moving out soon. TLDR; apartment people are nice, the apartments themselves are terribly made and you will likely have plumbing/leak issues no matter which building you live in.

Remodeled units are nice. Apartment was clean apon moving in. Been here for 5 days so far and love it! Parking is a little difficult at night if you get home late, but even if your walking a few buildings over the environment feels safe.

Once you've moved in the office is impossible to get a hold of. It's taken me over a year to have a maintenance issue fixed as the maintenance team would close out requests and there would be no way to contact anyone about it not being completed entirely because the office doesn't answer or return messages. They're nice size apartments but $1100 for a one bedroom where your heating and cooling and water systems are rarely properly functioning seems a bit unreasonable. Our building was quiet until two new families moved in. It's now a vertical trailer park of screaming, stomping children at all hours of the night and dog poop every time you step off the front steps. It's the luck of the draw with where you end up and who you end up with because no level of community is enforced.

I think the trees need to b cut down, we had squirrels problems as well as bees in my apts. The marijuana smoke especially on the weekends and after the office closes is horrible smelling needs addressing

I wouldn't recommend for anyone to move in here. They tell you something will be done and it won't happen for months, we pay a lot to live here and there is no improvements to the property or our individual apartments.

I like the apartment. But the pricing is getting a little out of hand. We don't have the acess to things in the prices the complex is moving towards. If pricing continues to increase I will be forced to move somewhere else.

When we first moved in we loved it. Now things seem to be going down hill fast. Very unhappy. Rules of the complex are not being followed by other residents, yet those of us who work to be good neighbors and pay our rent and amenities on time are just getting abused by the classless, nonhome-rule following, noisy, dirty neighbors. Sad.

My experience here at Willowbrook has been great. I love my apartment and I have met a lot of the residents. Everyone was welcoming and nice. I have never had any problems with staff. They were very accommodating. At the moment I just have the one maintenance issue, but I am sure they will get it fixed as soon as possible.

Some of the office staff lack empathy and are kind of rude. I believe the last time I had a maintenance issue I had to wait over 5 days for someone to come in a fix my dishwasher. The leasing office was no help and ignored my issue even after I went to talk to them in person.
