Rules are not enforced. Apartment was dirty when we moved in. Hallways smell terrible and look disgusting. Neighbors are very noisy. Management does not address concerns in a timely manner, if at all. Always trash outside.

The community has had its pros and cons, but overall I have enjoyed living here. Some of the cons are that when management changed around two years ago I wasn't fond of the staff's professionalism. Now it seems that there are different agents that seem to handle things with great professionalism. The grounds are always clean and grass is well manicured. The location of the property its great for getting to the highway and shopping. Most neighbors no matter which building you live in are friendly as well as their dogs. Anytime I have called in a service request it was handled in a timely fashion.

Overall move-in formalities, convenient to choose available units, easy to communicate to Office staff, quality of community are really good. Rental value is really worth for this community/apartment. Closet Doors can be fixed properly and Below Washbasin closet can be cleaned before giving apartment key

Experience has been a little rough lately. Had a lot of run around when it came to contacting the office regarding the move out process and maintanence could be a little more timely in regards to certain issues

I've enjoyed my stay for 5 years. The community has gotten nicer over the years. There have been many updates to the complex and tenants are quiet and well behaved. The complex is let friendly. My only complaint is lack of parking spaces.

With rent going up $100 a year and a minimum of $100000 insurance coverage for a 1br non renovated apartment It's a little ridiculous and I wouldn't recommend this place to a friend. Also with rent that high in a not so nice area you would think trash and sewage would be included in the rent

Staff is nice. Several maintenance men very helpful. They had a Temp Douglas was very helpful and knew his job. Sorry complex didn't hire him. He was very helpful in pointing a few things out that I asked about.Their loss.

I've lived her for 10 years and used to think it was great. The office staff was so always so nice and helpful. They are making the outside nice with new doors and new windows now but i don't understand why they changed the people in the office. The people in there now are rude and not willing to help when you call about something. I used to be able to go to the office and they would help me with my rent payment. Now they tell me I have to go to the library and use the computer there if I want to pay my rent. They are only nice to you when you come to see about renting an apartment. After that they don't want anything to do with you. It's very sad. I can't wait to move.

So far so good , quite neighborhood. Haven't been there long but things seem to be going well. Clean place looks like maintenance does not take any short cuts . Very happy with the way my apartment looked before moving in

Lately much better outside being fixed up new front doors arent locked though safety issue inside hallways run down. Lots of people dont pick up after dogs kids run around with no supervision around.

I lived here a year this month, there is really NOT one benefit for living here, I would start by Snow removal-they MAY clean 5 days later in the mean time there is no assigned parking space so you clean one and go to work to come back to not finding the space you clean or any other space.MAINTANANCE- I just got tired of calling to get the same issues fixed. Smoke odor in hallways. POOL- it is not free-leasing agent failed to disclose this so its $99 dollars for the pool pass. Overall is not worth the $$$. Find a regular apartment where you may still have some of this issues but for less money. YES im moving next year.

The leasing staff are very helpful and friendy. They are creating a "community" environment for the residents. 99% of my neighbors are extremely friendly. Please note that there is always 1% of any population that must be different. Overall I am very pleased with my decision to join the Millbrook community. I plan to be here for many years to come unless given a reason not to. First impressions mean a lot to me.

I love it here, just not happy with them taking away our security doors. The cleaning people don't come to clean the hallways and laundry room enough bc it be nasty. Also the squirrels and birds in the building is the worst.

Lovely place, nice and quiet. Would love for all units to be luxury units, hope we get there soon. Maintenance staff responds timely, need more surveillance on pet owners who do not clean after their dogs.

The location is great, apartment is very outdated, bathroom vanity and kitchen cabinets falling apart. Smoking from lower floors leaves odor. The beautification of the exteriors is making a difference but does not substantiate the rent raise as the interior is still quite antiquated.

Peace and quiet. Love it. Close to shopping areas. School is close to us. Closer to work as well. I would recommend this to friends and family. So far the staff has been great. Plenty of parking space available

Aside from the plumbing problem, our experience here has been faultless. The staff is courtious. Maintenance people responsible and prompt. The other tennants are courtious, we have very nice neighbors. The grounds are wellkept and no major problems.

Nice property. Nice office staff and maintenance staff. Minimal maintenance issues. Clean apartments and property. Pet friendly, still well maintained. Close restaurants, shopping, highways, public transportation. Only downside are the laundry facilities.

WillowBrook apartments in Boothwyn is a horrible place to live. Maintenance never come when needed. The office staff barely answers the phone nor do they get back to you. My building smells like dogs when you walk in and there is dog feces all through the grass

communioty is great,never any problems ,very quiet,but old managment,ill just leave it at that,now that berger has stepped in and took over,wow,what a difference,this is my home for the last 4 yrs,and im not going anywere,improvments everywere,windows,doors,floors,new a/c heater units,new entrance ways,lanscaping,snow removal the one big one we had finally got done right,i love it here,thanks berger keep the movement going

Willowbrook is a ver nice place to live. When Rentberger took over, they started on a project to upgrade the property. The upgrades have been excellent. The community manager, Peggy is excellent at her job and gets back to you no later than 1 day but tries to respond to your requests sooner.

Willowbrook apartments has Updated apartments that have ample space. Many apartments have washer and dryerin the apartment but also have washers and dryers in each building. Convenient to major highways, close to shopping. It is a good community to call home in a good school district. Maintainance request are slow to be completed which is my only downside to living here

One of the biggest problems i see is that people DO NOT clean up after their dogs,It.'s like a mine field out side. My husband Always cleans up after our when he gets home his shoes r ruined.
