Moved in a few days ago, so far, everything has been wonderful. The community is friendly and the staff is very helpful. The apartments have a homey feel to them. The staff is responsive. I very much enjoy living here.

Good starter apartment for young couples or someone who works a lot. Nothing exceptional going on here, and the rent even for a single bedroom is borderline far too high for the quality, but so far the service staff is great.

My Experience has been nothing but Great . Everyone is polite staff is great ???? Grounds are always clean. Snow Removal is done quickly ,very quiet and pleasant place to live . All maintenance is done quickly it's excellent

It's had a building is 't like the fact that my rent is being raised due to upgrades being done in other people's apartments...I really enjoyed living not going to pay over $1000 when I can get a house for that

Good I've practically raised my son here. Good school district. Everything is within walking distance. I have awesome neighbors. Very quiet. You do need to work on your landscaping and cleaning around dumpsters.

My experience in the community has been marvelous, I did not have any hiccups for the majority of my first year living here until recently. The neighbors are wonderful. However as of late, my phone calls have not been answered, my emails have gone unanswered and my service requests are being completed with any service being rendered. I have multiple issues both with h the leasing office and service requests that are being repeatedly ignored

The area is convenient. The staff is great but their abilities are limited because they probably have never even met anyone near the owners. Issues occur such as flooding, loss of power, and heat/air conditioning going out. Rent per month is equivalent to a mortgage on a house worth 175k in Exton, but wouldn't you rather rent near Chester? To sum it up it's sort of ok.

The apartments are great sizes, the hallway and stairs are clean. When there is a maintenance issue they handle it accordingly. It is also quiet, good lighting outside, however I wish there were camera survalence.

Just moved in. So far it's been wonderful. The maintanence staff has been extremely helpful. The office staff was very friendly as well. They did a speedy lease signing and were very helpful with any issues during the initial walk through of the apartment.

I would not refer anyone to live here I have had a bad experience with my apartment not fixed properly. No good communication to tenants from management and their staff unfinished work orders there has been theft from an employee in my apartment winter is not kept keep outside the door my daughter fell broke her wrist and injured her back. They keep raising rent but apartments are not worth the price and adding other charges to pay which should only be charged when owning or renting a house not a small apartment. And etc.

The leasing staff was awesome. I was original supposed to move in the end of September, but my loan didn't come through in time. I spoke with my leasing agent and she was able to change my move in date to the first week of October.

It's home. I love it here. New staff is so awesome. Honestly it has improved so much since Berger took over. The grounds look beautiful, the staff is super helpful and kind and it feels more like a home now than ever. I'm glad we chose to stay!

My experience was awesome from the moment I called into the leasing office to meeting in person ... the apartment was clean and ready for move in. There were a few items which needed to be addressed however mamnagement handled them within a reasonable timeframe.

Willowbrook is a nice complex and arranged effectively. The apartment is really nice and well taken care of, aside from normal wear and tear, and there aren't any issues with hearing neighbors inside of my apartment (which I was initially really nervous about). The only issue I have had is communication between the people in the leasing office. If you need something, you should definitely go in and sit down to talk to them instead of calling/emailing.

My neighbors are loud but I do not hear them once I am in my apartment. The complex takes pride in the surroundings. They have fixed up the parking lots and cleares the gutters. I do not get ran down by cars like I did in my old complex, people are respectful.

Been living here for a few months now. My apartment building is quiet and the residents are friendly. I really believe I picked the best place to live in Delaware County. My son and I are very happy and feel very safe.

The office staff is slow to respond to service requests and their general attitude is to let issues pile up and then turn your frustration back on us, the residents. We waited over 9 months to have our heat and air conditioning fixed. We were told several times parts were on order but never were. Now we are waiting over a month to deal with some sort of pest in the hvac vents.

Horrible. Maintence does not complete requests in a timely manner. EVER! Not to mention, they take the cheapest way out to try to fix things when they actually do their job. Office only seems to be content knowing that your rent is paid on time.

When we first moved in there were some things that I was not satisfied with, but things are starting to get better. The maintenance guy at the time did not paint the apartment but, he claimed he did. The tub had and still does have rust spots that need to be repaired. There is nothing I can think of other than that to say about the apartment.

Great community just in the middle of the place being upgraded. So it is a little crazy around here. Staff is nice they need to work on communication skills. Nice residents and they do allow pets and a dog park is being put in.

I moved here in February of 2017 and its been a cool experience so far. The guy Rob at the office kinda sold the place to us and its been worth it. The maintenance is high and I will recommend this apartment to everyone.

Run away! This place is horrible. The price goes up every year for worse and worse living conditions. The office staff is a revolving door. No one ever works here for more then a year. If a half decent staff member is here the usually quit because of the rest of the trashy staff.

Not always good in the being a lot of miscommunication if any at all. Rude management. No responses to request or emails. Since change things are slightly better. But I do think that the management really needs to get to know who's living at Willowbrook since management has changed

It was great till about a month ago. Painters and carpet guys did poor work and/or did not finish work. AC was not fixed properly. Fire door slams shut. Front door sticks. Stairwell emergency lights don't all work.

Really quiet and everyone is very nice. Haven't had any issues since moving in and from the first look over of the apartment there was an issue with the bedroom door which was taken care of. Amber in the office is very nice as well.
