Its not the worst. It was alot better here when i first moved in. I think management need to do better as far as following rules and regulations sometimes and addressing issues when its brought to them.

It's a nice and friendly community. Lots of shopping stores are walking distance to the apartment. Apartment complex has enough parking spaces. Only problem with the apartment is not enough light inside the apartment. Other than that it's a cozy apartment.

We love the apartment as well as the people around the apartment. Literally the only bad things are maintenance and parking. I understand about the parking to an extent but when there is no parking you have to park on the side and if you do not move it by a certain time you could possibly be towed.

The area is family friendly, comfortable accommodations, pool is amazing and the neighbors are friendly. I enjoy walks around the commons area. The neighborhood is safe and well lit at night. I love the area!

It sucks. The staff is poorly trained and not up to the tasks at hand. I'm CONSTANTLY picking up and throwing away drug baggies... Junkies shoot up in the laundry rooms. Trash everywhere... broken doors, broken lights...

The leasing consultant is great! The location is very accessible. Inspect what you expect. My newly renovated units has a ton on problems a major one with the water in the kitchen and dishwasher. I am hoping they are able to resolve all of my issues in a timely manner.

It was great moving into the apartment until I had to request maintenance service for various things. The guys that came by were great at first but got a little annoyed when I requested the same work order three months later. I was traveling out of the country the first month so I didn't get to know the apartment and find anything wrong until I noticed my carpet floor got wet.

So Far Very Good Its Very Clean and Quiet. All Of My Neighbors Are Polite & Quiet As Well . So Many Daily Visiting Stores So Close That They're Walking Distance From The Complex Its Great You'll Love It.

From the very beginning everything has gone very smooth, thanks to the office staff. It's very quite, my neighbors' are friendly, everything was new when I moved in and the service has been great. It's also a nice bonus to get various email reminders from the office about weather conditions, completed maintenance request etc.

Back in 2018 when I decided to move in here everything was great. It was such a huge difference from my last apartment and it was definitely a better experience. That was the first year. The second lease that I had signed I feel like things started to slowly change. Parking has been an issue. People are louder. Really bad plumbing problems in my unit. I just want to come home every night to no problems. Hopefully that can change in the future.

Neighbors are mostly respectful and quiet. However the parking is bad in certain buildings. No assigned parking and some buildings are surrounded with less parking spaces. The courteous thing would be to have at least one assigned parking per unit because some residents have 4-5 cars. Very unfair to have to come home from a long day at work and find no parking anywhere near your building. I have only 1 car for my apartment. Staff in office is very courteous. I've never come across anyone with a bad attitude. Maintenance doesn't follow request to not enter apartments without residents being contacted first. Annoying because I'm a very private person.

I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here. I’ve been here for 3 years and as of this year I am now paying over 1000 dollars for a 2bed 2bath. I haven’t been able to use the tub in my second bathroom in a year because no one has came to fix it. My rent was raised because they upgraded other apartments but I’m not in one of the upgraded apartments and to get in one I would have to pay a extra 200 dollars.. as of this year I’m paying for water when no one in an apartment complex should be paying for water. We use to have a front door that you needed a key to unlock but now anyone can walk in whenever they want so I no longer feel safe. There is work that needs to be done in my home and has needed to be done since I’ve been here. When you email the office their response time is terrible. They can’t even make sure the lights in the hallways have bulbs sometime the light bulb blows and it’s dark for weeks until someone comes and change a bulb.. maintenance never comes when their suppose to. Just don’t move here you can rent a house for what you have to pay here and have more

Cons - The city wont let them renovate the occupied apartments. The rent keeps going up that is expected but my rent had been the same for years and it is a jolt when it goes up a lot at once. It would have been nice if the old tennants could have been provided a few years to move to what is considered market value. I've had this occur before when I live in another state and the way it was done was over the next x number of years the rent will increase by a specified percentage. This allowed the rent to increase when you hopefully had a raise to offset the rent increase. Pros- Deven the leasing office manager is amazing. Steve the maintenance supervisor is amazing. Both people make you feel heard and wanted as tenants. I've been living here for over 15 years and by far this Management company has done the most to update and maintain the apartments. Just stinks that to get the new amenities I'd have to move to another apartment which changes my address.

nice place to live, work orders are completed when asked, except roof issue ongoing leaking. Office staff is quick to respond and always nice to speak with. Buildings are maintained inside, alittle more vacumning of halls would be nice.

It's been above average. The rate is good considering the features of the apartment. I find the location to be a strong selling point as well for commuters trying to get to Philly, Delaware, and Jersey. I have found there to be many initial maintenance issues despite leasing a renovated apartment. I was shocked that I had to have my cable and internet provider come in and install proper cabling as the existing connection was totally dead. I did not have access to Wifi or cable for a week, despite the apartment's advertising that all apartments are cable and wifi ready. Overall, it's a decent place to stay with lots of potential.

The leasing people (Tiffany) is rude. Parking is terrible here. And the maintenance staff does not communicate effectively when something need to be fixed. My first year here was good. But I'm not renewing my lease again. The rent is now going up by 200 (putting the rent at roughly 1200). This place isn't worth it.

Love hate but now with all the improvements I love this place so much the best place in the area to live. the staff is great. Don't ever want to go. Grounds are kept up well. I like that washer and dryers are in the apartment now.

The staff is very nice and professional. They are always prompt in responding to service requests. Whenever I contact the office, the staff are always cheerful and ensure that my concerns are handled. If any issues require followup, the staff ensures that the new request is documented so that maintenance can triage and resolve it.

Somewhat older units but many upgrades since i moved in. Generally quiet complex and convenient to shopping and highways. Had some maintenance issues but maintenance has always responded quickly and repairs were completed. No complaints. Decent place to live.

Really we like this willowbrooke apartment, since have enough space for each rooms, facility provided for tenants in kitchen and other areas. Tiffany helps a lot to get room necessary things keys and other agreement paper works.... And we got referral too and we are working in healthcare... It helps to get some additional advantages...
