Berger Rental Communities is wonderful! I have nothing but positives to say. I am moving but that is because of my immediate neighbors which does not reflect the entire community. I do recommend this place to live in, just make sure you get a renovated apartment. They are very nice. I love my apartment, but I will be relocating for reasons I really do not wish to discuss at this time in this venue. I assure you it has nothing to do with Berger Communities . Albeit I am not perfect I do not intentionally bother ppl. Move here please it is a nice company. My neighbors are a bit strange but that is not the company's fault.

had/have ongoing issues with the staff at willowbrook, the maintenance team took a week to do the tasks that weren't working at move in. after submitting another request and calling it was finally completed.

Not good every year rent going up office not willing to work any issues with apartment have to keep calling or make complaints online then when they do come they never leave a note so you know who came

It has been great since we moved in. Maintenance fixes things quickly and does a great job. I haven't had any issues. I love the office staff. Christine made our time living here wonderful and is always available to help and answer questions for us.

So far (2 weeks in apartment), it's been clean, safe, and the staff has been very friendly and helpful. There are a surprising number of dogs in the community--occasionally I hear them bark, but nothing extreme. If I sit in my living room, I can smell my neighbors' cooking briefly (20-30 minutes). Fortunately, none of my neighbors seem to smoke---otherwise, I'd be very upset as it triggers migraines. Since moving in, I've only smelled smoke in the hallways once--it dissipated quickly & seemed to come from the basement apartment level. I'm on the 3rd floor, it didn't get into my apartment.

Problems getting the W/D fixed for 4 months. There appears to be a lot of turnover in management, nevertheless when able to contact, the office staff as well and the maintenance staff are friendly and are concerned. They do follow-up but the experience of not having a washer for months is not a good test of the responsiveness. Other than that experience satisfactory.

It's a quiet place and security is taken care of. I have a problem with parking lot. Can someone take care. I don't understand how the parking lots are full by 8pm in the last two months. Please find out.

Maintenance and Leasing office do all they can to assist residents . I had some issues within my apartment and Berger Corporation handled the issues. Lights went fixed quickly!! Washer and dryer fixed, stove repaired

I like this community because of the school district, people are friendly, and close to ,shopping areas ,the pool areas is nice could be cleaned a little better, since I've been living here ,the hallway carpets has been replaced, the exterior Windows has been upgraded, laundry room has been remodeled it's a nice place to call home.

My motorcycle was stolen within 3 weeks of moving in. The common areas often smell and are very rarely cleaned. My neighbor yells and curses VERY LOUDLY into all hours of the night. My apartment required several repairs that were repeatedly promised to be completed same day, but were not address for almost 2 months!

The apartment itself is great. I love the location and the amenities however they need more maintenance workers. It takes too long to complete a work order that is not an emergency it may take several requests before they finally get around to your issue if it's not an emergency

I used live here before. If you want piece of mind quiet and peace. Come to Willowbrook. I just do not like that anybody can come in to the building. I liked how we used have unlock door. And we had buzz people in to come in to the building.

The apartments are very nice and peaceful so far so good and the apartment have lots of space the staff is nice as well if you was to move here i dont think you would be disappointed the rent is reasonable too.

The apartment is overall nice. Brand new and renovated but some of my appliances, which I am paying extra for, has not worked since move in day. This is a huge disappointment because in a brand new apartment, everything should work.

I have not been satisfied I just moved in 30 days maybe six weeks ago and my apartment is not nearly finished would not really recommend to anyone The leasing agents were very kind and from the manager seem to be too high up on her horse did not seem to give a damn about any of my concerns being a new tenant and just moving into my appointment

Communication is awful. The worst part wasn't the apartment, they are actually pretty nice. The worst part is the management here. Moved in and they told me upon arrival that my unit wasn't available, even though a simple phone call from the leasing consultants could have been made the week prior informing my roommate and I of this. I drove hours to move here, not to mention moving costs, family took time off from work, etc. It was ridiculous. Luckily, the office manager was able to get us into another unit and things have been OK since however a quick phone call was all that was needed. It was so disappointing. My leasing consultant who should have called us didn't even say a word to me when they saw me in the leasing office. Otherwise, the units itself are nice and I love the location.

This community if I had to rate it would be a 2.5-3 out of 5. Pros - Convenient location, close to Philadelphia, Delaware and local shops and restaurants. Pros - Apartment size is average, and great closet space. Pros - Staff for the most part, is professional and courteous Cons - W/O sometimes are not followed up on and you will need to stay on them to make sure the problem has been fixed. Cons - for people with pets, there should be units with tile floor vs. carpet Cons - Parking issues at certain times when trying to parking in-front of your own building. Cons - little to no amenities

Apartment old, lots of things fall apart.... water damage throughout. Friendly neighbors tho...We Pat 1245 a month for our apartment, I think it's a little ridiculous that we have to pay for a pool pass. This apartment is not worth the money. Here just for convenience...

Terrible. My AC only worked the first week I moved in. Had MANY issues and nothing was ever fixed properly. Nail tips sticking out of counters. Could tell they upgraded apartment in a hurry and did not care for quality.

Willowbrook was a nice community when I moved in,unfortunately it has become increasingly frustrating to live here. It took ONE YEAR to have my air conditioning fixed, I had to deal with rude and condescending office staff the entire time I tried to get this resolved. I continued to pay my rent and hold up my end of the lease agreement. Washers and dryers are in constant need of service. Residents are directed to contact Caleco for washer/dryer maintenance, but Calero never responds. New front doors were installed, which DO NOT LOCK and this area is not safe enough for anyone to have access to every building in the community.

Bait and switch deal here. It was great and they changed the leasing staff which is not honoring agreements made by previous staff or notices that were posted at time of lease. So stay away from here. The previous staff showed me a policy of $50 extra to go on monthly rental agreement or two months notice to stop lease. NOT and they are trying to get another $125.

The people in the office are slow and take forever and barely know what they're doing. I had a hole in my ceiling for 3 months and they gave me the run around and never called back. The maintenance team they have now actually do their job. The dumpsters are overflowing and trash everywhere it's disgusting. I can't wait for my lease to be off so I can move. I've only been here 6 months and have had nothing but issues with my apartment.
