Nice it is a nice and quiet community. Clean and well maintained. The apartments inside are very nice and spacious. The only thing I don't like is that leasing office staff is not very assessing. Ok.

I love living at Willowbrook. Maintenance responds to any requests timely. Parking is great. Apartments are very nice. Staff at Willowbrook communicates very well with residents for anything that we need to be made aware of. Great place to live

This Apartment is cool place to live .. Lot of lights , Quite and easy to commute and upgraded club house and pool . On the negative side quality of the appliances are not that great and less storage space .Also the apartment common spaces are not well maintained like vacuum or fixing the common door etc .. Also lost my packages many times ...

In the summer time the pool was clean, the new pavement is great especially since there is no bumps in the road anymore ! My power shut off around 4 am and the two men called me back within 2 minutes & came out right away !

the building is dirty, the spider webs are awful, the building needs paint inside and I need a storage locker PLEASE also, there are empty ones. also the trash situation is awful and always full, dirty everywhere

I really like living in the complex. It's been good for me and my family. The staff do really try to accommodate all of your needs. Some things are out of they're hand. I know my testimony before this my seem harsh but it's because they have set a standard and I just want them to keep it up

Not really worth the money for amenities and problems of an old building . Can pay a couple hundred more for a more luxurious apartment else where . New gym is nice though , never crowded has good equipment.

The rent is particularly high Not much for secure access with entering your apartment . But the rooms are very spacious and has a nice amount of space. I love that you can re-create and renovate your apartment to your style.

It's been great! Staff have been wonderful and very responsive when I had a concern. The apartments are nice and clean! It's right down the street from my school so I knew I had to apply. Everyone I met so far has been very nice.

At this point I don't know what to do or say cause I needed things to be done but no one should up and help me with it but the place look good and I seen mice in the back of my refrigerator and the bugs and cockroaches

Its early in the process, But there are negatives with management thus far. The apartment is not safe to me and it still has not been address, I don't this apartment is functional for daily living. problems have been giving to management and process slow in fixing the issues at hand.

Its been very unpleasant The units are looking bad from outside stairways.The entrace looks bad and things are constantly. Ineed repairing.The units are outdated with old stove and refrigrators. The kitchen counters are terrible

I am a new tenant. My experience so far has been a positive one. The staff at the rental, has been extremely helpful throughout my entire moving process. From the moment my family, and I moved in the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable, and felt at home.

Community is nice so far. I do have some complaints regarding the building being a little cleaner and the apartment not being the way I thought it would be. I would just like for the matienence to fulfill my requests.

Initially it was great . The leasing office was responsive and moved quickly and adhered to all my requests . However , under the new management . Things are slow , inefficient and ineffective . I am very disappointed in the experience I've had this year so far . Last year was much better .

The community is fairly quiet. Neighbors are friendly and the area is clean. I love the scenery and the trees bring fresh air quality. The only thing is I haven't seen a recycle bin, so I've had to throw that away with regular trash and it's not ever eco friendly!!

I have been here for many years but now they seem to have a good work crew and a much pleasant manager keep up the good work the kids do enjoy the pool and we feel the pool area is clean with no trash or debris to worry about I also have been in the new community center that was also clean and very open good job

The staff is horrible !!!! Worst service I’ve ever experienced. They just don’t care and it’s very clear they don’t care. I recommend finding somewhere else to live. Also the quality of the apartment is very cheap.

It is very quiet and well kept. Just maintenance needs to be better at letting people know when they are coming and if they are coming back. Definitely needs more communication because I did not appreciate maintenance entering the apartment while sleeping and also not being notified they were coming.

This is a nice quite and clean community which is located very close to a small shopping strip, 2 pharmacies, bus stop and 95 is close as well. We are very close to the Delaware border as well if you prefer shopping at big malls

Hello! 1. We currently have a first floor 1 bedroom reno available at this time for immediate move in, as well as a third floor, and second floor 1 bedroom that would be available for beginning of April. 2. For a April 2018 move in our prices for our 1 bedroom renos would be $1074. If you would be interested in moving before March 11th we have a special going on where the 1 bedrooms are only $899. 3. Stackable washer & dryers are located in all our renovated units. We also have laundry rooms on the first floor of every building for larger items such as comforters/blankets.
