It's been pretty good these past few months. The staff is very nice and they actually listen to your concerns; maintenance actually comes and fixes things when requested; and it has a lot of amenities.The location is great too because you are near many shops, restaurants, and are about 20-30 minutes from Philly and Wilmington.

Overall it's been a good place to live. My kids and I are safe and comfortable here. I like that we are away from traffic. I've made friends with many neighbors. We also really enjoy the pool in the summer.

I love my apartment it's the best place I have ever live. A great community with a good school district, the staff are pleasant and friendly, it's closer to I95, 5 minutes from Delaware, and 10 minutes from New Jersey, less crimes and aggravation: I can't ask for more.

The employees are nice but there are some lousy neighbors that the staff can't do much about. I enjoy my building because because we have our own lot away from the rest of the community. Trash is often blowing around the dumpsters

Moved in 7 months ago. Residents are friendly and respectful. Handicap parking is always available. Outer buildings and grounds are often maintained. Maintenance group exceptional, respond quickly to any issues. Only complaint is entrance hall and basement hall in my building need cleaning.

My overall experien here at this community Has been pretty good It's a quiet place to live The only issue I have had is with my bathtub area. The office staff is very polite The maintenance staff is also very polite

Once I switched to a different apartment building, I did not have any major issues. In fact, I love that my building is pretty peaceful and kept clean most of the time. I also love how convenient the stores are nearby. Despite the constant change of property managers, any issues that may occur, Willowbrook is on it! I've actually referred a few people.

Clean and quiet the staff is very attentive and nice. The apartments was freshly painted and new carpet was installed prior to me moving in. They keep the outside very tidy and the grass is cut daily.

After we moved we found little issues as everyone does. But the apartment Maintainance team was wonderful and quick in responding and resolving the issues we are comfortable here and we have our privacy.

Willowbrook apartments boothwyn PA
The apartment complex itself is decent. WAY overpriced though. We had nothing but issues in our apartment over the last 4 years, (we keep a log book) everything from theft, birds in the walls, half the apartment flooding, upstairs neighbors flooding our rooms, etc. So we are finally moving into a house, and we were told by multiple sources that all we needed to do in order to leave was a 2 month notice. But they went against their word and we now owe 3k to move out. Management did nothing at all to help and are denying everything we said. Worst experience ever.

My apartment is very clean and well kept. Of course it's an old community, however, the maintenence people will take good care of you when needed. I have had a few things taken care of, one pretty major, and they fixed it perfectly!

I recommend moving to Willowbrook apartments it's very nice I love it it's quiet everyone I met is very nice The management is very good. You should fill out a application oh and they are very helpful.

I have had multiple plumbing issues. they have corrected the issues but in the aftermath left my master bath ceiling unrepaired and my kitchen ceiling looks like a jigsaw puzzle, its a mess. People are still not cleaning up after their dogs. last weekend we cleaned up the doorstep of A building, it was a mess.

Staff is amazing and the maintenance team is phenomenal. They make sure the property is kept clean and that orders are fulfilled within a timely fashion. The community is quiet and peaceful. I love it here

I dont mind living here. Its ok but most of the office staff that i have dealt with is not very nice or helpful. And the rent going up over 100 this year is not a good thing. People being told to move out because their unit needs to be upgraded is unheard of.

I haven't moved in just yet. At this time I have no feedback but staff has been nice. It seems well lit at night and maintenance seems responsive. It looks like they're trying to repair some issues I've seen when I've stopped by to drop stuff off.

I just moved in last Friday, so I haven't had much of an experience in the community just yet. But so far our neighbors have been friendly, and the move in process was really easy. My roommate and I were in a dire situation and the staff really helped accommodate us and made the process as simple as possible.

The office staff were excellent and met all of my needs. The move in process was easy. Our first couple of days we needed maintenance to repair a faucet leak and it was done immediately. We look forward to the time we spend here.

Very welcoming community. Questions are answered very quickly. Close proximity to many different amenities and restaurants and stores. Pretty quiet for having many apartments in each building. Neighborhood is also pretty quiet

My kids and I enjoy living at Willowbrook apartments. The apartment is laid out well. It is a quiet well kept community. We enjoy spending time at the pool and meeting our neighbors. It's nice being so close to everything within town - we can even walk to the stores.

They are nice and roomy apartments, the airs cold, the prices are reasonable! There's a swimming pool and a gym, and the community is nice, I'd recommend these apartments to people if they were looking for a nice space!!
