I absolutely LOVE MY APARTMENT!! Everyone has been so nice and this area so far seems to be incredibly quiet and most importantly private. Christine and Tykey were the Best! Definitely would recommend Willowbrook for a place to call home.

Clean community, nice staff. They were very welcoming and addressed any concerns I had at the very beginning of my move. Anything that wasn't working they were prompt to fix, although the place was almost perfect upon move in.

The move in process to Willowbrook was very fast to say the least. Christine was very professional and helpful with the whole process. She was very welcoming, courteous which made the whole process as smooth as it can be . Thank you for your dedication Christine. The only downside is the neighbors in my building smoke a lot which I don't really like!

Overall I am pleased with my decision to rent the unit. In general, I have no issues with the community, itself. My only issues are regarding items inside my unit. I am not sure why Management does not require ALL staff and contractors to wear shoe covers when entering the units. I grow weary of requesting that paid staff/contractors not track dirt and debris on carpet that does not actually belong to me. Also, I think the quality of hardware, paint, and other items in the units could be better. Units probably should not have flat paint, especially in the bathrooms. Hardware on the doors, and on bathroom walls appear cheap. Knobs on kitchen drawers and on the kitchen sink are flimsy. Also, no curtain rods to put up curtains and the windows are not built for tension rods. I have been told by maintenance that they do not install rods, so I have to pay someone to install them, just so that I can have the pleasure of curtains. If you don't mind having to deal with constant maintenance request, this is not a bad place to rent. Extermination would be good. I had roaches entering my unit shortly after I moved in, until I bought several of the bait disks to keep them away.

I didn't really have a great move in experience. If you decide to move here please make sure your apartment is completely cleaned and painted first! Also make sure the water and heat is working and check the laundry.

We've been living in the willowbrook apartments for a week now and so far so good. We obtained a slightly different looking unit than what we were shown and a few different/used appliances in the promised upgrade however the appliances work fine.

Staff was nice, made move in process quick, simple and easy. Advised the importance of terms within the lease for the benefit of those moving in. Apartment was clean. The only recommendation would to install keypads with codes for the front entrance into the building as extra security feature.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !WHEN WE FIRST MOVED THERE,ONE OF THE AMENITIES WAS SECURITY WICH THEY TOOK OUT WITHOUT EVEN LETTING THE TENANTS KNOW AND KNOW YOU CAN JUST WALK IN THE BUILDINGS.THERE IS BARELY ANT HOT WATER.I HAD A NEIGHBOR WHO WAS A NIGHTMARE AND JUST MOVED IN NOT TOO LONG AGO BUT I SEE THE WHOLE BUILDING HAD A PROBLEM WITH THAT PARTICULAR NEIGHBOR.DONT LET YOU CENTRAL AIR SYSTEM THAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR RENT BREAK.THEY WILL BE OUT TO FIX IT WHEN WINTER STARTS AFTER SUFFERING MOST OF THE SUMMER.RENT GOES UP EVERY YEAR AND FOR THAT KIND OF MONEY,WILLOWBROOK IS NOT WORTH IT.TRY CALLING THE OFFICE HALF THE TIME AND NO ONE ANSWERS.UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT EVERY SIX MONTHS THEY CANT EVEN KEEP UP WITH THE TENANTS INFORMATION.THEY ARE COURT HAPPY !!!!!!I WOULD NEVER,EVER RECOMMEND TO ANYONE!SEE FOR YOURSELF THOUGH.

Staff is always friendly, but lacks attention to detail. Our neighbors are mostly friendly, however, tenants who have been around for a while with the initial management group are still here and can be not so great. There is a problem with dog owners not picking up after their dogs, even with bags free and available around the property, and letting them roam the complex without a leash (helping the spread of diseases, a dog attack has occurred recently, as well.) This isn't the fault of the staff, I know they don't want this happening on their property either. It's an easy ride to Philly and shopping. Ample parking. A nice big open space in the middle of all the buildings so kids and dogs can play. We don't contact maintenance unless we have a big issue anymore because it's usually done wrong when a correction is attempted. We've had plumbing problems with leaks and the sewer backing up in our toilets, baths, and kitchen sink as a result of a drain not being covered on the property. Kids have stuck things down there, big sticks get stuck, etc., so that was about a 1.5 month ongoing issue in the summer. Rent isn't exactly ideal for what we've received, either, and we just received a notice of an increase, though we aren't renewing anyway. If you want things taken care of here, you have to be persistent and show up in person so you're heard. Appreciate the office's continual efforts in all our issues we've had. The biggest reasons we rented here and what we have loved the most is the pet policy, the newly renovated unit, and the spaciousness of our apartment.

It has been a nightmare no organization, things don't get fixed,my lease date was changed without my permission,you keep raising my rent,my daughter was injured and it was reported 3 times and the office knows and her medical Bill's were never paid. This place is a disgrace

Maintenance issues still hasn't been resolved. We cannot use master bathroom because of its complete filth and dirty tiles... the apartment was given to us like this since we moved in. It still has roach problems even when I placed traps and even had maintenance spray around the house. Now this water leaking from either the washer of from the bathtub since it's missing caulking/grout around the corners of tiles.

I only have few days in this apartments and I like it a lot . I was in rush to find an apartment and a close friend told me about Willowbrook Apartments . I stop by the office and I was helped by a nice gentleman , who was ready to answer all my questions. I needed to find a place in less then 2 weeks and he made possible. Very nice stuff , great location and the best part I am in one of the quietest building .

I feel happier each day i wake up in my apartment. It is beautiful and quiet. My kittens love the view of the courtyard from my room and living room. It is SO warm in there, just the way i like it, I don't have to use my heater so i can save on energy bills

There was a bait and switch situation with my move in costs. I was quoted a $614 move in cost. When it came time to move in the cost jumped to over $1500. This delayed my move in by almost 2 weeks . I was also left homeless during this time.

Apartment interior nice especially washer and dryers. Exterior needs work. Loud neighbors but that isn't their fault. Would appreciate if property management cared more about problems. Nothing done in a timely manner. Livable for a temporary situation do not want to be here more than a year.

I just moved in, but the move-in process was very easy and they were extremely accommodating to our schedule. The apartment is very clean and laid out nicely and the washer/dryer is a huge bonus that you won't find much around here. So far so good!

What makes this community attractive is their spacious layouts and great apartments. In my three years of living here there have been a number of building and landscape improvements. With that, there have also been up-charges in rent. In my time of living here, management has changed and with that has been some good and some bad. Maintenance is hit or miss. Parking is terrible, there are a lot of cars left in spots for weeks with out of state license plates. Overall it's a nice place to live but could be a great spot with better management.

I've just moved in and two days later the apartment still isn't finished. Numerous calls to management have gone either unreturned or when picked end with promises to call back. I currently don't have a proper shower. No one did a walk through with me when I moved in either so my issues are unknown to the necessary people at the office. Very disappointed.
