I would praise management for the present air of the office. Also, I would praise the technical staff on their response time and their noisy to handle any and all problems even though I don't participate much in the activities that the community has I do read them and I'll think they're very nice however of disabled veteran and it is difficult for me to participate in many things, but I appreciate the opportunity. I would recommend Millview apartment homes to family and friends as it is a pleasant and safe environment thank you.

Very nice and quiet community. Neighbors are friendly. I'm came from the city to live here and have been at peace since. Wish there were gates at the area off of cobblestone behind the compactor. Sometimes I see people come out from the woods into the complex. Maybe just cutting through but at night it gives off an uneasy feeling. Other than that. I love it here.

The staff have all been extremely friendly and helpful with any issues or confusion during our moving process, and the entire process has been absolutely amazing. The apartment is clean and very spacious, and the community is super nice. We're really looking forward to living her for a while.

We love living here. The apartments and clubhouse are beautiful and the staff is friendly and responsive. I love that they hold socials and activities every month. We've only been here about 6 months so far but it's been great!

Less than a week living here and so far no complaints! Staff have been exceedingly friendly. I am so excited that community events are offered, over the moon happy about that. Snow removal has been good so far. Neighbors seem friendly.

Wonderful complex with great amenities. It feels very safe and secluded. Close proximity to many stores and restaurants. The units are clan and have high ceilings so they feel very spacious. We love living here!

Very good community with excellent staff and maintenance. Very impressed with snow removal the last few years. Upkeeping for grounds is always done professionally. Response to maintenance issues are completed in a timely fashion.

The units have a lot of space, no noise from neighbors, and the staff is very kind. Any questions or concerns I've had have always been answered quickly. All my neighbors have also been very nice. The price for a unit is reasonable for the space and location.

I'm living in my 6th year at Millview. Management has changed a lot in 6 years. Not sure why that is but it has not affected my living situation. I am grateful for all the amenities that Millview offers such as On call Maitenance, snow removal, pool, Fitness Center and often Club house games, treats and prizes. Overall my living at Millview continues to be a pleasant one. I would highly recommend living here.

It is a very nice and I feel safe in my apartment and the grounds. It's a very quiet friendly place, clean and friendly. They solve any problems you may have within 24 hrs or less. The office staff are friendly and honestly care about the tenants in which I am one. The office always have specials events for tenants to enjoy at no cost. I am so proud of my apartment, we are citizens and every I meant were very polite and respectful. I love my apartment home!

Friendly community and staff. Spacious apartments that are refreshed with new tenants. Great pool in the summer. The speed bumps are annoying and not necessary, parking is also not ideal as they don't assign spots.

My opinion is not need as I have lived in a Single Family house all my life. I was born into Landlord family. I have the apartments you Company and others are renting out and units are just to small for the money that is being asked.
