I really like my 2 bdrm apartment, 2 full bathrooms, bright rooms with double windows, full size washer and dryer in unit. Maintenance guys are friendly, and knowledgeable, and respond quickly to Maintenance tickets. Lea and Kristyn are very helpful and friendly whenever you call the main office. I have no complaints or problems and I have been here since May 2023.

I love the ground floor apartment that my wife and I moved into nine years ago. My wife died five years ago but I am making out just fine. I am somewhat handicapped, so having no steps and a handicapped parking space directly in front makes it very easy to get around.

Overall not to bad. Upstairs neighbors very noisy. No sound proofing. People need to o be more respectful. Need to do something about all the loud vehicles. People need to stop slamming their front door.

The community here are Millview apartments is one that allows for peace of mind for me and my partner. Okay, not the worst place in the area, not the best. Trash situation is horrible, 1 dumpster for I think around 10 buildings with close to 28 appartments per building I believe (or close to it). Some people don't clean up after their dogs, staircase ways are not cleaned like ever.

It used to be just fine with the original management that used to be in place 6 years ago. I do not want to criticize anyone person, but it certainly has changed. I have never been late with any payment I owe your organization, and I feel I have been an honorable tenant, It would take more than 200 characters to discuss the changes over this time. Millview is a wonderful apartment complex and has spacious apartments with amazing amenities. I value the dish washer, washing machine & dryer inside the apartment, balcony, and microwave. The gym has decreased in ideal equipment in the last year, but is still a great way to avoid public gyms. Otherwise the only bad thing is the amount of dog poop in the community and how often dog owners don't clean up after their dogs, it's quite disgusting.

I enjoy the size and location of my apartment. The amenities are great and readily available (pool & gym). I also appreciate the monthly events the leasing office holds for residents. I do wish my rent did not go up $140 every year as my income is not increasing $140 monthly.

Requested a couple of things to be fixed and within 2 hours, Joe arrived to handled the jobs in a timely manner. Very professional and nice. Thank you for your assistance as the lights is bright in the kitchen and the dryer will dry my clothes.

This is a great place. friendly staff and neighbors. Problems are taken car of fast. the grounds are always kept clean. There were several cars in the parking lot that had expired tags or inspection. they were stickered and removed. They were only taking up space. good job staff.

Its has been great. Neighbors are friendly. My son loves swimming so i like the facr that Millview apartments have a pool. Its a quiet area. Parking can be a little tough especially if you want to park in front of your building.

Greed

If you move into Millview prepare for your rent to increase $300.00 the next renewal, the owner's are greedy and keep raising the rent outrageously. They are repairing the roofs, so look forward to $400 or more in rent increase soon. The gated community is a joke, it's always broken, the trash is a disgrace at times, what are they over charging for, you do not get what you pay for. America has turned into a Country of Greed!

I recently moved into Millview Apartments and I have to say, I am beyond satisfied with my decision. From the moment I stepped foot in the complex, I was greeted warmly by the staff and given a thorough tour of the property. The apartment itself was spotless and had all the amenities I could wish for, including a dishwasher and in-unit laundry. I was pleasantly surprised by the community events that they hold. From potluck dinners to movie nights, they really go above and beyond to foster a sense of community and bring everyone together. The maintenance staff is incredibly responsive and on top of fixing any issues that may arise. The complex itself is in a great location, with easy access to highways and public transportation. There are also plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, which is a huge plus. The property is well-maintained and always looks great. The landscaping is beautiful, and you can tell that the staff takes pride in keeping it that way. Overall, I highly recommend Millview Apartments to anyone searching for a place to call home. Between the great staff, convenient location, and top-notch amenities, you can't go wrong with this complex.

Everyone is really nice who I meet. I was asked by my neighbor while i was moving in if he could help me move my furniture. Also a lady moved her car so i could get closer to where i could back my truck up.

The community is quiet with the exception on an occasional train. It's great to see the security constantly riding past and monitoring. The upkeep on the area is also great, trash sometimes gets full but not that big of a deal as it's usually not long after that it's removed from the premises.

Honestly the gate hasn't worked since we moved in, we've been vandalized and harassed several times. I honestly just don't feel that safe here. I think you could do better with security and fix the gates! The neighbors above us are rude and loud!
