My experience here have been great for the 5 hrs I've lived here except for the new neighbor above me. They are just too loud . Constant running above me and sounds like there is a gym or bowling ball up there. Across from me I am being awaken by a loud oxygen tank. Not sleeping well because of this

We just moved in, however the community so far has been nothing but nice. It is fairly quite around. The apartment is very nice and they fixed the minor things we pointed out in the original walk through. Management is very friendly so far!

Very pleasant, except for one neighbor. Couldn't make a peep even at 5 pm on a Saturday. Would get the broom to the ceiling. I have children, they are always quit, but sometimes they would be kids! Staff very helpful and nice

Great community with nice amenities, located in a nice neighborhood. Love the open floor plans and high ceilings. Very affordable for the quality of living. Parking could be better in certain areas, depending on the building.

I've been very happy at Millview! It's clean, and love having the pool and gym to use. It's nice that they have events for the residents. Any time I've had a maintenance issue it's been resolved promptly and done correctly.

Horrible. One word: run. This place seems really nice from the outside, but it's a nightmare. The staff is useless, the maintenance crew is overworked and often makes major mistakes because of it. Section 8 housing is right next door, making the neighborhood really unsafe; I have friends who have had their cars broken into and smashed with rocks. The gates are a total joke. This place is seriously one of those places you hear horror stories about. We had some belongings left behind for a week with the intention that we would take them when we came back to clean... the maintenance crew trashed it and violated my collection of cards from when my mother died, just to look for money. Completely abhorrent. Look somewhere else.

This is my first apartment, overall I think it is a great place - it is clean, the staff are friendly, good gym, and I have a great commute to work. I would be happy to stay here again if I remain in the area. The area is generally quiet, but when there is a rare moment when people are yelling in the parking lot - you can hear it. Also the speed bumps are pretty fierce - they don't need to be as big as they are.

Lower rent compared to other apartment complexes and they allow pets. We just feel we shouldn't have to pay a monthly rent fee for our cat. They provide no services to her and I paid my cat deposit originally. We do appreciate dog park and doggie waste bags and we have no problem paying that fee.

Only been here one week but so far everyone on the staff have been very knowledgeable, friendly and very helpful. I find my neighbors to be very sociable. Everyone on staff and the residents I've met in my first week love my pup Samson. He has met several other canine residents and he finds them very pleasant as well..!! Leasing our apartment here was a wise decision. One that I would make again..!!

Bed bug city!!!! Rent is too high. Gates never work properly. Cars broken into. Entire side of a building was infested with bugs. Had a mold issue from a water leak and took them 2 months to correct it

So far no issues every maintenance issue we have had has been taken care off in a timely fashion. Great place to live when you have a small family. We have been living here for a year and we have no complaints, staff are wounderful the manger is doing a excellent job!!!!! Five star ?? ?? ?? ?? ?? in my books !!!

Lived here for almost a year, don't really have anything bad to say other than people above can be really loud sometimes, and that they did a very very poor job plowing the driveways in the winter and they randomly put speed bumps in the driveways without notifying us, I mean were the ones that are going to be driving over them everyday, I wouldn't even have cared if they were done right but they weren't at all, whoever they used for the job had no clue what they were doing and it is like driving over a large parking curb. Many people have cars that sit low to the ground and you can see gouges in the curbs from the cars drive train slamming and scraping the bump. I haven't even tried to take my sports car over them yet in fear of damaging the transmission, driveshaft or rear end, I will have to eventually though and if it does damage my car which has costly parts since it's older and the manufacture is no longer around, millview will be paying 100% of it.

Millview has the worst office staff ever! They are so rude! I was out of work for a little while with cancer and they would not work with me at all on the rent. I wasn't asking them to lower my rent or not charge me rent, just asking them to not charge me compounding late fees and they wouldn't help me out at all! Also, if you have people living above you be prepared for noise, it sounds like they are coming thru the ceiling! My boyfriends car was also broken into twice while in the "gated community".

I was very weary of moving into "another" apartment complex. I have lived in Millview for 6 months and can not rave enough about it! Management is very welcoming and has followed through with everything I they stated from the start. As far as maintence I haven't had any major issues that required immediate attention. Every time I have called they are always at my door with in 24 hours! The community is safer then I expected and everyone seems to look out for each other. I only have 6 months, as long as the rent stays in my budget I will be here for at least 6 more years. This apartment and community is an amazing deal for everything that is offered. Robin O

For the most part, this place is very nice for the price (considering the surrounding area). We had no issue moving in or any of the first initial inspection things that needed fixing. After a while when a certain item needed fixing, I sent two emails with no response and went into the office twice to ask about the situation only to be told that they were "working on it" and "it will get done within XYZ time period." Needless to say it is still not taken care of. A seperate issue is from storm on 6/23/15 had ripped up some shingles on a residential building and they are still not fixed. In the winter their rule on shoveling is to wait until it's done snowing to remove it. That's fine, until you can't park your car because there's too much snow or have to climb through a foot of slush getting your shoes & socks soaked. During the winter they use parking spots to pile the snow in which takes away a few spots close to buildings. I don't mind walking further but some people might. Maintanence also doesn't cut the grass enough so sometimes it's a little overgrown but that is a petty issue. I don't appreciate how Millview communicates with their residents. As in 80% of the time they don't communicate at all. Other than the communication issues, Millview is an excellent place for a starter apartment or young couple. Our neighbors are extremely friendly and I've never had a parking issue. The only other "problem" is the garbage/recycling area which is disgusting and dirty. But that isn't Millview's fault, they have signs and have given residents notifications on what does and doesn't belong in the area. This is strictly other residents being lazy and not following directions. For the price point of the apartment complex it is an excellent value. The apartments are spacious, have high ceilings and are right off of Route 30.

We have lived at Millview (in a month to month situation) for almost 5 months. We really expected to only be here for only a month or two, but, as it has happened, we have had to renew our lease a few times. No problem! Both, Stacy and Rhonda, have been understanding and helpful in our situation. Thank you Rhonda and Stacy!!!! We feel blessed for having been able to rent here! The maintenance guys are A-One too! We had a couple of issues when we first moved in and a couple since then, but maintenance has been always been right on top of it! They are clean, courteous, knowledgable and prompt. Especially Wayland!!!! Once in a while we hear the neighbors above us, but what do you expect in an apartment? (And it is only from the apartment above). Our daughter lived here about 12 years ago (when Millview first opened) and she said the same wonderful things about Millview. That was one of our primary reasons for deciding to move here. My husband and I walk around the community often, because we walk our dog and the entire community is clean, well-landscaped and cared for and safe (which is a biggie for me)! Thanks Millview and staff for all you provide!
