Resident 2011 - 2013

I have lived here for almost 3 years. Everyone's priorities are different. For me, the location is close to my family and friends, and thankfully, with the direction the City of Coatesville is heading in - it is NOT "IN" the city. I am a born and raised Coatesville resident, who is grateful for Millview's location. The office staff has had a high turnover in the time I have been here; however the maintenance staff is very good. They handle everything from grounds keeping to appliance issues and plumbing. The maintenance crew works hard, you always see them at work. The need for improvement at Millview would be an extensive reference check on newcomers. There are certainly some folk that live here that need to be evicted for numerous occurrences of inconsideration to others. This community was built with luxury living in mind, and some people simply don't qualify for that, regardless of them paying their rent money every month or not!!! In addition, there should be a certain number of guests to each apartment that are allowed to swim without a fee. It just shows a friendlier image. Keep in mind it IS apartment living, so for the noise you are going to hear doors and movement, that is what it is- the construction of the building should have concrete slabs between floors, you can tell it doesn't. Parking is not an issue for me. Sometimes on Monday nights it seems crowded (IDK, maybe Monday night football visitors?) Overall - I like my apartment, and I am not moving until I am ready.

I've lived at Millview apt homes for almost 2 years. I have enjoyed the experience so far. The grounds are kept well and the maintenance crew is great...just call and they are there.

I am a new tenant the apartments are beautiful there is a nice exercise room and pool. It is a good gated community. There is a full size washer and drying in each apartment. The Maintenance came right away after reporting problems and they were efficient and pleasant.

I've been here for about a month and I see some of the good and bad of previous reviews. The parking is definitely a problem. If you leave to to go out at night expect to do some walking when you get back. The insulation is not so good. I haven't received my utility bill yet but from the way the thermostat keeps kicking on the heat I can expect it to be a little high. The insulation sucks. Expect to hear pipes knocking when you run the hot water too. With poor insulation comes bad soundproofing. My first day here I could hear my upstairs neighbor singing a lullaby to her baby/kid. The trash compactor has a simple code that residents can enter but I think it's not active at certain hours so people drop their trash there. I haven't heard any dogs barking at least not in my building but I do have kids above me that love to jump on the floors. That can be annoying at times. That's the bad so far. The good. I like the layout of my apartment. The rent is a bit cheaper than the other apartments in the area. I'm a southerner so this housing market doesn't impress me. Personally I think we're all getting screwed with these prices but that's another topic altogether. Also the complex is newer than most of the ancient crap housing you find in the area. It's not a bad place. I recommend.

I lived at Millview for a year and half. The first year it was great a quiet community with a friendly and knowledgeable office staff. After that year, my husband and I couldn't wait to get out. The noise increased especially later in the nights. I didn't really enjoy hearing people arguing outside my window in the middle of the night. Then the office staff there was a lot of turnover and I felt anytime I went down with a question or concern it was someone new. With the new staff, I know there is a training period but it always seemed like the new staff members didn't know what was going on. The grounds were okay, the garbage area was always a mess. I can't believe people couldn't lift a bag of garbage into the dumpster/compacter and would just set it outside which lead to everyone leaving their garbage on the concrete pad. It is considered a gated community but as others have mentioned everyone knows the gate access code, so why should it be gated. In addition, the gates were broken more times than not so anyone could drive in there. Being told you need a phone number so your guest could call you was the biggest lie ever. I never had to have a guest call me because the gates were always opened or they followed someone in that lifted the gate before them. In all, it wasn't a bad experience at Millview because the price is reasonable for rent. However, if I had to rent an apartment again, I wouldn't go back since I have seen such a decline in the property over the past year and half.

Year over year, we will strive to make improvements to our community so that our residents feel positively about choosing Millview as their home. I am very happy living at Millview. The office staff is friendly and I always feel like they do all they can to make you feel like it's home. My experience with the maintenance staff has been positive and the office follows up to ensure the service was performed to my satisfaction. I appreciate that the grounds are kept up and look inviting when you come through the main gate. If everyone is considerate of other tenants by picking up after themselves and their dogs as well as keeping noise to a normal level, we will all have a good experience living here.

OMG I could not wait to get out of here. The first 3 years were great, but this last 4th year has been awful. Too many dogs in this place now and they bark constantly and no one cleans up after them. The trash is overflowing and disgusting. You can hear your upstairs neighbors sneeze - really and truly. Unless you live on the top floor, you will hear the toilets flush, doors close, people walking, etc. Parking is horrible - the same people park in the prime spots and never move. You have to walk from the next building to your building, and then you are taking a spot from that building's parking area. Section 8 housing Regency is right next door and the gates are a joke - everyone knows the code to make them open without having the gate key. Why bother having gates? Don't rent here. Keep looking.

I have been a resident of Millview Apt Homes for a period of 5 and a half years, during this period I have few complaints, mostly compliments. My apt has been quite, essentially no maintenance issues. The pool is well maintained, staff friendly and able to help with your requests. I have recommended Millview to my co-workers and they have had favorable results.

OK, like most things in life, there are good and bad... Let's start with the bad: 1. High turnover of office staff /not particularly friendly or helpful 2. Constant maintenance issues. Maintenance staff are extremely uneducated and will try to be friendly with you to avoid you noticing that they are terrible at their job. 3. Increasing issues with bed bugs and mold 4. Expect to have bug issues if you live close to the wooded area 5. Expect to hear everything from people talking as well as car doors slamming while you try and sleep if you live on the parking lot side. 6. parking spaces can be difficult to find 7. Location is terrible for general shopping to finding a descent place to eat. 8. Large amount of resident turnover. Which means don't try to make friends with the neighbor, because they will most likely be gone before you know it. The good: 1. The grounds DO look descent I'm my opinion if you factor in the additional cost of gas per week just for driving to do basic shopping and the additional cost for water and sewer plus the fact that you may potentially get your vehicle broken into, it may make much more sense to pay a little extra and live somewhere else. Also to mention that the residents living within the the private homes nearby are losing their homes rapidly, which means there will be an increase in crime, adding to the fact that they just recently layed off more than half of the Coatesville police dept. I would seriously think twice about moving to Millview and please don't let the sales people make excuses about what is going on here, you may feel good about their excuses and/or responses to your concerns, but they do not have your best interest in mind.

I second that, I live in one of the newly renovated apartments. The apartment itself is beautiful. However most of the residents act like they came right from a housing projects. ------ does not even come close to how terrible the residents act. There is ahousing projects literally right next to the second entrance of the community. I know a few of my neighbors who have mentioned that they have family that live within the that same housing projects. This probably why Millview has not gone completed downhill. But raise the rent where the residents can't afford it, then we will most likely have more issues with car theft and breakins If you drive through the housing projects in the summertime you will see a bunch of drug dealers and huge dogs walking around. Also speaking of dogs, I have noticed strange people walking through Millview after midnight (since I work a late shift) with huge pitbulls. I have tried to tell management but they claim there is nothing they can do. If you are sensitive to noise than you better live on the 3rd or 4th floor, because you will hear everything from your neighbors talking to your neighbors putting their toilet seat down. Don't let them tell you different. Remember they are sales people and tell you what you want to hear. They charge you for everything from a few dollars per guest to use their pool in the summer to general cleaning costs after you move out (one of my co-workers whom moved out told me this) to charging for parking tags. You will pay anywhere from 85 dollars in water usage for a one bdrm to who knows how much for a two bdrm. They told me I would only pay 50 dollars when I moved in and I take a shower maybe 3 times a week and only flush my toilet if I have to poop and I still end up paying close to 85 dollars a month in water and sewer. Remember the same water you use, you get billed the same amount for sewer. I can't wait to get out of this place. It's such a shame that a place this beautiful has so many issues which you won't find out about until after you have signed on the dotted line. One more thing make sure you don't get too friendly with the maintenance supervisor because he will gossip away to everyone else. He even has gossiped to me about my neighbors because he didn't know we were friends. He says how stupid the girls in the office are and how his own maintenance guys are incapable of doing there job. If you are a resident or had an experience while visiting Millview then please write an honest review about your experience here. Everyone needs to know what's going on here.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE TURN AWAY QUICKLY! Yes, it's a decent apartment for your first apartment or if you don't care about upgraded appliances, but it's a complete nightmare. How bad of a nightmare depends which building you live in on the property. This complex is full of loud, rude and nasty residents. It's beyond ------. It looks nice, but there's so many hidden issues. From noise to theft and parking. Consider yourself screwed if you don't park your car by 5pm. Especially in the back street of the apartments. I'm warning you not to move here. I loved my APARTMENT, but the community, residents and leasing staff is a joke!

The community here is friendly, fun, & peaceful. I've enjoyed plenty of use from the pool, gym, gameroom, & business center which has been very convienant. The maintainance crew has met any issues or emergency correctly & in timely fashion. My highest compliment goes to property/leasing managers & front office staff who has continued to provide helpful service & accommadated any needs with kindness & patience while maintaining positive & pleasant attitudes. I've lived here for over a year now and it was fabulous in the beginning. However, over the last several months the management has seriously declined. New management took over sometime over the summer and they leave much to be desired. The main problem is --------, whom I understand is highly regarded by the new management. I have found him to be quite condescending and extremely rude. My first experience with him was while walking my two dogs one day. He approached me on a golf cart and started to question me about whether or not I was a resident, demanding to know what apartment I live in. I expressed my discontent with his approach, but ultimately told him my apartment number as I have nothing to hide. Our dogs are licensed and registered here and we paid our pet deposit upon moving in and have paid our pet rent every month since. About 10 minutes after arriving home from our walk my husband received a message from -------- stating that the office needed a copy of his identification. -------- needs a serious lesson in customer service and communication. I will say that the maintenance staff is excellent. They are quite friendly and prompt.

                            Lived there for 5 years...

I lived there for 5 years and and counted down the days until I could MOVE OUT!!! This apartment complex is horrible - the management only cares about money but puts no money into the landscaping, cleaning up the apartments and buildings etc. They raised all their prices outrageously high and have the nerve to charge a fee for the "view of Coatesville" What view? Weeds and shrubs? Any way to get more money. The complex will be a run-down housing project in 5 years. They allow ANYONE to move in. They are horrible at snow plowing and shoveling sometimes it takes them 1-2 days to come out after a snow storm. The girls in the office are as ditzy as they come and are not efficient they do not follow through with anything. You call about a maintenance problem and it takes them a week to come out if not more sometimes I've waited 2-3 weeks no one ever returns your calls or emails. Maintenance is a bunch of old men who are extremely rude they track dirt all over your carpets and make a mess and do a horrible job at repairing things. My apartment was not even painted or carpets shampooed when I moved in which they claim they do for all new tenants - I complained to them about this they did nothing. I had to clean the carpets myself. They do not do regular maintenance checks which they say they do quarterly - they do not. Parking is horrible, they aren't enough spaces for all the tenants - most people have to park along the sides of grass. The apartments were built badly - you can hear everything your neighbors do - flush a toilet, walk, use the shower, fight, argue you hear it all. The landscaping is horrible there is trash and cigarette butts everywhere you look as well as DOG ---- everywhere. You have to watch where you walk or you'll step in dog poop. The office amps up this complex as it being "luxury" FAR FROM IT do not fall for this!!! This complex is no different than Regency. They say it's gated but the PLASTIC gates get broken off every night - really gated huh? Most of the buildings are infested with roaches and a lot of times you walk past apartments and they stink horribly. They only have 1 dumpster for all 400 or so people that live here which is so inconvient which is probably why people end up tossing their trash in the fields. The manager is just some young girl who does a horrible job never follows through or returns calls or emails. And she is extremely rude to the people who pay her salary - the tenants!!! Millview is A JOKE and I would never recommend anyone to ever live there. The apartments are very small even the 2 bedrooms. The appliances are cheap. There are much nicer apartment complexes in the area, DO NOT LIVE AT MILLVIEW!!! You'll see for yourself!!!

                              Don't waste your money!

I lived here for exactly 13 months. Millview is a horrible place to live! The staff is helpful for the the most part but the new management is awful and only cares about money. They could care less how the tenants are taken care of. I never had any real problems but just a few little things. They tell you that if you have any kind of water leak to call the office immediately. I came home from work one Saturday afternoon and noticed a puddle of water on the floor. Now I have a dog that likes to hold water in his mouth and some times spits it out so that is what I thought it was so I cleaned it up and took him outside but when I came back in, it was there again. So I looked under my sink only to fine about an inch and a half of water. I called maintenance and they said they would be there in no more then an hour. Well, 3 hours when by so I called again and same thing. I put a towel down to manage the minor leak but still, WATER DOES DAMAGE TO WOOD!!! They finally came monday at some point. It shouldn't have taken any more then a couple hours for them to get there so I guess two days was ok?! more reasons why you shouldn't live here. . .1) NOISEY! ok I understand that it is an apartment complex and none of them are made with noise barriers but I could here EVERYTHING from my neighbors. The good, the bad, the ugly you name it! Most of the people that live in Millview, especially the technical institute guys (YTI, UTI- dorm room like situation, I guess?) DO NOT care about anything or anyone. There are a number of them that work on their cars in the parking lot (against the lease) and speed up and dawn Francis Dr and Saginaw Drive (going at least 40 mph) with their awful sounding exhaust that they attempted to do themselves. Oh at all hours of the night as well. I could go on and on about these jerks but I wont. 2) DIRTY!!! The trash compactor would be a great idea if people would actually use it and not just throw their trash in front of it. Management did put a gate around the compactor and dumpster so when the wild animals do tear open bags or when trash gets blown around, it is somewhat contained. The whole corner where the trash goes just smells like rotting flesh all the time because it is just never taken care of properly. Tenants throw trash in the woods and all over the grounds because they are just lazy and maintenance wouldn't pick it up. I don't know if the just gave up or what but it is just gross! 3) EXPENSIVE! rent for the area is ridiculously high and the apartments are NOT ENERGY EFFICIENT!!! the windows and doors are not sealed properly so you can feel air around them all the time. I could actually feel air coming through my outlets as well. My water bill was somewhat reasonable but my electricity bill was always higher then my parents HOUSE! 4) GATED COMMUNITY??? I DON'T THINK SO!!!!! The "Gate" is a very thin piece of ply wood like material that you can literally touch and it breaks!!! The second gate was literally broken for FIVE MONTHS then it was "fixed" aka shoved back together then broken again the next day. Regency Park Apartments are RIGHT BEHIND Millview, it is section 8 and known for crime. I remember coming home one night at about 11pm, both gates up and a cop followed me and told me to get in my apartment and lock the doors. REALLY???!?! Wouldn't tell me what happened just told me to not come back outside. I made him wait and watch me walk my dog because I did not feel save, I never felt safe there! 5) TWO FIRES in an 8 month span of time? enough said. . . 6)There is not "state of the art" or "luxury" ANYTHING about Millview. The website flat out lies! The grounds are not kept up with, the gym is a joke and in my 13 months of living there, the sauna has never worked. The computer lab is a joke as well, two computers that are so messed up, they wont even turn on. When I first moved into Millview it honestly wasn't horrible. I grew up in the general area so I SOME WHAT knew what I was getting myself into but Millview went downhill and FAST!! Within a few months of moving in, I regretted it. I know I am missing so much but I really hope what I wrote here helped!

I have lived at Millview Apartment Homes for almost 4 years and I absolutely love living there. I especially love the newness of it. It is only a few years old so I was fortunate enough to move into a brand new Apartment. Since I was the first tenant to ever live in my apartment, everything was brand new and spotless. Since all of the appliances are brand new, I have never had a problem with any of them in the 4 years I have lived here. I love having an ice maker and a wall-mounted microwave. Every apartment possesses several smoke alarms as well as fire sprinklers. Millview also supplies a fire extinguisher. These safety measures give me immeasurable peace-of-mind. In addition, these safety measures allowed me to obtain renter s insurance at a lower premium. It is a quiet complex and I have never experienced any loud noises from my neighbors. Millview Apartment Home is a family friendly community. Millview s Office Staff are always helpful, pleasant and professional. The leasing office staff is constantly hosting social events for the tenants, such as, wii bowling night, Cinco de Mayo Party, as well as, several pool parties throughout the summer. They host an annual breast awareness night where they invite assorted sales consultants, i.e., Avon, Tastefully Simple, Pampered Chef, Jewelry, with all the profits from the sales donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation. They possess strong customer service skills which have allowed them to build strong relationships within the community and with area vendors. For example, Verizon recently raffled a large flat-screen TV during our annual Welcome to Summer party which was held at the poolside. The office staff is very approachable and they always welcome ideas from the tenants for future social events. The maintenance team is excellent and service requests are always handled in a timely fashion. The property is beautifully landscaped and it is always a pleasure for me to drive through the gates after a long day at work and see such exceptional curb appeal. It makes me so very proud to live at Millview Apartment Homes. Thank you.

                                  Great place to be

I have lived at Millview Apartment Homes for almost two years. I really have no complaints. Sometimes I can hear my neighbors but that is to be expected when you live in an apartment. I have read some of the other reviews..people who are that picky need to save up for a detached house if they want to feel like they don't have neighbors. Some people have problems with the staff..the staff is the best I have ever dealt with. When you own a home and a problem comes up you have to fix it yourself. Here, you just pick up the phone or shoot the staff an e-mail and any problems are taken care of as quickly as possible to the best of their abilities. The ONLY reason I would ever leave Millview is if we were buying a home (or had to move out of the area). THANK YOU MILLVIEW!!

Don't believe their hype about energy efficiency

I lived in Millview for 12 months (2007-2008), in that time I was spending a small fortune on utilities. Millview advertises energy efficiency like it's going out of style, but there is nothing efficient about their apartments. The unit I rented was a 1 bed/1 bath apartment, but somehow my electric/heating bill was consistently $250 or more for such a tiny place. I think there were only 2 months out of my 12 month lease where it dipped as low as $150. I love to read, I don't watch a lot of TV, I don't own a playstation/xbox/nintendo and I use energy efficient bulbs in all of my lamps; so I was a little baffled, to say the least. Their windows are cheap and drafty and the HVAC system was constantly running; it seemed to run every 10-15 minutes and that was with the heat set at 70 and the air set at 72, neither of those settings are outrageous in my opinion. Millview is a recently built complex, I can't remember the exact year, but they are definitely less than ten years old. For being such a new complex, I was expecting much better appliances in my home. The appliances are easily older than the building itself and were probably recycled from another property that got updated. If/when you tour, their model units have different appliances in them then what they actually put in the units themselves. I had expected to receive something on par to what I was shown in the model, but they pulled a bait and switch and I got stuck with a dryer that had to be run 2-3 times to dry small-medium sized loads of laundry and an oven that looked like the one my parents had when I was growing up. Also, the leasing office is like a revolving door when it comes to employees, don't expect too much in the way of service. Tour, don't tour, but if you read this, sign a lease and are unhappy, don't say I didn't try to warn you...

By far the best apartment I have ever lived in!

I have lived at Millview for over a year now and have not had any of the major issues that I have experienced elsewhere. Whenever I have called for maintenance on my apartment, they have always responded promptly and fixed everything. They even changed my smoke detector battery and lightbulbs for me! Although I have not had much contact with the office staff, they have always responded to my needs in a professional manner and they remember my name everytime I see them on the grounds. I chose to move to Millview because after shopping around, Millview had the best price for what you get. I also liked that it is a quiet neighborhood, but it is close to everything. Since I have lived here, I have made some friends and a few of them have moved out to buy homes and never had any issues with getting their security deposit back. But, they were very clean people too. I have lived in numerous apartments both private rentals and complexes, all of which were decent places, as I am very picky, and each has left me with a bad taste in my mouth. From floods to mold to plumbing issues to broken staircases to wasp nests... The list goes on and on. Even though these issues do happen in apartments, the problem is that the issues were either NEVER fixed or it would take WEEKS for them to be fixed even though I thought that they were emergencies! One place I had to get my own contractor and pay to fix the stairs that had completely rotted out because the landlord didn't do anything about it after numerous calls. He would't even reimburse me! Millview is definitely NOT perfect. I hear my neighbors when they are being loud (which is normal for a new apartment building), the trash is constantly left by the dumpster and then it gets into by animals making a mess of the grounds (which is the tenants' fault for not putting it IN the dumpster), and there are constantly things not working such as the gate, lights, and gym equipment. But,overall, it is the best apartment experience that I have had.

Before complaining, check out other prices and see what you get

Haven't rent since I was a teenager, now middle-aged and divorced, relocated. Moved from an affluent neighborhood to Millview. The only thing wrong with these apartments is that they're near Coatesville (which you never have to see) and that section 8 housing is next door and that hasn't affected me either. Believe me I would love to have rent in the main line but see what you get for the same amount of money. We live in the back overlooking the woods. Totally private, gorgeous view, don't even know you're in an apartment. If you're awake and you can hear someone's TV, so what? I really have never heard a TV and if people think the walls are paperthin, they haven't rented in a lot of places. I have a sound spa, ear plugs and go to sleep peacefully everynight. I had that when I lived in my big house on a couple acres too cause of the kids watching TV or having their friends over. Restful sleep. As for bugs, we live in the woods. I found a couple of bugs, put them in a baggie, took them to the office and didn't expect them to do anything and not only did they give me a full report from an exterminator on what they were, they explained how they would spray outside and take care of it and I saw them the next day. My microwave glass turntable broke and I was going to buy one, because I'm not used to renting and they replaced. My water was leaking, I called and someone was there in 15 minutes to fix. The pool is gorgeous, and everyone has fallen on hard times and the landscaping hasn't been kept up this year, but there was mulch trucks there today, just when I was ready to complain. If you rent you have to expect people with no roots, relocating, temporary, young partiers sharing rent, single parents with screaming kids, but there are a lot of older professionals that have lived here for years and love it. Quit your complaining--this place is better than most and everything is new, clean and modern. I renewed my rent and they cleaned my carpets.

                                            too many a-holes live here

If you miss living in your college dorm move to Millview. Otherwise, avoid this place like the plague. Every wanna be thug d-bag in the area lives here & blasts their car stereos at all hours. They treat the parking lots like their race tracks & leave trash (mainly beer bottles & cups) all over. We have lived here for a little over a year and have seen the police called twice for noise & fighting in the parking lot. It's a shame because it's a nice complex & all of the staff have been great, but I can't wait to leave just because of all the a-holes that live here. Do yourself a favor & spend a little extra per month on rent to live somewhere a little more peaceful. I wish we had.

Save your money, dont rent here!

I moved to millview in the summer of 07. I was fooled from day 1 by the front office. For starters, the bug problem living on the bottom floor is terrible! 3 times a year I would have to call the front office to get an exterminator, and i would still have to wait a week or even too to get them in there. The noise was really bad. The place is built really bad. The walls are paper thin, I could hear the whole tv show of the apartment above me everyday. As for getting back your security deposit, dont hold your breath. The walls and carpets are white. Notice a problem from the start. Then in some areas where verizon came through with cherry pickers and equipment, they tore up some peoples yards and it wasnt fixed for more then a year rand a 1/2. The front office tries to be helpful, but hey really have no say in any matter and nothing really gets done. I would recommend just renting a house in the area. The cost is cheaper to rent a bigger 3 bedroom house and have a yard. Its better then paying $1,300 a month for a 2 bedroom with no room. Thats what i just did and its been great since. Good luck getting a parking space too after 6 at night. The gym can be nice, as long as you can get on 1 of the machines, since the area to work out in is tiny and you get no privacy like a real gym. The pool is only 5 feet deep. Usually its flooded with kids so you can do laps or really enjoy it. The grounds are taken care of nicely like grass and bushes, but thats about all millview takes care of. Also, the ice storms can get bad in the area and you sometimes have to wait for a week to get it to melt because millview's maintenance is under staffed and things dont get taken care of. Im just telling it like it is. Dont be fooled by ------- ----- either. She's nice but really wont get things done for you. This is why I left and i found a great house on craiglist that blows millview away.

When my boyfriend and I first moved in we were IN LOVE with Millview! Once the weather started to warm up, our apartment was infested with all kinds of bugs - tiny red mites ALL OVER our white windowsills, HUGE spiders, ladybugs, worms, and some other kind of tiny beetle-like bug. We requested an exterminator and 2 weeks later finally got an appointment. They were supposed to be here between 9-11 one morning. At 11:30 they had not arrived and I called the office staff to double check I had the right day. They told me they would be there shortly. By 3:30 no one had come so my boyfriend called and the girls said they forgot to check the answering machine and that the exterminator had to reschedule a couple days later. Today was that day. They were supposed to come between 2-4 and at 4:30 I called because no one had come. The girls in the office were extremely unprofessional, giggling as I explained how unprofessional it was that we had to A) wait so long and B) that they did not show up again. They put me on the phone with 3 different girls, as I finally got the office manager. She said she couldn't do anything and that we have to write a letter to the owner explaining why we are upset and want money off our rent. There is no reason for the run-around and the lack of convenience and professionalism that the Millview staff lacks. So don't move in unless you want BUGS EVERYWHERE!!!!
