Millview has been a great place to live. The apartments and grounds are kept in fine condition, the staff is helpful and I like my neighbors. It's a nice mix of singles, couples and families, people of different ages and backgrounds. Millview regularly offers resident activities and small celebrations such as coffee/donut days. It's great to have my own washer and dryer as well as a pool nearby.

Very nice and clean with a lot of amenities. Me personally I think the units are small for the Rent/month. The associate who gave the tour was very informative and pleasant. Answered all questions that were asked. I would love to reside there but probably unable to afford it.

Lea in the leasing office was very nice and friendly. She was willing to answer all of my questions and even asked some of her own to find out what I am looking for. Unfortunately the apartments themselves are a little outdated and need some attention.

The apartment complex has been a very comfortable place to reside. The neighbors seem friendly but respect privacy. The administrative and maintenance staff has been very courteous and competent when called upon.

I went for a tour and the apartments are very nice. The tour guide was helpful with answering any questions and we got to take a look at some of the amenities. Communication was great and very friendly.

The staff is nice but I was not happy with the condition of the apartment. Once I signed the lease I thought the office staff person would do a walk thru with me. She didn't. I feel that is a tactic to avoid any issues that need fixed. When I move in, there was grout all over the counters in the kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen cabinets looks like a dog peeled off the fake wood finish, no heat in the small bedroom, etc., etc.,

I have absolutely no complaints about my apartment. Maintenance is amazing with their work. Front office is very communicative and forthcoming with community information. My only displeasure are the gate malfunctions at both ends of the property. They've been inoperative for a very long time now.

These apps are lovely. Mine is the smallest yet I don't feel cramped because of the ceiling height and layout. My personal daily living satisfaction has depended on the management and their staff which has been at times doctoral, self important, and defensive. Therefore I am pleased to say I find the present management accessible, reasonable and helpful.

The experience was great until Melissa left the leasing office. She is missed. I plan on moving when my lease expires as well as others I have spoken to. I feel as if there is no compassion when contacting the office. There's no community engagement when speaking with the staff at the leasing office.

Millviiew is conveniently located, close enough to Route 30 that you can get out on the highway quickly and get just about anywhere from King of Prussia to Lancaster pretty quickly. Can't say we've priced other rental options lately, but I'm pretty sure Millview is very competitive when it comes to affordability from what we've heard about how much rental properties have gone up throughout Chester County.

For the most part, this is a quiet and friendly community. The pool and gym are inconsistently open. The entrance gates are always open or broken. The front office staff is friendly. The additional security in the community is appreciated.

The staff are awesome !! They plan very fun and family oriented events!! Any issues I had with my apartment maintenance made sure it was fixed within 24 hours .The rent is very reasonable per square feet among the other apartment complexes in this area of Chester county . It's very quiet , the parking is great !! Management id very friendly and they are willing to go the extra mile to make sure their tenants are comfortable!!

Worst complex I ever encountered.

Refrigerator door didn’t seal and was replaced with a new refrigerator without the ice maker. Told it was on back order 10 months ago. Trash dumpster is always a mess. People here are too lazy to open the door on the trash compactor and toss their trash on the ground. People walk their dogs and don’t clean up after them. Parking is a premium so people park blocking garages instead of parking in the upper lot. You hear the toilets flush from apartments above and the waste running through the pipes in the walls. Vandalism has forced management to provide a security guard that drives around between 2pm and 10pm but doesn’t do anything about eggs being thrown between the buildings, the power cut off to one building and banging on the doors at 1am. I don’t feel safe here at all.

Office staff and maintenance workers are very helpful and polite. Also the community is very friendly. My apartment is beautiful and very spacious even at 771sq ft. Also there's plenty of parking as well

It's the worse community to live in & it's supposed to be gated but it never works & still have people from regency coming & vandalism. Plus they don't care about their residence safety or anything. They pick & choose rules to follow.
