The apartments are large and well laid out especially when you consider how affordable the complex is. The shared amenities are convenient. Maintenance and management is generally organized and professional.

The apartments are of good quality. The community is very nice, clean and peaceful. The 1 bd rooms are a great fresh and new start for singles looking for an apartment worth the rent. Also the staff are very friendly and helpful and make moving in welcoming and easy.

Terrible Property Management
Don’t waste your time renting at Millview Apartments. They don’t replace broken appliances(no money according to management), they incorrectly charge you, there is no “gated” community, they don’t allow you to use the clubhouse, the kids from the subsidized apartments across the street terrorize the tenants, and the maintenance manager is incompetent and nasty to the tenants. Stay away.

I love the apartment everything I needed is in it so I am very excited and planning on leaving here for a long time this is the first place I ever moved in excited about everything in it and have nothing to complain about

Apartment is great. It came with all appliances, including a washer and dryer. New carpet when we moved in. Great surrounding area, there's a pool and fitness center. There's always a security vehicle driving around. I highly recommend the Millview Apartments. Thanks.

Millview is a great apartment complex to live at. It is kept clean, they take care of the outside property so well, the snow removal, the grass cutting etc. Easy to get ahold of, take care if maintenance requests quickly. Staff is very personable.

All has been good. Well taken care of. The staff are always available to fix what ever may be an issue. The grounds are well taken care of. We, me, my daughter and my dog all love living here. Ty, Kate McD.

It was a beautiful place to live until Marijuana became legal to purchase. Now all you smell around here is Marijuana in the breezeway and inside your apartment. Too many dogs now in the community. Dog feces not being picked up.

I love the apartment atmosphere, it's quiet and feels safe. I didn't know they had security patrol at night & it was an added plus! The amenities are great, they even have special days like ice cream day, Pinot Noir night, etc. that they hold for free for the residents. We just moved in but already feel at home!

The apartments are in good condition. The tap water is clean and the water pressure decent. The downsides are the Coatesville local tax rate and trying to park near your building. There is no assigned parking, and if it's after 5, expect to park at least a few buildings away.

I'm mostly happy with my rental property / apartment. It's in a great location, well-maintained, and a repairs are addressed quickly. The only negative is some neighbors have domestic issues and there is often a smell of marijuana outside our stairwell.

my neighbors are very friendly, i like that we have a security person patrolling our neighborhood and the views are amazing, we're on the third floor and i love watching the sunrise and sunset. it is awesome because it is also pet friendly.

Customer service was great and everyone we spoke to was helpful. The complex is well maintained. The amenities are great and the complex was clean and well maintained. We're moving in 2026 and plan to rent here.

The complex is well maintained in every aspect, inside and outside. The open floor plan of the living room, dinning room and kitchen makes for a spacious feeling of comfort. The niehgbors are friendly & courteoyus. The staff is fabulous. The exercise room and outdoor swimming pool are nice touches to living here.

Great place to live! Office staff is wonderful and maintenance is amazing. They always answer service requests fast! Office staff is friendly and very helpful. Community is dog friendly with the dog park and the pool is very refreshing!

By far, one the best communities in Coatesville. Management is great to work with and quick to respond when needed. They also host several events to get the community involved. The outside is clean and maintained throughout the year. Neighbors are cordial and quiet. No parking problems. The pool is neat and clean. They also have a fitness center. ??

I love it here! Thank you so much for giving me a space with privacy that I can live in and enjoy the area in. The amenities are great and I enjoy how close knit the community is. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else in this time of my life

Clean and spacious apartments. Quiet community. Worth the price. Love the pool area. Management very helpful and the clubhouse is very nice. The gym has a nice variety of equipment. Renewed our lease for the 6th consecutive year. Cannot beat the price of rent. Lowest i believe in the surrounding area.

This community is very quiet and the grounds are very well kept. The only complaint I have is the office staff has changed so often and there is no communication as to who we are meant to contact in the meantime due to staff changing so often requests are ignored and not respond. Responded to in an appropriate amount of time.

It's okay not alot of noise parking can be a problem alot of people don't pick up their dog poop I don't think I should be charged for guard rails for my bathroom when I wasn't charged for the guard rails around my bath tub

Great community, quite for most part and the amenities are great. The staff is great and they do respond to any needs that you have within your apartment. The complex is in a great setting. The apartments definitely feel like you are in a home they're not just a apartment buildings

I've been at mill view for a few months now but i love it. The staff in the office are all very nice, the community is quiet and peaceful. Whenever i have a problem in my apartment, they're fix within a hurry and the maintenance guys are very nice & helpful.

Community is absolutely beautiful and secure with the gates. Staff in the leasing office are nice and answered all of my questions before moving in without hesitation. Being able to have my pets here is also key.
