At one time this place was nice and efficient. However staff has been lacking and it's not acceptable or fair. We can't even utilize the community room but it's still falsely being advertised as if you can. NO! Parking is horrible on Saginaw Dr. The gate is always broken down.

This place would be awesome to live in if it wasn't for the loud neighbors upstairs living in 1108 Francis dr. We complained several times about the issue to management from the tenant's daughter who's not on the lease that is living there with her five children in a 1br apartment. They are constantly jumping,running,screaming and throwing themselves intentionally on the floor night and day. I have provided management videos of the issues hopefully it can be resolve in a timely manner. I do not feel safe living here because twice I was in a altercation with the tenant's daughter about the issues. PLEASE take care of the issues because we are not the only one that is having complaints with the tenant living in 1108 Francis dr. You will not only lose our residency but future tenants as well with the on going problem that is still occurring.

Everything has been really great. Downside is not enough parking close to unit and hearing the water run from the apartment above. Otherwise I love my unit and my view and everything works well! I also see how much effort is put into landscaping and it's appreciated

The management staff here is absolutely useless - and the maintenance employees are completely incompetent. Management is never available, except for showing apartments to prospective residents. They say to call ahead for an appointment, but no-one answers the phone when you call and they don't return any message you might leave. The grounds are overgrown and weedy with trash and dog waste everywhere. The pool is moldy, cracked and poorly maintained. There are MANY restrictions on who can, or cannot use the pool - and the fountains there haven't worked in years. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis and basically a huge nightmare. If you're out past 7PM, you might have to walk a few blocks from your car to home. The trash compactor/containers are usually overflowing and residents get away with throwing garbage wherever it lands. Things are RARELY repaired properly. More often than not, repairs are rigged to work until the next guy can come back to fix whatever the first guy screwed up. The 'security' gates are swing-arm boards that are broken 11 months of the year...every year. The entire place needs an overhaul! I LOVED Millview when I first moved here, but I've watched it deteriorate with each new manager. The latest Staff needs to GO. There's no more "Luxury Living" in Millview. There's nothing luxurious here at all. Don't spend your hard-earned money at Millview, you'll regret it!

Nice neighborhood. Close to work and shopping. Friendly staff. Nice size bathroom. Like the convenience of a laundry room. Great pool house and fitness room. I lived in the 1200 building for over 2 years and was able to have tine to transfer to another unit.

Customer service within the office has been great. Promises of fixing things are empty promises. One of the main reasons and incentives for renting here was the dog park which cannot be used as it's filled w dog poop. People don't clean after their dogs. A dog station behind every building would be nice especially in winter so it's not such a far walk to throw out waste maybe more people would clean up if it was more convenient river rock or something other than black mulch at bottom of steps would be nice as the black dye when wet dyes the dog paws which than goes in the apartment. Non handicapped residents park in those spots lived here two weeks w a list of things to fix and till have things that need done. Just frustrating. If things were right it would be a great place

I have really enjoyed living at Millview so far. The apartments are large and full of natural light and we have a beautiful view into the woods. The staff are kind and responsive and the community amenities are great.

Comfortable apartments with washer and dryers. Fairly quiet. Good staff. Regency apartment residents up the road like to toss garbage on our front lawn but staff cleans it up. Very safe inside the gates.

I have always liked living here at Millview. The staff are always ready to help. There always seems to be a problem with people putting their trash in the compactor. For anyone looking at the community is not good when they see trash laying around in the area. There doesn't seem to be a solution to the problem.

We have completed a one year at millview apartments and so far we have not had any issues with neighbors, it's really quiet. The apartments are fairly new which compared to others at the price is a huge win.

Nice, clean and updated apartments. Lots of privacy and quiet. Great view of the City. Large windows with lots of light. Office staff are very responsive however move-in maintenance issues have not been resolved 8 days after move in.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. At first I loved this place because the apartment was beautiful and I was in a rush to find a place. I went out to explore and I quickly realized that this place was next to the projects. The back gate is basically across the street from projects. On top of that, the management service is awful. My mom was dying so I had to leave my apartment. I have been paying the penalty fee faithfully and NOW in the midsts of COVID, they want me to pay double the amount I have been paying and they tacked on a bunch of additional fees that were not in the original contract. They claim they lost the original and want me to sign a new one with all these added fees. These people are vultures and unfortunately I lost my copy of the original contact in the rush to be with my mom before she died. I bet they were counting on that. If you choose to live here, know that the people in the office are heatless savage beasts so keep all of your paperwork because they will find ways to screw you over for more money.

My experience has been so so it could of been better the parking was a major issue for me with having small children as we'll as the pain job in my apartment was horrible and peopls dogs just going to the bathroom anywhere and the owners not cleaning it up my kid stepped in dog poop

I chose this apartment complex because of the beautiful view and the gated community. The pool and clubhouse are a plus and the property is keep neat. The buildings are well maintained. Plenty of parking. Great staff, always available. I love it here! I highly recommend this complex.

Supportive staff, clean and well kept community. Higher than what you would expect in rent for the area but the apartments are nice and spacious. Dog friendly and relatively quiet area. The neighborhood closet sets off fireworks regularly which can be disruptive
