Great apartment but some of the amenities could be updated including the gym and the gate. The gym has not been renovated since they said they would renovate it and the gate is almost broken. Other than that, the actual apartments are quiet and very spacious.

First several years were great. No trash problems, grounds were beautifully kept, maintenance request were done promptly. Not so much anymore. Trash situation is disgusting,landscapers do a poor job!!

The units are new and modern. They insulate well in both the hot and cold months. The grounds are kept clean and facilities are up to date. They need to do something about the trash disposal. It tends to fill up quickly and a day or two before trash pickup it is usually overflowing. A very minor but still annoying thing is once every few months the community gets an email about a general rule not being followed (blocking handicap/gargers, leaving seasonal directions out too long, ect), and it reads condescending towards the residents like everyone doesn't know how to act. Just tow the cars without warning and put notes on the violator's door/mailbox next time.

Nic quiet gated community with work out facility and pool. I would reccommend these units to anyone who is moving into the area. good system for garbage and mail boxes. Many people have animals and so far seem to be considerate of the others in the community

I love this community! I have never had any issues! When I have needed maintenance, they came right away and were very communicative. I love the gym and am looking forward to the pool this summer. Nice community events!

Well maintained apartments in a convenient location to West Chester, Exton, King of Prussia. Nice neighbors, gated community in a quiet area. Any service requests are handled quickly and professionally. I would highly recommend Millview Apartments, it's a nice place to call home.

Really nice and quiet and issues get fixed when they are placed into a work order. I love the management involved in trying to get this community together with seasonal parties and gatherings and involvement.

They are wonderful. I've lived here for 6 years and wouldn't live anywhere else. Office staff are warm friendly and courteous. I love this community because it keeps my son away from the bad element of Coatesville. He's 19 but still impressionable and does not need to be around that stuff. I love this staff they have been with me through thick and then and I would not change anything about them.

I have enjoyed living at Millview Apartments. I love the layout of my apartment and it is convenient for work. When I called maintenance on a holiday weekend, they responded promptly and the problem was fixed.

It has been up and down. I've found the new community manager to be much nicer and understanding than those previously in the role. They do a lot of community events, which I appreciate but do not participate in. I would much rather see those funds go toward fixing the trash problem. One receptacle for the entire community is insane.

I live here for five years,hoping to live here as long has i can. I like my two bedroom apartment. It is large and roomy. The closet are roomy, and so is the bathrooms. The windows are very big,it gives lots of sunlight. The laundry room is roomy not confined and right next to the kitchen. You can multi-task. The patio good for four persons. The people in the community, friendly!

We love our apartment and our neighbors. The neighborhood is quiet and our apartment is huge with a beautiful view. All of our friends and family tell us how much they love our home. The gym and pool is very nice and usually fairly empty. Maintenance is amazing

Overall, I've had a wonderful experience here. These apartments are some of the best-built places I've ever lived in. While there is still occasional neighbor noise (which is a big deal for me), it's been minimal for me here--even with very noisy neighbors. Management has a high turn-over rate, but most of the office staff I've encountered have had a genuine desire to ensure comfortable living for the residents. The entire staff--from management to maintenance--are ALWAYS 100% professional and friendly, however. And that goes without exception. A huge plus. Here's the cons: the windows in these units are very poorly insulated--both against sound and against the elements. You can hear EVERY THING going on outside your apartment, even 3 floors down. (You don't really hear through the walls, though, so I guess it's a trade off). To mitigate the temperature shifts due to the poorly insulated windows, I've actually placed plastic shrink over the largest windows, and it does seem to help. However...when it's windy outside--my curtains STILL rustle with the wind. HOW is that possible with the windows shut and sealed by plastic? And no, I'm not crazy. Finally, and this is probably the biggest con, is the trash issue. Yes, parking is an issue too, but it's not major. It kinda comes with the territory when you're renting in a community as large as this one. But the trash? No. It's unacceptable, unfortunately. There are "no furniture or large items dumping" policies and cameras around the trash area, but they are totally unenforced. Even on days when the trash is collected, you have about a 4 hour window to take your trash out and get it in either the recycle or the compactor dumpsters. Outside of that window, you're stepping through trash that others were too lazy to place in dumpsters, and hoping you can manage to find an opening in the dumpsters to add yours to the trash. Although I separate out my recyclables, most days I end up throwing everything in the compactor, as most residents are too lazy to separate trash from recyclables and just throw everything in the open recycle bin. While this sounds like a petty complaint, consider this: I live one building removed from the trash area. There are skunks wandering the parking lot, spraying things EVERY NIGHT. That overflow trash that lays on the ground for a few days in between pick-ups attracts skunks, rats, raccoons, opossums, and any other kinds of disease-carrying critters you can think of but don't want surprising you on your way out to your car in the morning. This is an issue that isn't just part of "apartment living," and really needs addressed with an additional trash area, an extra pick-up day, or SOMETHING. Maybe just enforcing the trash area policies in place with the proposed fines would get the job done.

I like this community; I like how it is gated community. Everyone that lives here is very friendly and so is the office staff. The cleanliness here is a plus! Being able to have a pets is also a plus!

Millview is a hidden gem in the Coatesville area. It's quiet, I feel safe and I love my beautiful apartment. Maintenance is always so fast to respond, neighbors have been great. Highly recommend Millview!

It's a well taken care of community. Great maintenance team. Office staff very friendly and helpful. The pool is very nice and the fitness center is very clean. It's a very quiet community. Pet friendly and a Dog park makes it nice for older folks like myself with dogs

I enjoy living in this community very much. It is quiet on top of the hill, so a little remote as well. My apartment was in immaculate condition when I moved in and if I have a maintenance issue they take care of it immediately. The office staff are accommodating and respond quickly to any concerns. Very pleased with my choice to move here.

I chose to have gate access here, but the gate is more likely to be broken. I recommend having a sliding door gate access and I think it would be more convenient to tap it with a card than press the number. Another was that I did not like the idea of ??charging extra for the view when I first moved. Suggestion is to have CCTV installed on the streets around the apartment for secure environment. Overall, the staffs are very friendly and satisfied with the cleanliness around the apartment.
