The property and apartments are great and the price is reasonable compared to the surrounding communities. The office staff is excellent and were very helpful throughout the application and move-in process. Communication was always easy as the office staff responded in a very timely manner, were professional, and always had a positive attitude that conveyed sincerity. The condition of the apartment was great when I moved in. Everything appeared new, or was in new condition.

My experience at this community has been great. Everyone has been so welcoming and kind. The maintenance staff and efficient and knowledgeable. The office staff are always there when needed and are always creating events for the complex!

I love my apartment and the view is beautiful. I feel safe and comfortable at Millview. However, the staff/service has always been the disadvantage of living here. Whether it's problems with the office staff or maintenance issues not being handled, I have had several issues over the years and it seems to only get worse. Hopefully the new staff will bring a positive change.

Overall. It's been a good experience considering this is my first apartment. I keep to myself and the neighbors are very nice. The community feels very safe, even at night. The only issue is with the trash getting piled up.

I love it here! Can't beat the price for spacious apartment living with in-unit washer/dryer and amenities like pool & fitness center. Route 30 is convenient for commuting to Philadelphia or traveling. My neighbors have all been wonderful. Happy to call this place home.

I have had a great experience so far. I love my apartment and the amenities, especially for the value and price i am paying. I would like to see more notice about community events so that I can plan accordingly and be able to attend more. Maintenance is great and timely as well.

The apartments are beautiful, spacious with high ceilings. The 2 bedroom apartment has 2 full baths with one being in the master bedroom and walk in closet. A Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Appliances are updated with a self cleaning oven.

Mostly it's quiet here. I wish there was a better trash situation. One dumpster for so many units. It always full. And messy. Maybe they should have the trash emptied twice a week. That could help just. Thought

Trash situation is horrible. There is only one trash compactor for the entire community and it makes loud beeping and grinding noises every time it compacts which is allowed 24/7 The office refuses to put restrictions on it during quiet hours and there is constantly an issue with trash sitting outside of compactor and recycling bin.

The people are nice but my defining experience has been a long string of maintenance issues. The issues are often not resolved quickly and the communication is lacking. Also the trash is not picked up often enough and there is often overflow onto the ground around the trash and recycling bins.

Millview is super great! I'll take you back to a time where my dryer wasn't working? the heating coils were not doing a whole lot of heating! And Lea and Guy teamed up to expeditiously resolve this issue, get some heating-capable heating coils back in my dryer. The best part was the note with the smiley face that Guy from maintenance left on my door when he was done! Like not only did he fix my issue, but he was ecstatic to do it!

Do not move here, they are the worst. Maintenance and District Manager ---- are both incompetent and rude. ---- covers up all wrongs with management at this location, and the Maintenance Manager is lazy as well. Please trust me they understaff and nothing gets done in a timely manner, you have to wait weeks and months before anything is completed. This will be my last year here and can’t wait to move out. Look elsewhere so you don’t have to put up with t poor management the owners have no idea how this location is being managed. District Manager ---- and the Maintenance Manager both need to be fired!!!!

It's a wonderful place to live! The staff is very friendly and wonderful to work with. There are numerous community events hosted by the management staff that are a great way to meet other people in the development. I would definitely recommend renting here!

Great experience so far, no complaints. Move in was fast and efficient. Keys and lease were ready. Apartment was cleaned, no issues with the apartment , community has a dog park, pool and nice area to walk the dogs.

I notified management that we had a leaky, cracked pipe under the bathroom sink. No one has come to fix the problem. Management has notified us that we can't us the washing machine because of a drain clog. Supposedly they are coming tomorrow to fix it. Should have been done before we moved in.

Moved in expecting to be here a year or two. I'm now in year 7 with no complaints. Owned a home for 20+ years. Moved to area in 2014 and found apartment living to be so much less work. Complex is well maintained. Apartment has held up well over time with few maintenance requests needed. Generally speaking, neighbors are quiet and respectful. Not a lot of domestic issues like one might expect in a community this size. On-site fitness center and pool are nice amenities.
