I would rate the community a 6 out of 10. My apartment is nice and the maintenance/office staff are very nice but there are some issues such as some residents are very mess and not courteous of their neighbors (noisy, unsupervised children play in stairwell or parking lot, etc)

I have had nonstop appliance failures since literally the night I moved in. I know that they just hired new maintenance staff so I'm hoping once the on going issues are finally resolved that we have no further issues.

All aspects of signing our lease and moving in was easy and carefree. Community is in great condition and the apartment itself was perfect! The neighbors have been engaging with us from the onset, making us feel at home.

I like it here. the apartments are nice. THe maintenance crew are very good. THe leasiing office staff are nice too. The neighbors are nice as well. The landscape is nice. There are two people from my job that live here too.

I have lived here for 10 years. It is a clean , quiet and safe community. The office staff has always been friendly and responsive. The only REAL issue for me is limited parking. I always have hard time getting a reasonable parking space after work, around 5:30 to 6 Pm. If I had a wishlist, I wish that each apartment home could be assigned one parking space. It is a reasonable request, having designated parking.

The complex is beautiful and well kept. The apartment was very clean when we moved in. The staff was helpful and the paperwork/leasing process was easy. The facilities team is very responsive and quick.

Very well kept and beautifully maintained apartment homes complex. The grounds are kept clean. Whenever maintenance was needed the response was dealt with almost immediately. The over all stay for us here has been one it would be hard leaving to go elsewhere

I hate millview, rent is too high, everything in the apartments are cheap. I used to live in the Fairways. There is no comparison this is trash compared to the fairway. They don't keep up with maintaining your yard it looks like a forest. They have the nerve to charge you $25 a month to look at woods. To top it off this is supposed to be a safe gated community. My vehicle was stolen from here my first year living here. I do not recommend run fast and far

Very pretty homes. Very knowledgeable staff. The quote window is very small though so the pressure is really on to make a quick decision. You can also sometimes be hard to reach people in the front office, though that may be completely because of coronavirus. I definitely recommend at least coming to take a tour because their homes are very beautiful and the views can be incredible, as long as you're not overlooking a parking lot. The wood view apartments are beautiful

I love the size of my apartment and my view. I feel safe in the apartment and community. But I wish it was closer to work. I hope to be able to afford to continue to live here for years to come. What like I have gone to the office the people there are very nice.

I was looking for an apartment near where I currently live, and this was only 15 minutes away. It is a clean, well maintained development. The floor plans were nice, and everything appeared to be well maintained. Move in costs were reasonable, and monthly rent compared to similar facilities is very reasonable.

This is a clean and quiet place. Easy to get everywhere. The grounds are well kept, the neighbors are good, and maintenance is good when needed. The effort to keep this place safe is good, and very much appreciated

Very competitive rates. Pets accepted. Very clean apartment with tall ceilings. A lot of amenities to take advantage of while living here. Very happy with the staff and move in process. Looking forward to renting here for the next couple of years.

So I have just moved into my own apartment here, however I have had many friends who have lived or still currently live here. It has always been a nice, quiet place to enjoy life. Anywhere you ant to go you can be there in an hour, whether its a night out in the city or a getaway to the mountains for some snow tubing.

Maintenance is incompetent and unprofessional. Property Manager is lazy and incompetent. Refrigerator has been leaking since I got here. Maintenance said it's normal to come every 4 or 5 months with a steamer to thaw it out...actually, too many issues to type here. Read my yelp review

Millview is a nice mostly quiet well built apartment. Maintenance issues I've had over the past few years have been addressed quickly and in a professional manner. The property is well kept and I always feel safe.

The office and maintenance staff at Millview has been absolutely amazing. The amenities offered make the price very reasonable and the pool/gym is hard to come by with other complexes in the same price range.

We moved in and the apartment had a few things that needed to be serviced. I alerted staff, and things were taken care of that night/ next day. I am still waiting for the trim around our carpet to be replaced, but other that that we are happy with our apartment.

Overall A good place to live,I would recommend with warnings, raising of rent, neighbor noise, Grounds are kept the best, but office staff is the best, friendly great community, decent amenities better then most places.

Our experience has been an overall good one. Aside from the occasional loud neighbors that can be heard, the living situation is great. Parking has never been an issue, all of our maintenance issues have been resolved well, and we enjoy the space. The amenities are mostly basic, but have served our needs.

Maintenance and Office Staff are very accommodating! Location is perfect for commenting towards Lancaster or Philly! There is wildlife here which is very enjoyable! Overall a nice apartment for the money!! I've been VERY HAPPY here!!!

Millview has wonderful staff and maintenance. They are friendly and provide excellent service. The grounds are well kept and beautiful. Neighbors are friendly. The pool looks amazing, but due to covid it most likely won't open this year

Super nice isolated community, close access to the bypass, super friendly staff, pool, gym, and sauna access gate code required to enter the community. Maintenance is pretty quick to get back to you and fix any issues
