The community was very well maintained and presented well during my tour. The leasing associate was very informative and answered all the questions I had pertaining to the unit I was interested in. She gave a brief description of her own experience while she was occupying one of the units which I felt was helpful. And the property manager was available to answer and additional questions as well. Overall great experience.

The community itself is well laid out with great amenities including a large pool, adequate fitness center, and a dog run. The common places are well maintained and decorated. If the stars align, my wife, dogs, and I would be happy to rent here.

Timely service and service communication is an ongoing issue but other then that, the community is good. There is also alot of staff changes and each new one seems to do things differently. It can be frustrating.

Living here has been a great experience. The office staff is polite and courteous and the technicians get any repair work done quickly. The neighbors are all friendly and mostly keep to themselves. We have had no issues so far. The rent did increase by $250 from one year to the next and they said its because I was paying lower rent for the past 3-4 years. Mind you, the rent kept increasing every year but was reasonable, unlike the $250 increase that was unexpected.

Overall it's been okay. I would like new carpeting offered or painting offered at lease renewal. Parking can be bad because not all cars have permits. Neighbors are loud and allow children to play outside in the parking lot near cars.

Love the campus, the people. Service for me seems to be declining. lack of protocol and professionalism. More and more false promises. Increasing problem with weekend service. And, more seriously, unfair and/or justified charges for plumbing issues associated with connecting units.In the fifteen years living here I tried my best to be a positive contributing member to the community and find disappointment in the lack of improvement, especially in maintenance department.

Overall happy with the property. Dumpster area is always a mess. Gates never down. Parking is horrible, multiple cars on property that are undriveable. Office is closed from 1p-3p. Maintenance team make mistakes and try to cover them up.

So far it's been great. Apartments are very nice, I moved here from out of state and the process was easy. Apartments are as advertised and everything seems to be clean. So far no complaints from me..

I loved the area. It is close to work and the apartment is really spacious and big. I also love how the leasing office does events and such for the tenants every month. Every time we have had a maintenance request, they were quick to resolve it. So far we have no complaints about the apartment and love living here.

Millview is a great community with nice neighbors and friendly staff. The pool is always clean. The grounds are kept nice. The office staff is friendly and accommodating. The apartments are spacious and well kept. Overall, definitely a great place to live.

The apartment and community is nothing fancy, but it's a solid place to live. The only issues that arise are due to the other people that can be inconsiderate at times (noise/subwoofers, not picking up dog waste, letting trash pile up). Overall I would recommend.

The apartments here are larger than many others in the area. The staff cares about the appearance and try to maintan the grass and paths well. They are pet friendly, and have anonline portal for issues and paying rent which is a plus. Pleasant place to rent.

It is okay. 2/3 of the promised amenities don't work, I have contacted the manager about this and got no response. NOBODY cleans up after their pets. There is dog poop everywhere, despite there being dog poop bags and stations provided throughout the complex. I have witnessed over 3 people walking their dogs unleashed, one dog approached my dog and it was not a safe situation. My car has almost been hit mulitple times because people do not stop at the stop signs on the property. The apartments own maintenance man ran through a stop sign and I nearly crushed him with my car. The rent is very expensive in my opinion based on our experience so far. We have only lived here for 5 months.

Overall our experience here at Millview has been great. The only issue we've had is the gate. We moved in appreciating the fact that Millview was a gated community but since the gate is always broken, anyone has access to the community.

Management here are unprofessional they schedule a repair and don't show up and no phone calls to let me know that they won't be there. The apartment here is 20 years old. Maintenance is needed on appliances rugs bathrooms, kitchen counters management here feels the outside is more important than the inside the apartment itself is an adequate size plenty of parking, but is it a terrible location right next to affordable housing which leads to some issues complex is security at night

It's not the most safe or clean. I like that some pets are allowed. Neighbors are generally unproblematic but I have been woken up by one im particular screaming at 3am / domestic dispute at 3am shortly after I moved in. Someone was injured and there was blood everywhere one morning, there's still some blood in the hallway a few months later

Everything has been great at my place. 2102 is my apartment. I love how it's on the lower level and I can see my vehicle from my slider. The neighbors have been really nice. And my dog loves taking walks around the area.

I like the sense of community here at the apartments. The office staff are an awesome group. The Maintenance staff are very proficient in getting any request done in a timely manner. I have really enjoyed my time here.

The office staff are very friendly. The rent is reasonable and it usually as quiet area. The gate to enter is usually broken and sometimes the are where you dump trash can be overwhelming but is usually maintained.

Very spacious apartments, great amenities included, the cost however is tough as you are far from most locations for shopping and entertainment. Costs of gas and transportation tend to be an issue. Very pet friendly.
