We have been staying in this place for more than 2yrs now, and would renew my lease again this year. Really love the walk/bike trails , the river view from our apts. Love the atmosphere here. very peaceful. I would recommend this to anyone who are looking for an apt in this area. Best place to stay.

My wife and I have lived at Riverview Landing for over 4 years and have really enjoyed being a resident here. Beautiful property, excellent apartments, top notch views, access to everything that you need, and many other positive attributes. The staff is excellent as well. Always pleasant and helpful. Maintenance issues always addressed immediately and the office is in constant communication until an issue is resolved. If you are looking for an excellent apartment at a reasonable price, this is the place to be.

Riverview Landing made it so easy to schedule a time to tour and we loved our new place instantly! Move in was so easy and we are so excited to see how the rest of the year turns out! Being dog friendly was a must and it is awesome everyone has dogs here and they are so friendly!

It is so peaceful being right on the river and by running trails. I am still in the process of moving but so far it has been a smooth process. I like that each apartment has a patio and each patio is somewhat private but there are many communal spaces too if that is more of an interest.

I have lived here for 3 years now. This is a very quiet community, surrounded by the Schuylkill Trail on one side and the river on the other. Love it here and I would definitely recommend this property.

A great location and community. Very quiet, close to Valley Forge park. Easy access to trails and a bike path. The apartment appliances are new, lots of closet space and well laid out floor plan. The gym is very good.

Friendly staff. Pool, gym, walking paths, and being right near the park are super convenient. Expected amount of "neighbor noise" for an apartment setting. Service requests are typically responded to quickly.

Office and maintenance staff are friendly, helpful, and accessible. Amenities are great and the community has a welcoming overall feel. Only thing is that I wish the path down by the river was better maintained (I am not sure if that is Riverview's responsibility or the borough/township).

We are really happy here. It's a great place to live with easy access to the city and the outer suburbs. Mostly quiet area with access to the trails and Valley Forge Park. Love the amenities provided by the clubhouse. Enjoyed the use of the pool in the summer, and happy to have the gym for those days it's just too cold or rainy to go outside. The clubhouse has a beautiful wide porch with plenty of seating that overlooks the river. I like to sit out there and read sometimes. Staff are all extremely helpful, and very friendly. Maintenance is always timely and efficient when needed. Really happy with our decision to live here.

Very Quiet place to live. there is also a trail for walking and biking which is awesome during summers. Also the view of the river from the living area of my apt is soo good to watch. The maintenance and office staff are so well mannered. I'm so happy choosing this place.

The leasing consultant I worked with was extremely helpful during the entire process. She showed me multiple options and the apartment I decided to go with was the same one I saw during my visit. It was very clean when I moved in and I was able to move in very quickly. They wanted to do a once over of the apartment and a clean of the carpet in the bedroom before I moved in. Come move-in day, my keys and a welcome package was ready for me, even a welcome gift. Depending on what company you work with, they over bonuses and waived fees.

Stephanie was the person I was in contact with. We never seen the apartment prior to our arrive and she answered any question regarding our move quickly and efficiently. She even sent us photos of an apartment that was similar. She was very helpful and made out move as easy as possible.

Nice location near the park and river; you can use your bike or just walk. Pet friendly. Spacious apartments with a lot of light. Good pool and gym on the property. Friendly staff. There is an office with internet access, however printer is only available during working hours (not that convenient)

Great location, beautiful apartments, and nice amenities. It's clean and quiet. Management and maintenance are quick to respond to and are generally quick to fix issues about 80% of the time. Neighbors are generally nice too, except for the occasional unleashed dog and loud stomping from above (but maybe that's just my neighbor). This complex isn't perfect, but it's pretty darn nice!
