Worst Apartment Management. They should learn how to talk to people. They are only worried about renting the apartment at the highest possible price. Beware they are looking for scapegoats and will talk with a fake smile if you want to pay more than what these apartment deserves.

I have lived here going on 3 years. It will 100% be my last year as many have left in the past 1-2 years. The maintenance team is horrific. This whole place is ran by incompetent individuals. The apartments are nice and the environment is great. But, if you ever have something go wrong this place will not take care of it. They even take your property. They are not helpful. Trust me, if you can afford this place, just look around. There is a lot better.

Maintenance has been VERY CHALLENGING. Not a happy resident currently and I just moved in recently. They need to work on communication, timliness, and efficiencies. I would not recommend this complex to a friend and will be looking for a new home for 2016.

The apartment complex is tucked away just off of Trooper, with multiple stores located conveniently just down the road. Overall, the community is made up of pretty nice people, though we definitely have those folks that need to compensate for inadequacies in their life through their vehicles. Seems like some have a LOT that they're trying to make up for given the number of sports cars they own. We've recently had a lot more of that type of people moving into the area, but overall it's still a great place to live. The front office is run by some genuinely nice people. You learn quickly who responds in a timely manner and who doesn't but all of the staff are courteous and caring. We frequently have little get togethers hosted by the staff. They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome here. Unfortunately, the owners can't seem to settle on a management group so once a year we have to deal with maintenance transferring to new systems or having to pay your rent using a different method. Sadly, this will likely be our last year with Riverview. The rent and parking fees creep up more and more each year to the point where it's no longer fiscally possible to stay. Covered parking went from $30/month to $50/month in three years yet absolutely nothing has been done to improve or change anything in the parking areas underneath the buildings. There are rate concessions for being a returning lessee but even with those, our rent has bumped up to the point where we can't stay and that makes me sad.

i like the location. it's convenient to my work place and quite accessible to all shopping places. the apartment is clean and decent. all appliances are quite new. two slight negative comments are noise, both from upstairs and outside and indoor high temperature due to west windows.

I have lived in many apartments and communities over the years. Having a good facility that is well-maintained and clean is baseline expectation by me. What sets this community apart from others is the staff. They have made living here great.

For the most part I use to like living here. I think there should be some compensation for having all this equipment running 24/7 for 5 days...the water/mold issues/construction (which is still not done and we are on day 9!!!. Now I have water coming from ceiling into the kitchen. I have lived here since April and have continued issues.

Great expectations, mediocre reality. Clean community with many pros, current maintenance situation not one of them. Understaffed, and no resolution. Very delayed (over 3 week) response time. Poor communication/responsiveness from office staff.

The staff were very nice. I was blown away that when the unit I wanted wasn't available to be seen as a model, I was shown a staff members personal apartment! The grounds are well kept and the river is so close by. The proximity to grocery stores and restaurants is desirable and the level of pet friendliness is very welcoming.

A very nice plays to rent, but after two years it becomes expensive. No need to keep raising rent for good tenants!...Some times people and stuff park on your assigned parking spots and make it hard to find a parking spot. And some people don't clean up after their pets.

I lived at this community when it was owned by Bozzutto management company and they sold it to Milestone. About 4 years. Let's just say it went downhill when Milestone took over. The common areas are extremely dirty (carpets coming out of elevator are black), lightbulbs are out in certain hallway areas, emergency exit/backup light fixtures were dangling by the wires in the stairwell. Tenants/neighbors put their own FeBreeze freshners in the hallways because it stinks. I upgraded to a 3 bedroom apt and the microwave was broken. I had to beg them to fix the microwave before I moved in. It's a shame, this could be such a beautiful property but Milestone is too cheap to invest into it. This is also their only property in PA, so they may be reluctant to put money into it. I lived there when we had a big flood and the buildings were completely surrounded by 4ft of water. the garages were underwater. As a result the lobby's were ruined. It took Milestone over 6 months to fix. The management office and maintenance people are the most miserable, unfriendly folks I've ever met. I dreaded going into the office. The maintenance peope do not waive or say hello. Stephanie the manager sits in the office and carries on with the maintenance guys while you wait to speak with her. The general manager, I believe her name is Carrie who works at corporate is an even bigger -----. I little background on the properties - O'neil Properties who owns the cool brick building that you see on your way in owns The Lofts (the red apartments) and they used to own The Shitview Landing. Shitview was their first property built and realized all the construction mistakes they made. When they built The Lofts they updraded the lobby's to all cinder block, the property even sits a little higher off the ground to help with flooding. They basically learned from their mistakes at Shitview and so they sold it. Shitview keeps flip flopping owners because it's a money pit and so everything sucks and management is miserable. My advice is go to The Lofts you will be much happier. Since the owner (O'neil) is right next to the property on your way in, it's always maintained and cared for. Keep an eyeout for the details as you compare both properties, you'll see the difference. Also, on your way in you can see some land development happening. O'neil is building additional brand new apartments so this will basicall y put Shitview(Milestone) out of business. Plus, do you really want to live there and hear all the construction going on for who knows how long???? That would suck. Oh almost forgot - the fitness center at Shitview needs a major upgrade. The treadmills are falling apart. It's all the original equipment from when O'Neil used to own the property. Well, I hope this review was helpful for any new apartment shoppers. If I could go back and do it again my choice would be The Lofts. -Take Care

Lack of communication between office staff and maintenance resulted in our apartment not being as clean as we'd hoped, however, Mt Manager was beyond helpful. Friendly residents, beautiful grounds, quiet Beyond happy with our new home!

Very nice, clean, well maintained apartment community. I just extended my lease. I have had very few maintenance requests, and all have been taken care of immediately or within 24 hours. The management staff is very professional, friendly, and responsive. I love living here!

The property is located in a beautiful setting next to a national park. Staff is very courteous and maintenance man, Tim, has been extremely helpful and kind. And although one employee (has since been fired) mislead us, Connie is rectifying it.

When I walk down the hallways of the apartment building, I can hear what's going on in the various apartments, that's why I am completely amazed that once inside my apartment, the noise if very minimal. I enjoy spending time at the pool in the summer and have been pleasantly suprised that it wasn't as busy as I anticipated. I am a bit disappointed at the disrepair fo the fitness equiment and would appreciate it more if it had the ability to monitor heart rate etc. without having to have an additional accessory.

Since milestone management took over the complex, the maintenance work has not always been as sufficient, efficient, or completely corrected the first time. There are some good qualities such as close proximity to the highway, shopping areas, and to Philly. The staff is nice.

I have lived here for three years and have been, overall, happy with my experience. It's a quite, private community close to many conveniences. I do think the common areas could be kept cleaner at times, but it is also up to the residents to do their part as well.

I love my 1 bedroom loft apartment! The community grounds are well maintained and the staff is friendly and very accomodating. I appreciate the privacy and I never hear any noise from my neighbors. I love that the community is pet friendly. My cat loves it here too!

So far it's been good except for our bathroom smells like whatever the hallway smells like (when there's a smoke or trash smell). Somebody occasionally smokes pot and it gets into our master bathroom, which will be a problem when we have guests or have children.
