Very new but so I don't have a bunch of experience in the building yet. I think the only think that should have been done would be the balcony siding to be cleaned because it's pretty dirty. We had an issue with a few other things we recognized and they came and fixed all of that stuff very quickly which was professional and efficient.

Great place to live, good personal and management team. Very supportive and responsive. I never had any problems with my apartment, they always fix everything quickly and professionally within hours of request. I love where I live and will not change it for anything in this area.

Love the location and the privacy of the area where the community is located. Also appreciate that there is only one restricted dog breed. Wish that the leaves outside each building entrance were cleaned up so they weren't so easily tracked inside.

The grass is always overgrown. The vestibule always stinks of trash and dirty. Parking is so hard to find after 8pm. I gave a list of issues when I first moved in and they were never remedied. Building door always breaks

We moved here from out of state and have loved the complex so far. My favorite part is being right next to the Schuylkill trail. There's plenty of parking. I didn't purchase a spot and I'm never more than a 30 second walk to my car from my building. I love the ease of getting to the expressway from the building too. Highly recommend!

The area is beautiful and the complex has a lot of great amenities. The neighbors are friendly, for the most part. It is in Norristown school district which is odd considering it is closer in proximity to Upper Merion and Methacton.

Clean and safe place with out traffic. You can feel the clean Air from trial and beautiful view or River trail . All in all it's a great place to live with pets . The club house is great and gatherings.

I have enjoyed living in this community over the past several years. The residents are friendly and the office staff have always been helpful and informative. It is a quiet community with great access to outdoor activities such as Valley Forge Park and the Schuylkill Trail as well as close proximity to major roadways. I have never had a problem with maintenance staff. Any time that I have called for maintenance, my request have been dealt with promptly. The only complaint I have is that the noise between floors can be troublesome. I am on the 3rd floor and I can hear everything going on above me. Thankfully, I can't hear anything of the appears immediately beside me.

Floor plans are great, amenities are solid. The location is ideal for active lifestyle but located in a serene setting. It would be top notch if the common areas were updated, they are tired and dingy.

The office and maintenance are excellent. They are extremely professional at all times and always here to help. The apartments are very spacious. The clubhouse feels like a resort. My experience so far has been great. I have no complaints about Riverview.

I enjoy living here. I recommend getting an upgraded appliances as they non upgraded are white and hard to clean. The pool is wonderful, and the location is next to the trail. Wish they could improve the dog park though.

Amazing location and staff. We've had nothing but a positive experience since moving in, and we love the apartment so far! Our biggest draw to the community was how pet-friendly they are. My dog hasn't moved in just yet, but I know he will love it too!

we've had no problem at this apartment building, if you need maintenance they come quick, they stay on top of necessary updates in each apartment with ample notice. The pool area is relaxing, never too over crowded, always a machine available at the gym. Very enjoyable place to live

Everything is OK except for I found my bathroom dirty upon moving in, took the maintenance team several BUSINESS DAYS to address it. I had to not shower for day 1 and wear a slipper into the tub for day 2 and 3. This is very frustrating move in experience, but so far everything else has been satisfying.

The apartment was totally clean and ready for us when we moved in. The front office staff, especially Connie, made the process quick, easy, and painless, and did a great job communicating with us quickly as we were in quite a rush to get things settled.

The apartments are in a great little quite corner. With easy access to highways and Valley Forge National Park. The staff is great - always there to help when you need it. So far, this has been a great place to live.

At first I really liked living here but now I cannot wait until my lease is up. The management is unprofessional and unresponsive . They rent a third floor apartment to a family of four where all I hear 24-7 is running stomping and sounds like the kids are jumping off the furniture and into the floor. It never stops. I found I have no rights . I have to deal with the noise until I move out. Management deemed me a nuisance I guess . They never took the time to hear what I hear. My family comes over and it's embarrassing . It's like section H housing . I promise when new people move in when I move out they will encounter the same issues and management will have the same complaints. All they care about it their rent. Awful being treating like I'm a piece a crap paying all this money ! STAY AWAY!!! Noise level is awful unless you never want to sleep or have a normal life. Apperently kids have the rights to jump off furniture landing on ground and play as loud as they want with no regards to anyone else. Been nice if you saw my side sat in my apt for an hour . Did you really think they were going to run around and stomp like elephants while you were checking them- per management???

We just moved into this apartment complex and our overall experience has been amazing. The facilities (clubhouse/pool/grill area) are well-maintained and clean, the location is ideal with direct access to the trail, and our unit was freshly upgraded before moving in. I would 100% recommend this complex.

Extremely friendly, responsive, and professional staff and beautiful area with well maintained common areas. Great access to bike trails and Valley Forge. The apartment was dirty when I moved in, there was dirt all along the baseboards and spiders in every corner. The washing machine didn't work, the windows weren't properly caulked, the walls are paper thin, the oven sets the fire alarm off every time it's turned on, there is no storage space in the kitchen, no pantry at all- overall very cheap renovations.

Overall, apartment is an apartment. Nothing exceptionally good or bad. Prepare for winter electrical bill to go up exponentially as it seems the interior temps can't stay above 65 for long. Rent is high but that's what you get for living in KOP.

I have loved living in Riverview Landing. The apartments are spacious and well maintained and you cannot beat the location! The whole complex and area are very dog friendly and perfect for anyone who loves to run or walk on great paths leading right into ValleY Forge park!

Good community, prices rise at each new lease signing, one if the downfalls. Centrally located near stores Walmart's, garbage picked up. Scenery is beautiful. Right off of a state highway. Full gym and pool as well

Is a wonderful and friendly place with very nice apartments in a quiet setting. The complex has easy access to stores, restaurants and parks. This place felt like home from the first day I moved into the complex.

The place is quite and clean place to live, secure and there is some green areas around that help to feel the tranquility of the area. The apartment are well maintained, so you can be sure you are living secure
