The property use to be great with very friendly staff. Now, it's a mess. If I didn't like the location and set-up of the apt I would move. The staff is unprofessional, the grounds always need work = but the pool and clubhouse looks fabulous - they have their priorities...

Very nice place. The leasing office staff are very friendly and responsive. The area feels safe. Close to a walking and biking trail. The community center is great and the office schedules some get together for the residents. The area is 20 mins from most places. :)

Riverview landing is a fabulous apartment community. My husband and I love everything about living here. Our dog loves it too! The amenities are outstanding, the location is great, and everyone is friendly and respectful. Could not be happier!

This community has far exceeded my expectations at every turn. The unit itself is amazing! There is more than enough space while still feeling cozy and livable. Any maintenance issues I have experienced have been resolved promptly and professionally on the first call. I honestly could not be happier that I chose Riverview Landing to be my new home!

We love it here! The area around the apartment community is busy, however the apartment community itself is like an oasis. It is right on the river with lots of trees and open green space around, which makes iving here so calm and peaceful. In the summer the outdoor pool is wonderful, and the gym and bike trail make it easy to exercise and de-stress from a long work day. The maintenance and office staff are fantastic, they work hard to make sure everything about your apartment is perfect. We've only been living here for a few months, but we have absolutely fallen in love with the apartment and community, and we hope to stay here for a long time.

When I first moved in I absolutely love this apartment. I love the building grounds, it's very clean except for the elevators which smells like wet dogs. The pool area is amazing ...the gym is spacious. Recently new residents moved in upstairs and it's been nothing but a headache. They run back and forth all day and early in the morning. The most annoying of all are the noise in the walls due to what management says "the pipes warming up" & "the water pressure" I've complained about it so much I'm tried of it. I literally sounds like someone's hitting the walls to a rhythm. Living here by myself, even if it's a nice neighborhood it get scary sometimes waking up to these noises coming from the kitchen the bathroom and the bedroom. When I spoke to management I was told their was nothing they can do about it and offered no alternative which is very upsetting. I've decided to switch units to avoid these noises so I hope it works and the new unit does not have the same problems because the building is beautiful and spacious. Now I hope I don't have another problem because I was told that the building I should be moving to was just burglarized.... Lord help me...

I have lived here for 4 years and generally have loved calling Riverview my home. I feel safe and I feel the community is well kept. Not thrilled with the new lobby area, I think it could be more attractively decorated.Other than that, I am very satisfied here.Thank you.

When I moved in I thought it would be a great community to live in. It is so beautifully landscaped and the pool was great. However, when I moved out, I speckled the walls and painted. The apartment looked better then when I had moved in. I was told when I viewed the apartment that the carpets would be cleaned and the windows and patio would be cleaned also. Well moving day came and they had cleaned nothing. When I moved out I received in the mail a bill for $150.00 stating that the microwave was broken. It worked fine. I would have called for maintenance if it was broken as I don't own the microwave therefore should not pay. When I had a problem with an appliance I called the office to have it fix...which was often. I then was told that my apartment was flea in feasted and owed a $180.00. My dog went to the groomer every 5 weeks and did not have fleas. I asked if I could walk through the apartment on departure as to fix any problems they may have had...the answer was "they are to busy and will let me know if there are any problems". I would never ever recommend these apartments to anyone.

It's a very nice and quiet community. The neighbors are very friendly and the staff is amazing. The staff will go out of there way to make sure everyone one is safe and happy. I have never had any problems here and would recommend this place to anyone.

Love it here...definitely a place I can call home! I've lived here for seven years for a reason. People complain about the river flooding, but it's seriously not an issue, especially since it's usually taken care of right away. Riverview is a beautiful place to live!!!

So far we like living here. Great apartments, clean family friendly environment, easy to get to work. Over all loving it. maintenance is prompt. People are friendly and the pool is great. My dogs absolutely love living so close to the trail because they et extra long walks through the park and the woods.

I have only lived here for a little over a month and all of our maintenacne requests were handled promptly. The buildings and surrounding areas are well-kept and clean. I love living in the middle of a park and the tranquility of the long entrance into the community. I am anxious to see if any fall activities are planned because I would enjoy getting to know my neighbors.

Really disappointed with the management of this apartment. Megan is very friendly and helpful, however, everyone else at the office does not give two hoots, especially the community manager. These are nice apartments, locations is very nice, however flooding is a major issue. We already had one major flooding this year and the property incurred a lot of damage, which took forever to fix. Maintenance guys are good and get your work done on-time. I have lived at this place for about 4 months now and I am not sure if I will renew my lease once it expires in 12 months.

This is a great rental community to live in. I have been a resident for more than 7 years now and enjoy the location, restaurants and great neighbors. If you enjoy the outdoors there is plenty to do....ride your bike, walk thru Valley Forge Park or just hang out poolside.

Apartment is nice a little worn but overall nice. Public spaces ok but halls trash room etc a little or the rundown and dirty side. Elevators need redoing as they are quite beat up. Stairwell are really in need of cleaning with power washing of stone floors and steps. I hate using the stairs as the are looks like a rundown slum.

Very good. The apartment is beautiful. The noise from the tenants above can be a bit much. You can hear stomping and banging. The community is in a great location with easy access to parks and shopping as well as highways. The office staff is courteous.

I felt I was being retaliated against because I mentioned maintenance used the same broken pieces to fix the closet shelf that broke a 2nd time. The office staff sent me an email stating they noticed I had a kitten and I need to pay a $350 pet fee.

We really enjoyed the first management company. Then had concerns when Milestone took over since the replacement staff was a little rude. Now the new office staff is better and we are happy. We are only concerned about rate increases being outrageous. Please keep them reasonable.

Very good experience living here- people are very nice but also very private. (which I like) I also like the convenient location in regards to my office and work routes. I miss some of the older maintenance staff (Jersey & Clay) but the new staff are holding their own.

This is a beautiful place to live with the river nearby. Our apartment is very spacious and there's plenty of closet space for storage. Great location with King of Prussia right down the road and easy access to 422/202/76. They have a nice fitness center and great pool area with BBQ area. Can't wait for spring to fire up the new grills.

I love living in this complex. It is secluded, but close to everything with better amenities than most city spaces. I work closer to the city, but it is easy to get right on 422 without having to wait in the mess of traffic coming from more distant suburbs. Now that the ramp is being constructed for westbound traffic, I'm sure this will be an even more popular place to live.
