I like Riverview Landing. It is clean and not alot of noise in the apt. The grounds and club house are clean and the people at the office and swimming pool are very nice too. The maintenance staff are nice too. I like the parking spots in the garage too.

We relocated from out of state. The office staff were very helpful and understanding which made our move much less stressful! We fell in love with this complex from our first visit. We relocated from the Baltimore area and were not sure what to expect but were pleasantly surprised by the space and how friendly the community is.

From the time we moved in, living here has been wonderful. The office staff have been awesome, the clubhouse and pool are meticulously kept, the apt was delivered clean and on-time. I recommend to all!!

Very positive,that is why I have stayed as long as I have.The office staff as happens changes and I believe this is the best so far.I would and have recommended friends and co-workers looking for a place to live to check Riverview Landing out.

In July of 2011 I was relocated to the King of Prussia area for work. I had never been, and I needed a place to live immediately. I was referred to Riverview Landing from my boss and the rest was history. The leasing agent at the time understood that I was in a time crunch and went above and beyond to assist me. She took photos of my actual apartment and after many faxes, phone calls, and emails I had a place to live. My apartment was amazing! A little less than a year later my boyfriend and a friend were relocating to the area. The staff was more than accommodating to help us upgrade to a bigger apartment. They made the transition so easy and were there to answer any questions. The only hiccup we ever had while living at Riverview was when a random sprinkler pipe burst and instantly flooded our apartment. To just clarify, this was a freak thing and neither us nor the complex could ever have access to this pipe seeing as how it was behind a wall and we were on the top floor. The pipe didn't even freeze!!! This clearly was a random act of god. Sarah, the property manager was there immediately the night the pipe burst. Knowing the extent of the damage, she never seemed frazzled. She was calm and collected the entire night. She even got the tenants of the 6 apartments that flooded hotel rooms for the evening using her own credit card. The following morning when going back to the apartments to asses our damages we could tell that Sarah did not have any sleep. She had a team of people there waiting for us to assist us in our next steps and she even got us into a new apartment on the grounds immediately. Understand that this wasn't a little flood, it ruined most of our stuff but she was there the entire time. Talk about amazing dedication and commitment to your tenants. Over the two years I have lived there, everyone at the community has been so friendly and helpful. I unfortunately have to move due to a job relocation to Seattle and the commute is just too far. My time at Riverview Landing has been the best and I'm really going to miss all the ladies in the leasing office. Do yourself a favor, rent here!!!

Very nice community....
Very nice community. Excellent maintenance response time. Friendly office staff. I don't hear neighbors on sides of me, but hear every move of the people above... the only drawback of living here.

Riverview used to be a really nice place to live. Not anymore. The new management is terrible. They keep raising the fees and cutting the services. Getting them to do anything is a complete exercise in futility. They are only worried about getting the most money out of their tenants and providing the least amount of service. They are incredibly lazy and are the main cause of this place going downhill. Take it from me, don't rent here!

It's OK but there are...
It's OK but there are a few problems: noise at the pool, with people frequently staying past the time the pool closes. flooding from the river which requires evacuation etc. maintenance often has to be called back to fix the same issue repeatedly.

It is a very clean community...
We enjoy this community. One thing that we really enjoy is the mature trees. Unfortunately, we both have experience in landscaping and the low canopies of the trees make it very difficult to park. Some of them are so low that they are touching the cars. This is a concern.
